The first time I saw Fahrenheit 9/11 (I enjoyed it twice), I went alone on opening night after discovering only one theater for miles around showing this documentary. The owner and manager of the privately owned Uptown theater in Utica, NY bravely decided to show this film in spite of protests and threats not to. Other theaters nearby (chains) gave in and did not air Fahrenheit 9/11 on opening night and that week. Needless to say, the lines at this were incredibly long, extending down the street at all showings. An extra midnight showing was added that first weekend so all could be accommodated.

I must say I greatly enjoyed the conversation while standing in line waiting to get in. It was a joyful experience and there seemed to be a wonderful energy and a bond among all of us, even though we were mostly strangers. Although I had to sit in the very front row, I was happy to be there.

As this documentary unfolded, I realized this was not just a documentary, rather it was expertly produced and created to reveal very important truths about this cabal and how it operates. Although I have pretty extensive knowledge about this it was very interesting to see many of the details revealed on the screen and I still learned new things. I was aware of people around me gasping here and there with surprise as the film continued. It was also very emotional for all of us - funny at times and very sad as we viewed examples of what has been kept from the American people all of these years. I feel that Michael Moore knows about and could have exposed deeper deceptions but he would have risked some credibility. What he has revealed is perfect for now.

I was very pleased that Moore showed how the public's fears have been manipulated in order to keep the masses under control. This is an area many would rather not look at or acknowledge. Although what this cabal has been doing is dark, it is a positive film since it has and continues to awaken the masses. Americans love to be entertained and using this forum is proving to be the best way to get the message across. Moore's strategy was genius, in my opinion. As those tried to oppose this documentary and warn people not to see it, more flocked to the few theaters initially showing it in increasing numbers. Once the masses are awakened, then the ripple effect begins and that is when major change occurs. As our consciousness has been increasing dramatically in recent years, now is the ideal time for something like this documentary put things into high gear. And there is no turning back.

I've heard many emphasize we must vote for the Democratic candidate. Personally, I see no difference between these two parties since the cabal runs both. Change must occur with this government completely, from the inside out, which in turn will effect all world governments. I envision great change in a positive way and it looks like it will happen faster than many of us can imagine. In fact, this awakening process must happen now to assist us as we go through the Shift. Fahrenheit 9/11 gave everything a big boost (actually a swift kick). I see many wonderful events in store for us in our very near future. As I left the theater following the great cheer and applause the audience gave, I knew we all would create this ideal future together.

"We've done a great job of redefining sweetness, and it's great to see it pay off," says Anne Rewey, Splenda marketing director for Ft. Washington, Pennsylvania-based McNeil Corp. "We're committed to the leadership position in this market."

Sucralose (Splenda®) is a chlorocarbon and is more accurately compared to ingesting tiny amounts of chlorinated pesticides. The chlorocarbons have long been known for causing organ, genetic, and reproductive damage. It should be no surprise then, that the testing of sucralose reveals it causes up to 40% shrinkage of the thymus: a gland that is the very foundation of our immune system. Sucralose also causes swelling of the liver and kidneys, calcification of the kidney, fertility issues in male rates, and gastrointestinal problems in pregnant rats. If you experience kidney pain, cramping, swelling, an irritated bladder, or blood in your urine after using sucralose in Splenda, stop use immediately.

Sucralose (trichlorogalactosucrose) was approved by the FDA in 1988 as a tabletop sweetener and for use in a number of desserts, confections, and nonalcoholic beverages. Splenda is approximately 600 times sweeter than sugar. But the sweetness is forced, not like a natural sugar the body uses for fuel. People forget that sweetness is a by-product of foods; a bonus so to say. Forced sweetness, revved-up sweetness, and 'super-sized' artificial sweetness - all altered foods - are a trap for people to get addicted to sweeter tastes. People with eating disorders, children who are just learning about food, and those with illnesses are being sold yet another 'bill of rubbish.'

I took the following information directly from a statement from the manufacturer of Splenda:

'Sucralose is made from sugar, but is derived from sucrose (sugar) through a process that selectively substitutes three atoms of chlorine for three hydrogen-oxygen groups on the sucrose molecule. No artificial sweetener made in the laboratory is going to be neither natural to the body nor safer than unprocessed sugar', they claim.

Corporate researchers also claim that the chlorine atoms in Splenda have been altered to be so tightly bound, they create a molecular structure that is exceptionally stable under extreme pH and temperature conditions.

I do not agree that the presence of chlorine is safe in any form, and feel this "concept" of altering foods is dangerous to human health any way you slice it.

