I've noticed whenever Denzel Washington stars in a film, not only is it very good, it usually is intense. Déjà Vu is yet another intense movie, fast-paced too. What I enjoyed the most was the topic of time and time travel.

As humans, we experience time in a linear way, although many of us know past, present and future exist simultaneously. Seth, a highly evolved spiritual teacher channeled through Jane Roberts, spoke often about our power being in our "now", in the present and that from this present, we can consciously create our desires, even change past and future events. Déjà Vu examines this concept in a drama that seemed more probable than not.

I had a feeling during the film that we were peeking into technology that has already been used be secret intelligence. After the film was over, I overheard groups of people wondering out loud what just happened. Those of us who have an understanding of this concept will know exactly what happened.

Déjà Vu is a fast-packed, action-filled drama that will have you on the edge of your seat from beginning to end.

As I watched The Persuit of Happyness, I thought how appropriate this film came out at the end of 2006. It helps open of the doors for this year of 2007.

The Pursuit of Happyness is based on a true rags to riches story. One can easily see the Law of Attraction at work. The main character played by Will Smith, created a contrast for himself--poverty and wealth and then made his choice. This is something we all do in life, create contrasts so we can see clearly what we don't want. At that point, some of us will stop and decide, choosing what we do want and follow through with that decision.

While viewing The Pursuit of Happyness, one can easily see how feelings and thoughts of fear and worry only brings misfortune while feelings of joy and gratitude attract big breaks and success. This is what happens in all of our lives.

When you have inspiration and a dream, follow it and it will always lead to success. The Pursuit of Happyness is a film that will tug on your emotions. When it was over, I noticed how strong my feelings of appreciation and gratitude was.

The novelist Vladimir Nabokov coined the term doughnut truth to mean
only the truth, and the whole truth, with a hole in the truth. This is a good
description of what we have been told about weight loss by experts. What they’ve
said isn’t wrong, exactly, but it is seriously incomplete -- and the missing
information is very important if you want to lose weight easily and comfortably.
The Shangri-La diet allows you to do that because it’s based on the whole truth —
including the previously left-out “hole.”

You’ve probably heard the phrase A calorie is a calorie. Doctors say it to
patients. Weight-loss experts say it to journalists. A calorie is a calorie is meant
to convey the common belief that the only way to lose weight is to eat fewer
calories than you burn. (A food’s calorie value indicates how much energy you
extract when you digest it. Like the mileage ratings of new cars, the calorie values
of foods are measured under unrealistic conditions — but, like those mileage
ratings, they’re good for comparisons.) According to this idea, if a particular diet
was successful it’s because you ate fewer calories. The calorie-is-a-calorie experts
say that in order to lose weight you must put down your fork. Do whatever it
takes to eat less. “Everything should be about portion size,” said Marion Nestle, a
professor of nutrition at New York University, in a radio interview. Anyone who
says otherwise, they imply, who says that two foods with the same number of
calories may have very different effects on your weight—well, that person is . . .
confused.

It is true that in order to lose weight you must eat less or become more
active—but it is not true that this has to be difficult. It is not even true that to lose
weight you must try to eat less. In fact, you can lose weight by eating more of
certain foods—and this book explains how. You will add foods to your diet and you won’t have to stop eating anything. Unless you want to lose a large amount of weight (say, 60 pounds or more), you may not even need to make big changes in which foods you eat.

The Shangri-La diet is so different from previous diets and what you have
been told about weight loss because it is based on a new theory of weight control,
a theory supported by considerable scientific evidence.

More Is Easier than Less
Early weight-loss diets demanded that you subtract: Cut calories by eating
less. This prescription worked so rarely (everyone became too hungry!) that the
message had to change. It became Eat less fat. Cut out the ice cream, butter,
French fries, hamburgers and other high-fat foods, experts said, and the
unwanted pounds will come off. This advice didn’t work very well either.

The message became Eat fewer carbs. Avoid almost all carbs (Atkins) or
avoid “bad” carbs (Protein Power, Sugarbusters, South Beach) we were told, and
you’ll be healthier and slimmer. Bread, pasta, even apples and bananas were
restricted or forbidden. Low-carb diets work modestly well, but they are not easy
to follow (“I got tired of chicken and eggs,” a friend said) and rarely produce as
much weight loss as the dieter would like.

With the Shangri-La diet, weight loss happens because you add: You add
certain foods to what you eat. These foods make you feel full and satisfied more
easily; as a result, you eat less overall and lose weight. The foods you’ll be adding
are safe, cheap, and widely available. You don’t have to give up anything. You
don’t need to try to eat less of anything or to pay close attention to how much you
eat.

The Truth You Know
The Shangri-La diet is different from earlier diets because it is based on
new ideas. One of them is that what you eat affects your weight in two ways—one
that you already know all about, and one that’s the missing hole in the whole
dieting truth.

What you already know is that excess calories become fat. You’ve been
told many times that your weight depends on how much you eat. If you eat more,
you will weigh more. It’s true that your body extracts energy (calories) from the
food you eat, and if you consume more energy than you use, most of the excess is
stored as fat. From this point of view, it is true that a calorie is a calorie: It doesn’t
matter where the excess energy (calories) came from. It will become fat. As far as
fat storage goes, 100 excess calories from raw carrots will have the same effect as
100 excess calories from banana cream pie. It is also true that to lose weight (fat),
you must burn more calories than you eat. All this is true — but it is a doughnut
truth.

The Missing Truth
Here is what you have not been told: Food also affects your weight by
influencing what is called your body-weight set point, a term taken from
engineering. Weight-control researchers have used it to mean the weight your
body “wants” to be—the weight you are when you’re not paying attention to how
much you eat, the weight you drift back to when you go off a diet. Your set point
may be quite a bit more than the weight you would choose or the weight that’s
healthy for you. In spite of the name, however, your set point is not fixed or
constant. It is not your “natural weight,” one unchanging magic number. Rather,
your set point goes up and down, partly in response to what you eat.

By varying how hungry you are and how soon you feel full when you eat,
your body-weight regulatory system pushes your weight close to your set point.
Your body-weight set point is like the temperature to which a thermostat is set.
My home thermostat, for example, is set to 70 degrees. The system “wants” the
temperature to be 70 degrees at all times. If the temperature goes below 70
degrees, the system turns on a heater, which warms the house. When the
temperature reaches 70 degrees, the heater turns off. Your weight-regulation
system controls your weight in a similar way. Let’s say your body-weight set point
is 180 pounds. If you weigh less than 180 pounds, you will be hungry and think
about food. The bigger the gap between your set point and your weight, the more
hungry you will be, the more you will think about food, and the more food it will
take to feel full when you eat. It is nearly impossible to weigh much less than your
set point for a long time — the hunger becomes unbearable.

If you weigh more than your set point of 180 pounds, you will not be
hungry and will think much less about food. When you eat, you will feel full
rapidly. (See the table for more details.)

The level of your set point depends on everything you have eaten for the
last several months. Some foods are high-set-point foods; if you eat only these
foods, your set point will be high. Some foods are low-set-point foods; if you eat
only those foods, your set point will be low. (I’ll explain why in later chapters.)
Other foods are in between. Your set point depends on the average of what you
have eaten for several months. When you eat a food that is low for you (lower
than your average), your set point goes down slightly. When you eat a food that is
high for you (higher than your average), your set point goes up slightly.

When a food lowers your set point, you will be less hungry than usual
afterwards. You may wait longer than usual before your next meal and you will
tend to eat less than usual at your next meal. When a food raises your set point,
you are more hungry than usual afterwards, you may eat sooner than usual, and
you will tend to eat more than usual at your next meal. The quote from Nancy
Mitford’s Love in a Cold Climate that opens this book [“Curiously enough, the
immense dinner of the night before, which ought to have lasted me a week, made
me hungrier than usual”] is an example: The dinner of the night before raised the
speaker’s set point. It made her hungrier than usual at later meals.