The corporations say sucralose is safe. They said the same thing about aspartame, and look at the rampant disease and obesity taking over America since aspartame was put into the food supply over twenty years ago.

Over the past twenty years of aspartame research, I have learned to value independent research results above those that are funded by the corporations. If you had the luxury of selecting which research results to submit as final payment for your laboratory study, would you submit the good or the bad results? Aspartame research is the symbol of proof this predicament exists today, and history appears to be repeating itself with Splenda.

Any animal that eats chlorine (especially on a regular basis) is at risk of cancer. The Merck Manuel and OSHA 40 SARA 120 Hazardous Waste Handbook states that chlorine is a carcinogen and emergency procedures should be taken when exposed via swallowing, inhaling, or through the skin. Currently, the safety of chlorine added to our public water supply is questioned as a cause of cancer. Now chlorine is being marketed to children in diet colas, sweetener packets, ice creams, yogurts, processed foods, gums, candies, and mints.

It is important to remember that an individual's reaction to sucralose, as with aspartame, depends upon how much is used and how often. Age, present and past health status, overall dietary habits, and the degree of other toxins present inside the body also influence individual health responses to toxic chemicals in foods.

Corporate researchers claim sucralose has been thoroughly tested. Actually they have stated that sucralose is the most tested food additive in history. I quote, "...more than 100 studies on the safety of sucralose designed to meet the highest scientific standards have been conducted and evaluated over the course of 20 years."

They stated, verbatim, the same thing about aspartame. Consumers are witnessing the same state of affairs in many ways. As with NutraSweet - no human studies were done, corporate pay rolled researchers were responsible for the results submitted to the FDA, to the media, and to AMA journals, only selective research results were reproduced, millions of dollars have been spent on advertising, and the lack of 'government involvement' is clearly documented amid the thousands of consumer complaints.

Five Common Hygiene Mistakes and How to Avoid Them

Your daily routine is comprised of many lifestyle factors that contribute to how you feel. Some of the factors are obvious, such as diet and exercise, but other factors are easier to overlook as you rush through your daily grind.

Personal hygiene is one such lifestyle factor that deserves attention. Your choices about personal hygiene will directly impact your health, especially over time. Seemingly small details of your daily routine, such as what kind of toothpaste or hand soap you use and how you cook your meat, can add up to big changes in your overall health and well-being.

Surprisingly (or perhaps not surprisingly if you’ve been following the newsletter), there are many common "illusions" about proper hygiene out there, and what you may think of as proper hygiene likely has some room for improvement. Check out these five commonly practiced hygiene mistakes that give people the illusion they are being healthy when in fact the opposite is true.

Most people use antiperspirant daily with good intentions, but using antiperspirant is a good way to increase your chances of getting Alzheimer’s disease, as it is one of the common sources of aluminum. The aluminum in antiperspirant is absorbed by the body and wreaks havoc in the brain, where it contributes to the growing numbers of people coming down with Alzheimer’s disease.

I stopped using antiperspirant nearly 20 years ago. I use soap and water instead, and it works splendidly. I even stopped getting underarm stains on my shirts, as it appears the stains were due to an interaction with the antiperspirant and my sweat, not the sweat alone.

Deodorants aren't as bad as antiperspirants, but I would also avoid using them unless you find a natural, aluminum-free variety made from some form of baking soda.

We’ve all heard it before--make sure you thoroughly cook your food to kill any food-borne pathogens. What you don’t hear is that overcooked food is a prime way to get an extra helping of carcinogens with your meal.

When most foods are cooked they lose valuable nutrients, but overcooking food or cooking it at extremely high temperatures actually generates harmful chemicals. Many processed foods contain acrylamide, a potentially cancer-causing chemical due to their high cooking temperatures.

When meats are cooked at high temperatures by frying, boiling or barbecuing, carcinogenic substances called heterocyclic amines are formed. One solution is to add organic blueberries to the meat (with hamburgers for instance), as blueberries contain many cancer-fighting antioxidants that may prevent the heterocyclic animes from forming.

Consuming only lightly cooked meat will also help you avoid carcinogens. You will, of course, want to purchase meat from healthy animals, as opposed to the antibiotic- and hormone-ridden meat sold in most supermarkets, to ensure you are getting only high-quality meat. You can find ‘healthy’ meat in some health food stores, or try the free-range ostrich and bison offered on this site--they are truly two of the best meats you can consume.

Overcooking not only applies to meat, but also to dairy products and eggs. I recommend that most people avoid drinking pasteurized milk since it’s beneficial properties are destroyed through pasteurization, but highly recommend raw milk. Similarly, cooked eggs cause health problems with many people, but raw eggs are an incredible source of high-quality nutrients.

Vegetables also lose valuable nutrients when they are cooked. Vegetable juicing is an excellent way to add nutritious, raw vegetables to your diet.

Somewhere along the way the public began to believe that regular soap wasn’t good enough--they needed antibacterial soap. Well, antibacterial soaps are completely unnecessary, and they cause far more harm than good.

Triclosan, an antibacterial compound that acts as the active ingredient in most antibacterial soap, not only kills bacteria, it also has been shown to kill human cells (Eur J Oral Sci 1998 Apr;106:628-36). Antibacterial compounds are in nearly half of all soaps sold in the United States, which is likely contributing to the spread of antibiotic-resistant bacteria.

Many traditional medical circles now accept the hygiene hypothesis, which centers on the idea that children need to be exposed to some bacteria in early childhood in order to strengthen their immune systems. Children who are not exposed to common bacteria, which are wiped out by antibacterial soap, may be more prone to allergies and asthma.

This is not to say that you shouldn’t wash your hands, only that you shouldn’t wash them with antibacterial soap. It would be wise to identify a simple chemical-free soap that you can switch your family to. Local health food stores typically carry a variety of natural soaps.

There is enough fluoride in a typical tube of toothpaste to kill a small child if the entire tube was consumed at once. Not only does fluoride do little to prevent tooth decay, it is also damaging to your health.

Fluoride accumulates in the bones, making them brittle and more easily fractured, and in the pineal gland, which may inhibit the production of the hormone melatonin, which helps regulate the onset of puberty. It also damages tooth enamel (known as dental fluorosis) and confuses the immune system, causing it to attack the body’s tissues. This can increase the growth rate of tumors in people prone to cancer.

This fluoride problem, with toothpaste at least, is easily remedied, as most health food stores carry natural non-fluoride toothpaste. Of course you will also want to watch out for other sources of fluoride such as tap water, dental fluoride treatments, mouthwashes, processed food, some vitamin tablets, and beverages like fruit juice, soda and tea. I highly recommend that you have your tap water tested for contaminants such as fluoride by a reputable water-testing agency. Once vegetables are picked they begin to lose nutrients. While there is no way to avoid this loss--other than growing the vegetables yourself and eating them right from the vine--you can easily increase the staying power of your vegetables by storing them properly.

The key is to keep as much air away from the vegetables as possible once you get them home. To do this, simply squeeze as much air as you can out of the bag that holds the vegetables and then seal it. The bag should look like it is vacuum-packed. I do this by holding the bag against my chest and running my arm over the bottom of the bag to the top, which bleeds the air out of the bag. This will double or triple the normal storage life of the vegetables.

Washing your vegetables is also important. This is especially important if you are unable to obtain organic vegetables, as you will want to remove as much of the pesticide residue as possible. Don’t worry if you can’t buy organic--any vegetables are better than no vegetables at all. To clean your vegetables, soak them in a sink full of water (ideally this should be filtered water, not tap) with 4 to 8 ounces of distilled vinegar for 30 minutes.

I know the fear factor that is being unleashed on the surface, and the mind control tactics that are being used to stop the Light from filling each soul. You can only do this by keeping your thoughts concentrated on the Light. Any deviation brings discord into your life and detracts you from your mission. All systems will close down, and surface humanity will be given an ultimatum to grow together, or to continue to destroy what is left. For those who immerse themselves in the journey into the Hollow Earth, this surface stage acting out the experience of human degeneration, will be avoided. There is a keen choice before all in the unfolding Holy drama.

The Hollow Earth Circle seeks to help individuals in their capacity to enter the light consciousness of the Hollow Earth. The ability to enter the state of the blissful relationship with those Guardians in the Inner Earth has been deeply experienced by many on this path. The Violet Light gives one "invisibility" to those of dark energies. Using the Violet Light in conjunction with the Golden Light of Christ is very important for protection now for the dark ones have stepped up their agenda.

Many people are suddenly reporting intense astral/psychic attacks, especially during their sleep . Those who can are choosing to be awake at night and asleep during the morning/day to overcome this problem. They find that they do not suffer these attacks when they change their sleeping habits to this schedule. Many are finding that their body/mind are trying to do this for them by adjusting the bio-rhythms so the body/mind want to be awake at night and asleep during the day. The body, changing it's schedule to this alternate bio-rhythm in defense of the Self, is creating many problems for those who have jobs or other inflexible day schedules which do not allow for the freedom of the body to naturally develop this Self protection.