By raising or lowering your set point, every food controls how much you
eat later – how much you eat of other foods. By itself, a one-pound box of
chocolates can increase your weight by no more than one pound. But if it raises
your set point 10 pounds, it will cause you to eat more of other foods, enough to
raise your weight 10 pounds. Your body always wants your weight to match your
set point.

Diets and Your Set Point
Diets are not only about losing weight; they’re also about how they make
you feel. If you lose weight but feel hungry all the time, the diet is no success—you
are very likely to regain the lost weight, sooner or later, in order to stop feeling
hungry. This is why simply eating less doesn’t work for long—you lose weight,
true, but you gain hunger. Your hunger grows and eventually becomes
unbearable.

Diets cause hunger when they lower your weight without lowering your set
point. The key to successful weight loss is to lower your set point. When you
lower your set point, you will lose weight without effort.

The Shangri-La diet lowers your set point because you eat more of certain
foods — zero-set-point foods. These foods are so powerful they will lower your set
point no matter where it is. Because your set point will go down, you will feel less
hungry than usual, you will eat less than usual, and you will lose weight—without
any struggle at all. And without cutting anything out of your diet.

"T E L O S" Telepathic Communication from Earth's Interior

Now we will talk about the climate on Earth, and why the balance is precarious at this time.

All planets have distinct weather conditions. Some are mild and some are harsh. The milder the climate, the more adaptable that planet is to life forms. The harsher the climate, the more formidable it is to evolve in physicality and spirituality.

Up to now, your planet’s climate has been mild, and life has been easy for all. Now, the plates of Earth are shifting, causing destruction, and the weather patterns are severe in intensity, causing flooding, earthquakes, and hurricanes. The only way to quell these storms is through your concentration on God, the Creator of All, and by standing firm in your knowledge of Immortality. For no matter what happens around you, know that you are safe in God’s arms. Your soul knows no decay or death. It is only your mind that imagines these things.

On the surface, you experience great fluctuations in your temperature, with enough variation to cause hardship. Your surface weather fluctuates to such a great degree that it has gone out of control, similar to the loss of control your lives exhibit at times. For there is definitely a correlation between the lack of stability exhibited in your lives, and the weather patterns.

As you think a thought, it goes out into the ethers, where it gathers energy and then returns to you. It parallels the weather patterns on Earth, where your negative thoughts go out and gather negative energy, bringing the negativity back to you on its return trip. So all this negativity is churning up the surrounding ethers, and causing the erratic flow of weather where negative thoughts have been trapped and are seeking a means of release. Volcanoes and earthquakes are one means of releasing this trapped negativity that’s been stored in the Earth for millennia.

We experience no fluctuations in the climatic conditions in the subterranean cities beneath Earth, because our environment is closed and protected from the forces on the outside of the planet. We are in a womb, so to speak, where we are comforted and cradled, and nurtured. This is the best way to evolve. This is why we don’t allow surface folk in, because we are protective of our unique environment. You, too, could create this on the surface, once you recognize that humanity is ONE.

The weather in Telos is always balmy and cool. It is always perfect. For we, here in Telos, keep our thoughts in perfect unity with Mother Earth; and She, in return, gives us back Her perfection. We are blessed by the Earth, for we bless and caress Her daily with our thoughts. She is a Great Mother, and will always perfectly care for Her children when they perfectly care for Her. For life is a circular ladder, which, when climbed in harmony and love, will bring all on its rungs to higher states of evolution. So climb with us. For the steps are many, but our hearts are ONE."

Here’s the scenario. You find yourself in a failing marriage, you hate your job and where you live, you are in poor health, bill collectors are calling and you feel cornered and stuck. In an attempt to get out, you tell your spouse that it’s over. You want to quit your job, move to another city, and get a boob job and tummy tuck. You want to get out and you just don’t know how.

Finally, you take the first active step out of the situation because you have experienced grace.

MATTHEW: And I say the same to you “electronically,” dear soul! Let us start with my answer when you asked me on New Year’s Eve, will the energy from all the celebrations around the world have any lasting effect? Always there is reverberation from the high spirits of crowds welcoming a new year, and some of it remains via action on good intentions; but never before in Earth’s history has the energy of that annual occasion given such forceful momentum toward peace. Hearts and minds are filled with hope, with encouragement, that the time of peace is nearing, and the energy of those emotions sparkles magnificently. You can think of this graphically as the collective fireworks that briefly but spectacularly lit up the skies in a wave around your world as a global beacon guiding peace and spiritual enlightenment ashore.

Your world is war-weary. Even those who are committed to the war that is blazoned on newspaper front pages and dominates newscasts are weary, but it comes from their ongoing failure to achieve the victory they had expected to come easily. Indicators of the frenzy in the administration and the fatigue in the military are the individuals being repositioned or replaced to create the appearance of a “new strategy” in Iraq. Principal players who formerly supported the war have abandoned ship either by disillusionment that policies proven futile nevertheless were continued or by “seeing the light” and embracing it. A great deal is fomenting behind the scenes and some results that could be considered “complete” are not being made public. Incrementally they will be, because the ultimate reason for the tumult in the Mideast cannot stay cloaked much longer in the spin of “a democratic Iraq” or “Israel’s national security.” With the ever-growing demands for troop withdrawal from Iraq and for attention to be given to stopping genocide, starvation, disease, poverty and new weapons development, the light is shifting the power from the dark perpetrators to the enlightened populace.

If I had to choose only one word to describe what is happening in Earth’s energy field of potential, it would be turmoil, and turmoil is to be heartily welcomed as the forerunner of the masses’ desire for peace being manifested. Reformation, or transformation, comes only when enough energy is put forth to move any situation from status quo into betterment. This is what you are doing, and we praise and admire your steadfastness in holding the light throughout the years when little change was evident. We know that you have been longing for tangible evidence of the light’s progress beyond our assurance that we see it, and your patience and perseverance will be well rewarded this year.

But please do not anticipate totally smooth sailing during the process of energy adjustments. We do not see the tenacity of darkest ones flagging and we do see their desperation growing—the combination indicates that they intend to keep the pressure on. There will be more geophysical events to transmute the negativity stored as kinetic energy; weather anomalies leading to a more moderate climate globally will continue for a while longer; and disease, impoverishment and ignorance cannot be eradicated overnight. Yes, indeed you have our space family’s incalculable assistance, but it is vital to keep foremost in your thoughts that each of you has the power to speed the day when Earth is radiant in the vibrations of love and peace. Focused thoughts and feelings on what you want for yourself and your world is prayer, and the power of prayer is immeasurable!

Understandably, many readers from countries other than the United States are asking about their leaders and when situations such as their unjust laws, denial of human rights, oppression of women, and civil wars will end. So again I tell you that everything that applies to the US applies globally insofar as the light initiating changes from “bad” to “good” in all conceivable ways. Because the US government seemingly is the bully regarding world events, it gets the most publicity even though it is the worldwide cabal often called the Illuminati that wields the power via the purse strings that have controlled many governments, provoked wars, and kept deceit, violence and oppression thriving. Through a stream of defectors from lower level ranks and efforts moving forward to remove the vast illegal fortunes of the Illuminati, their control is being consistently battered. Although it is becoming apparent that new political figures with promising ideas and intentions are rising in prominence in some countries, the beneficial changes underway are not coming from political systems—the changes so sorely needed are coming from the increased light in people worldwide. It is the collective light on the planet that is ushering your world into the Golden Age!