It is now very important to surround yourself, your home, your property, your neighborhood, and your work place with Golden Light often, several times per day, and especially before going to sleep. In addition, bring in and surround yourself with the Violet Light right behind the Golden Light and use it to make yourself, home, etc. "invisible" to those of dark intent. Use the Golden Light in conjunction with the Violet Light when you travel too. Last but certainly not least, ask the Creator, your guardian angles, and "anyone" else that you feel inclined to call upon to protect you multiple times per day and especially during your sleep. This, apparently, needs to become a daily habit from now on.

If you continue to experience these attacks, ask in Truth who is attacking you, and start zapping them with Golden Light to neutralize their dark intent every time you think about it.... and certainly before you go to sleep, an ideal time while you're calling in your protection.

Please know that the 'gloves' are completely off by those of dark energies. Although we are all protected, we are still responsible for our self, Self, and own well being; therefore we still need to take good care of ourselves and utilize the gifts and tools the Creator has given to us to aid in our protection during these unique times.

In addition, many of the Vanguard have become more and more silent, pulling within themselves as things ratchet up to a more intense level. Many are reporting that they are struggling with internal and external challenges like they have never experienced before. Many are experiencing isolation like they have never known before. If you have been silent for awhile, reach out now to all your fellow Lightworkers. There is a need to reconnect in a very real and personal way. Outside of the personal benefit of love and support given to our fellow Lightworkers, the direct reconnection of our personal spiritual power in combination as one whole will give an energy boost in the right direction that is important at this time... so ET, call home. ;oD

MATTHEW: Mother, dear soul, hello to you! I know you have had in your mind to record my comments on the forthcoming presidential election in the United States, so shall we start with that and then I shall tell you about a most significant development?

MATTHEW: We do not see this happening. Yes, there may be a lot of talk about the "need" to do this to prevent some mythical undefined terrorist plot to disrupt the election process. Insofar as the general attitude about this, we see it predominantly as: "What is to disrupt except the possibility that Bush will be voted out of office?" Thus publicly this may seem as that administration’s transparent attempt to circumvent the voters’ opportunity to cast ballots for the Democratic party candidate, and ostensibly the effort will not fly because of this logical argument: If not in November there will be safety for the nation to hold the election, when WILL it be safe to assume that no terrorism could occur and the election could be safely scheduled?

Nevertheless, despite the logic, this scenario is but another fear tactic, just without the multicolored terrorist alert system. People who know that both party candidates are controlled by decisions of the Illuminati and therefore, only the faces and personalities may be changed by an election, realize that it doesn’t really make any difference which candidate is voted into office. Furthermore, the election outcome doesn’t rest on how many votes are cast for whom—the Illuminati will determine the election winner in accordance with who will best serve their interests of moving onward toward global domination. This likely will mean determining which man seemingly could be considered the "people’s choice" in an effort to preserve the façade of "free and democratic elections." While this has not been the case in any U.S. presidential election for decades, even centuries, only in the last election was the fraud so blatant that it couldn’t be missed.

MATTHEW: I imagine it came out of a high level meeting, and considering the timing, most likely it was the recent Bilderbergers meeting. My impression is from observing glimpses of what is occurring—I’ve had no conversations with the monitors in Nirvana who keep abreast of every detail pertinent to all significant happenings on Earth. What I clearly know is the purpose, which is to create fear and confusion—the energy of this intention is clearly evident at this station of my present service.

[NOTE: For about six years Matthew has been traveling throughout this galaxy and others at the invitation of civilizations to evaluate and recommend upgrades to their sanctuary realms that serve them as Nirvana serves us. This involves his being in many different densities and the use of "energy relays" regarding information transmitted to and from him. Our energetic makeup is aligned, so even though he has evolved considerably from his lifetime in Nirvana, there is no interference in our telepathic connection. Also, his position at any moment doesn’t diminish his awareness of situations here and elsewhere in the universe; it means that not in all cases does he know or need to know every detail.

Matthew hasn’t reincarnated and neither has Ithaca, although in her new mission she no longer is teaching and healing in Nirvana. Although neither of them is in Nirvana very often, both still consider that world their "home" because Esmeralda is living there, but their family reunions also can be in other parts of the universe.]

S: So this is just another way to create fear and mislead the public who don’t know that whichever candidate "wins," it’s still business as usual?