S: Matthew, I think light workers understand this, but the yardstick for most people is change in national leadership, and all that seems to be happening in our government is talk and musical chairs. When will we see unmistakable evidence of BIG changes?

MATTHEW: I don’t know exactly when, Mother. Change comes according to the energy put into it, and there are more factors affecting the momentum of change than the people who are determined to “stay the course” toward world domination with conquest of the Mideast as a necessary step. The lack of truthful information in mainstream media remains a contributor, because many still believe whatever rhetoric is put forth, and the energy of their thoughts is “stuck” in that information. But there are other influencing sources, too, mostly fear or apathy in people who do not have light workers’ understanding of what is transpiring. People who are barely eking out a living wage are fearful of losing that income, and those who have no jobs or homes or health care and no hope of ever improving their living standards are fearful about what will happen to them. Parents and grandparents despair about the world their families will inherit. These many millions of souls, plus all who are besieged with their own or loved ones’ debilitating illness or are grieving from loss of their dear folks, are preoccupied with their everyday lives that leave no emotional margin or interest in thinking beyond that. Many people have become inured to war as a way of life and just go about their daily affairs; employees of companies that supply the war machine are interested in their jobs continuing; young adults who see no sense in making long-term plans escape into drugs or immersion in violent computer games; feelings of the religiously devout who believe their religion is the only true one range from despising the Muslim “enemy” to accepting that their death and destruction of their country is God’s will; and believers in Armageddon are simply waiting to be “saved.” All in these population groupings could be considered passive supporters of the status quo by either creating more negativity for Earth to deal with or by putting forth no energy toward change.

And there is another group supporting the status quo by the energy of their thoughts and feelings. The troops in the trenches need to feel that they are serving a valuable purpose and so do their anxious families. The many thousands who have sustained life-changing physical and psychological wounds and their families need to feel the same. And certainly the families of the women and men who have died on the warfront need to feel the deaths were for something meaningful or they would be inconsolable. The combined energy attachments of all those souls who need to believe what they do also slows the process of change in the government that approved of waging the war and wants it to continue.

All of those many, many millions of souls need light to fill their hearts and open their eyes, and the light being sent to each and every one is letting Earth feel more hopeful that most of her humankind will travel with her. She knows that as the vibrations increase along her ascension path, so does the communication between the soul and the consciousness, and sparks are flying, so to say, as her slumbering residents are awakening. This is what I referred to as the continuance of spectacular fireworks being a beacon, like lighting the way to safety for the new soul-searchers.

Another reason for Earth’s rejoicing: Among the children who have come during the past two decades are those with extraordinary capabilities and ancient wisdom and the mission to solidify the reforms that are being initiated by older generations who came with the purpose to do that. Some of these highly evolved souls know who they are and exactly why they are there, and others are discovering this about themselves. You will know these new leaders by their demeanor and actions—trust your intuition about them!—and if you are in close proximity, you will feel uplifted and energized by the energy emanating from them. When these souls are in leadership roles and the light-filled multitudes are cheering them on, you and Earth will know that she is in good hands!

Mother, I want to add one thing more before going to your question list. Quite some time ago I told you to sign your correspondence LOVE and PEACE, and I want to tell readers why. Simply writing, typing or reading those words evokes a higher vibration within you, and the spoken words create even greater impact. Imagine the massive power you are generating by feeling love and working for peace!

S: OK, dear, and thank you for answering my question and more! Someone who read that the Illuminati want us to ingest monoatomic gold because it prevents an increase in DNA strands and also primes us for mind control programming, wants your opinion of this.