MATTHEW: Exactly. The only issue is how long that "business" can continue before it collapses completely. Because we are keenly aware of the controversy regarding NESARA’s validity, we are not focusing on its provision that, upon its announcement, the president and his cabinet and Congress will be removed from office and the transitional government at the ready will take over. Instead we are focusing on the increased abundance of light that will bring about this shift in the authorities within the United States.

Mother, the "most significant development" I mentioned is this: Earth will not permit more desecration to her population in any life form or to her planetary body. Ages-old as well as recent United States policies and activities hold forth only the promise of more of these happenings, and this will NOT be allowed to continue. Restoration and preservation within higher frequencies is Earth’s choice, and in accordance with this, her constant high light assistants within, on and beyond the planet are revving up to end actions to initiate or prolong wars, oppression, diseases, environmental destruction, erosion of human rights, and the negativity that these create. This means that the kind of governing that has caused and perpetuated these conditions anywhere must end.

S: Does this mean a real change or is it just a matter of leaving NESARA out of the "focus"?

MATTHEW: What it means, Mother, is that no longer is Earth dependent upon NESARA’s implementation for political and economic reforms your country needs, so yes, it is a major change. What it does NOT mean is that this vital legislation conceived by high light beings has become invalid or unnecessary! This change has come because of the undiminished power of the Illuminati in blocking NESARA’s announcement that has to precede implementation of its reforms. We had anticipated that the dark powers would attempt to cause delays, so these have not been surprising, but it has been disappointing that so few have heeded their soul level contracts to turn to the light after fulfilling their karmic roles to bring balance to themselves and a multitude of others.

That is what has prompted Earth’s free will choice that her desired ascension rate will not be further delayed by more efforts of dark design. She intends to start moving along at her desired pace into the higher frequencies and she is being assisted in this by a still greater abundance of light beaming in to remove the energy blockages caused by negativity. This additional light is being generated primarily by the advanced civilizations but indeed, all souls among you who welcome the light are adding to this increased momentum.

I have mentioned before that when Earth reaches a certain frequency, the bodies of people who have refused the light—which would both bring spiritual clarity and sustain physical life in lighter densities—will die and the souls automatically will descend to a low world where energy registration is the same as their lifetime free will choices. That world will be at a rudimentary cognitive level so learning can begin without the remnants of darkness to influence choices. I want to clarify that this does NOT refer to people who are still "in the dark" through the innocence of ignorance, but to those who consciously know the difference between the light and the dark. With full knowingness of their souls’ chosen missions, they are willingly ignoring them and instead are choosing to continue causing massive death and suffering for millions of souls outside of those souls’ pre-birth agreements for experiencing.

Many souls on Earth are living in kindness and justness and are greatly desirous for a better world, but they have no idea what is happening behind what they see and regard as evil. These people are terribly discouraged, sometimes disillusioned with God by whatever name, hating the slaughter and feeling hopeless that goodness will ever triumph over evil. Although the energy attachments of these heavy feelings and thoughts are creating negativity, they are not sent out with malice, but rather with the honesty of desperation and grief, thus they do not form the intensity of negativity that intentional malicious acts do.

S: Mash dear, I want to be sure I understand this right. Is it that regardless of attempts by the dark forces to keep their power over us, and whether or not it’s through NESARA that economic and political reforms come, Earth is moving into higher frequencies and these new frequencies alone will get rid of the dark influences that are still so prevalent here?

MATTHEW: Not exactly, Mother—or rather, not totally is more accurate. Previously the law of the universe most directly applicable to this situation is the one that decrees that no civilization of light beings may interfere with the free will choices of another world’s population, and that law certainly hasn’t been changed! What has changed is that Earth’s new free will choice to ascend at her desired pace is taking precedence in being honored by God and by extension, the advanced civilizations that are helping your planet.

S: Well, for quite a long time you and God have told me that with or without everyone here going along, Earth is ascending, so I can’t see any difference now except that it isn’t NESARA alone that will accomplish necessary changes. Well, you know I don’t mean "alone," but its various reforms are extremely important—or has that changed?

MATTHEW: Mother, yes, I do know that you know it never was that NESARA alone would accomplish vitally needed changes. Always this legislation written within United States constitutional law has been only part of what enables Earth’s journey into the higher densities. And the importance of its provision that would swiftly generate light to enable Earth’s ascending into fourth density via the immediate removal of the entire United States government after the legislation is announced has not changed. Because of that government’s harmful influence on a global scale, most of which is achieved through bombastic arrogance, intimidation and rampant deception, its removal would quickly and greatly lessen the negativity Earth still is dealing with. This in turn would allow people to open their hearts and minds to the truth that has been long hidden, the truth that you have been receiving immeasurable assistance from light beings of your space family and that each of you as a part of God is inseparable from God and all other souls in this universe. Definitely the need for this has not changed.

What has changed is Earth’s free will choice. Her first choice was to have all of you "see the light" and accompany her, thus giving everyone the opportunity to turn from the greed, hatred, prejudice, lies, oppression and violence that interfere with the growth not only of one’s own soul, but millions of others who did not choose this as their current experiencing. And of course all the light beings who have been helping Earth by beaming their light to each of you and judging none were honoring that choice. All along our messages through respected channels have been guidance along these lines because of our love for each and every one of you—indeed, Earth’s love for each and every soul!—so you may say this truly has been and is a "labor of love."

It is not as correct to say "love’s labor lost" even though Earth now is no longer willing to wait for her entire human population to accept the light required for physical survival in the higher densities where she is heading. Again, this NOT a judgment of those souls! When it became clear to Earth that they have no intention of joining the light, she relinquished her first choice to pace her ascension so all could make the journey with her. Consider the eons of beloved Earth’s patience, which lasted until she was in her death throes from millennia of accumulating negativity, and you can understand why she no longer is willing to let the recalcitrant among her population lessen her momentum into the higher vibrations.

At this point, continuing to let the free will choices of the recalcitrant ones devastate other lives in any form as well as her planetary body would indeed cause a loss in her ascension progress, progress that is intended to uplift all light receptive souls.

Please realize that in no way is this abandoning the dark souls! On the contrary, it is giving them the opportunity to begin anew in another world as well as removing their influence that still is so damaging to Earth. The negativity of this damage could seriously impede her advancement if she waited longer for all souls to embrace the light that will enable them to accompany her. So there is no change in her ultimate aim—ascension—only in her new willingness to move forward to preserve the physical lives of more souls than if she continued to give more and then even more time in the hope that all dark ones will choose to get on board.

This means that there can be greatly more involvement by the other civilizations to assist your planet achieve her new objective. It doesn’t mean that their light beamed to dark individuals will be lessened, but rather that they now have much more latitude in deflecting dark intentions. With or without NESARA’s announcement, the aim of the darkness to keep their control by political and financial oppression will not be permitted to continue.

S: Matthew, excuse me—what does "more latitude in deflecting dark intentions" mean? The ETs already are preventing nuclear detonations in space, reducing the toxins in pollution and weaponry, and alleviating the effects of geophysical disasters. Not to mention helping to keep Earth in stable orbit! So does this mean simply they’ll be beaming more light to us, or maybe other civilizations will join those who already are doing this? What you said doesn’t sound like that, though.

MATTHEW: But I did mean that, Mother, because light is Earth’s most essential need to reduce, then eliminate the negativity that is impeding her ascension progress. However, that is not the whole story—there are other new efforts that are more tangible, if you will. For instance, the power of the controllers is vested in their vast monetary hoarding, which certainly has prevented peace of mind for many of you personally. Their control extends to all resources on the planet, and beyond this it has prevented the many improvements in lives that both suppressed and new technologies will enable. Funding that has been withheld will be released for these purposes and permissions to proceed that have been withheld will be forthcoming.

Although light beings cannot directly displace the most powerful dark ones, they will be energetically moved into influential positions where they can authorize changes that ultimately will remove those dark ones from their positions as well as enable the developments I mentioned. Others will continue pressure for investigations to disclose the truth of 9/11, the war in Iraq, the presence of other civilizations on and around the planet, and many other areas where you have been deceived. Eventually the facts will emerge on a wide scale and those responsible will be justly dealt with. These are some of NESARA’s vital objectives, you know, and they will be met!

Additionally, ET technology will be directed at electronic issues wherein money movement will not go the way the dark forces intend and undetectable glitches in their communication efforts will create confusion and errors. I am not speaking "out of school" here as the dark forces are aware that this has started happening and they cannot locate the origins or detect and correct the flaws. This adds to their fear that they are losing control and their activities will become even more clumsy and obvious until all is "brought to light."

It is of utmost importance that you do not expect "final results" tomorrow, but rather that you focus thoughts and feelings on this new era for Earth as having been achieved—manifesting your world in love, peace and harmony in this manner still is the law of the universe! At this station of light we pray that you also have greater confidence that, although even more extraterrestrial assistance is being supplied, you have the same right, privilege and responsibility to help create the world of YOUR Golden Age vision and no one else’s. That is why you chose to be on Earth instead of elsewhere!

"Your voices as much as any others are 'voices of the universe,' and you need to start thinking of yourselves that way."

As the energy in every single one of our thoughts, feelings, words and actions flows out, by natural law it affects us all. That energy we are sending attracts similar energy in the universe and pulls more of its kind back to us. Individually, we literally are creating our own lives in every moment and simultaneously, collectively, we are creating our world.

And it doesn't end here. The energy we continuously are generating affects in kind the mass consciousness of the entire universe, thus it is impacting our space brothers and sisters. No wonder so many of them are eager to help us bring light to Earth!

As some of you know, I live in the northern Rocky Mountains of northwestern Wyoming in the USA.

Wyoming is a huge state, ninth in size among the 50 United States. It’s a vast, sprawling land of rolling prairies stretching beyond the distant horizons, and high rugged mountains reaching far up into the big blue skies.

Wyoming is mostly empty. Despite its size, it has less than half a million people, the smallest population of all 50 states. Which is one of the reasons I love it here. I’m not antisocial. I just don’t like crowded places.

Wyoming people are unique, as unique as their land. They still have that fiercely independent frontier spirit. The spirit that carried the pioneers onward back in the days of the Old West.

You couldn’t ask for better neighbors than you get in Wyoming. They’re friendly folks. They have strong beliefs and values. But they also have a live-and-let-live attitude. They’ll accept you, whether or not you believe or live the same way they do. Good folks, really good folks.

There’s a strong sense of community here. I never realized how strong until now. And I don’t mean just in the local communities, but state-wide.

I recently had some legal questions about my business. None of the local authorities could help me. So I called the Wyoming Attorney General’s office. It was lunchtime, and I got the voice mail system.

I was slightly shocked to hear the voice of the Attorney General himself on the recording. It was warm and friendly. Definitely not something I was used to, having lived many years in the Washington, DC suburbs.

I left a message. And, again to my great surprise, the head of the department I needed called me back shortly. He was an attorney (a very friendly one, at that!) and he answered all my questions.

Then we started chatting on a personal level, something I’d never experienced before with a high government bureaucrat. It was a warm and wide-ranging conversation, as if we’d been friends and neighbors for many years.

After we said goodbye, I realized, more than ever, why I love this place so much. People truly care about each other here. Poor folks, average folks, rich folks, men, women, politicians, high government officials, it doesn’t matter what your status is.

Wyoming is known not only for its cowboys and cowgirls. It’s also known as the Equality State, and was the first state to give women the vote. All are equal here.

I don’t know exactly why that is. We certainly have most of the problems, albeit on a smaller scale, more crowded places have. So perhaps it’s because there are so few of us. Or because we have so much space and don’t crowd each other into madness. Or it’s the frontier spirit still alive in us.

You’ve heard it said your world is shrinking–you live in an increasingly global community. Obviously, the planet is not literally shrinking, physically. But your modern technology has made it possible for you to communicate instantly among yourselves, no matter where in the world you are.

That capability has truly cast all of you into the "global community." A community where you are all closely bonded to one another. As you say in some of your marriage rituals, "for better, for worse; for richer, for poorer; in sickness and in health; until death do us part."

Whether you like it or not, dear ones, you are all connected to one another. As our dear Chief Seattle said, "Man did not weave the web of life. He is merely a strand in it. Whatever he does to the web, he does to himself."

You are more closely connected in "the web of life" than ever before in human history. And therefore, now–more than ever before–what even a single individual among you does affects every other human on the planet.

That, of course, has always been true. But today your technology makes that fact far more obvious to all of you than ever before. And often painfully obvious. Especially in the midst of your so-called war on terror.

We do not wish to discuss the war on terror today. But we do wish to stress the obvious–you are all connected in this global community.

However, there is little sense of community in your global lives–that sense John described exists in his home state of Wyoming.

There is, instead, a fractured sense of discord, disharmony, distrust. This is not a bad thing, for it will ultimately bring all of you to the realization that you are truly all one.

Yes, you can have your differences, your individualities, if you will–among individuals, groups, churches, governments, nations, etc. But you must ultimately come to the conclusion that the good of one is the good of all. The willingness to allow the differences while compassionately working toward the common good is the goal here.

Fighting against the differences will only ensure more divisiveness. Accepting the differences while sincerely wanting the highest good for all is the only way you will ever ensure a truly connected world.

A world where all are equal, all are accepted. A world where there truly is a sense of community.

Since 1992, John Cali has been communicating with a non-physical entity called Joseph. In one of his many physical lifetimes, this spirit was incarnated as the legendary Chief Joseph of the Nez Perce tribe in what is now Oregon.

I rarely pay much attention to the mainstream news media. But I do spend several minutes most Sunday mornings browsing the Washington Post’s headlines at their website. That way I’m not totally ignorant of what’s going on in our world.

Today I was thinking about what is going on in our world, and I remembered a newsletter we did some time ago. I thought it might be a good idea to revisit it this week.

Those of you who were with us several years ago may have already seen it. But this will serve as a good refresher. And those of you new to us since then may find it helpful as you travel your chosen path in what can certainly be a confused and chaotic modern world.

When we first published that newsletter, it was timely. Today it’s still timely.

With all the sabre-rattling and armed conflict in the world today, it amazes me how all sides, in their own behalf and against their "enemy," invoke the name of "God." (Or whatever name they use for divine power. Let’s use "God" for simplicity.)

Do these folks really believe God is on their side and against their enemy? And what about the enemy’s God?

"Coincidentally," after I wrote the above introduction to Joseph’s message, a dear friend sent me a story Mark Twain wrote years ago in protest of the American military invasion of the Philippines.

The story is titled "The War Prayer." In it Twain gives his own interpretation of what people are really praying for when they ask God to take their side against their enemies. Here it is:

"O Lord our Father, our young patriots, idols of our hearts, go forth to battle–be Thou near them! With them, in spirit, we also go forth from the sweet peace of our beloved firesides to smite the foe.

"O Lord our God, help us to tear their soldiers to bloody shreds with our shells; help us to cover their smiling fields with the pale forms of their patriot dead; help us to drown the thunder of the guns with the shrieks of their wounded, writhing in pain; help us to lay waste their humble homes with a hurricane of fire; help us to wring the hearts of their unoffending widows with unavailing grief; help us to turn them out roofless with their little children to wander unfriended the wastes of their desolated land in rags and hunger and thirst, sports of the sun flames of summer and the icy winds of winter, broken in spirit, worn with travail, imploring Thee for the refuge of the grave and denied it–for our sakes who adore Thee, Lord, blast their hopes, blight their lives, protract their bitter pilgrimage, make heavy their steps, water their way with their tears, stain the white snow with the blood of their wounded feet!

"We ask it, in the spirit of love, of Him Who is the Source of Love, and Who is ever-faithful refuge and friend of all that are sore beset and seek His aid with humble and contrite hearts.

Dear ones, whatever or whoever you perceive the divine power that rules the Universe to be, your perceptions are often flawed. You generally ascribe to this divine power (let’s call it God to simplify our conversation) qualities and characteristics that are–we think your term is–anthropomorphic. That is, you view non-human beings as having human traits. And that simply is not the case.

In the matter we’re discussing today, the view of most humans (at least those who believe in God or a god) is God is on our side and against our enemies. Therefore, you pray to him/her/it for victory to you and defeat to your enemy.

Can you see how flawed such an attitude is? If God created all that is, if God is all that is, then how can God take up your cause and rail against your enemy’s cause? It ain’t gonna happen, dear ones! God does not take sides.

In fact, it’s impossible for God to take sides. How could he/she/it–who is, after all, ALL that is–partition itself and favor one part over another? That is utterly impossible. And that view is utterly human.

The only way a human could pray to God for victory in battle (which obviously means defeat for the other side) is because he/she has a limited, anthropomorphic, and just plain distorted, idea of what God truly is.

When it comes to war, God doesn’t care who wins, who loses. Those are human struggles and God takes no part in them.

What God does do, however, is to allow all humans to play their game, whether the game be making love or making war. Games are supposed to be fun. However, and we don’t need to remind you of this, your games are often anything but fun for you. And that’s okay with God.

God loves you all unconditionally and eternally. You are loved. Period. And "you" means all of you–you and your enemy.

God loves you so very much he/she/it is willing to allow you total freedom to play out your life game any way you choose. You are all free to create whatever reality you want. But you will not get it done in this lifetime, or in any other. In fact, you will never finish creating your realities.

You are eternal beings of light. Growth is your game. You’re destined to play the game forever. And God doesn’t care how you play it. That’s because you are God. And you get to do it your way.

No matter how terrible or tragic any event appears from your human perspective, it’s all part of the game. And in the "end," you all win when you remember who you are. When you remember you’re creating the world you’re experiencing, because you are God, every one of you.

And you’ll all make it Home–you and your enemy. You are your enemy. Your enemy is you.