MATTHEW: I’ll be happy to speak about this, but it is MUCH more than my opinion! The truth is exactly the opposite of that claim, and while that false information may have been passed on innocently, you can be sure that its originator knows gold’s place in human evolution—in highly evolved civilizations, gold is naturally an ingredient of their bodies because it is one of the most beneficial elements in the universe. As the microcosm of the universe that each of you is, this is how it applies to you: Gold enhances brain functioning and contributes to physiological stability through cellular regeneration. Throughout the eons of deterioration of human intelligence and the loss of knowledge that each life form started in the pure love essence of Creator and is a part of the Supreme Ruler of this universe, the use of gold went from health to wealth. It spiraled downward from its vital role in spiritual clarity and physical well being to its use as jewelry and other objects of opulence and eventually became the foundation for some economic systems. Gold also is an important part of higher civilizations’ technology. The earliest visitors to your planet went there precisely to look for gold, and upon discovering it, kept this a secret so they didn’t have to share their find with any other civilizations.

S: I didn’t know all of that before, but I did know the information about gold couldn’t be right or you wouldn’t have told me years ago to start taking it.

MATTHEW: Mother, we were talking about so many important topics then that what mattered was that you followed my advice, and since you did so without questioning, I didn’t think to say more about gold.

S: Does taking gold have a bearing on age-reversal or a much longer lifespan than we have now?

MATTHEW: It can contribute, but just as in all other facets of your lives, free will reigns supreme, and even in Earth’s Golden Age, not everyone will choose to “de-age” or remain there indefinitely. In the beginning of physical forms, no disease, old age or death were in the DNA, and the ending of a physical lifetime was by the soul’s choice to move on to different experiencing in either another form or in spirit. However, when darkness entered the universe and warring between the dark and the light forces started, physical death began from lethal injuries in combat. That is when the world you call Heaven and whose proper name is Nirvana was established, as the fatigued and wounded light warriors needed a safe haven to rest and recover. After the warring moved farther away from your part of the universe, Nirvana became the spirit sanctuary for your planet. As more dark influence came into play, human DNA was manipulated downward from the crystalline-based structure that accommodates many strands to the carbon-based with only two strands in third density beings; and the most de-volved life forms were reduced to only primordial instinct. Throughout the ages of this de-evolution, love energy—the most powerful force in the cosmos—has been beamed as light rays to every soul in those low stations, and all who absorbed it have slowly made their way back along the scale of spiritual clarity and intelligence.

MATTHEW: Yes, but most of you are much farther along on the way back than the souls deeply mired in the lowest aspects of third density worlds.

S: Thankfully we’re beyond that! So many people are asking what we can do about health issues and what today’s practitioners will do when there’s no more illness on the planet, that I’m hoping you can comment extensively enough to cover everything. Or do you want me to type all the questions?

MATTHEW: That won’t be necessary, Mother. I know that some questions are about individuals’ personal situations, and I’m not qualified to diagnose and prescribe therapies, so I can say only what I have before in messages: Along with providing guidelines for coping with mental, emotional and physical anomalies that may be the effects of new frequencies, I recommended consulting a trusted specialist in alternative health care methods and prayer. But we are aware of the general concerns and interests about this subject, and I will speak about those.

To begin at the beginning, bodies are not solid. Like everything else in the universe, bodies are energy fluctuating at one frequency or another, and blockages in the energy flow at bodies’ most vulnerable points are the cause of illness, pain, debility and ultimately physical death. The vulnerable points may be vestiges of ancient wounds carried forth in cellular memory or areas weakened by some trauma in this lifetime. When those conditions are provisions of soul contracts to balance or complete other lifetime experiencing, a body’s energy field blocks the healing energy being directed and health practitioners’ efforts cannot be successful. When that is not the case, treatments can be effective in activating the body’s self-healing mechanisms when the patient has this belief and the intention to be healed.

You need to understand also that everything “negative” on Earth pertaining to health and well being, such as endemic disease, malnourishment and impoverishment, viruses and pollution—all devised by the darkness in humankind—is there to provide what souls need to complete third density karmic experiencing and move into higher densities where no form of darkness can exist. What happened is that far longer than originally thought, most souls inhabiting Earth only partially completed their chosen experiencing or, through their free will choices, kept incurring more karma that needed to be balanced by reincarnating in the same kinds of circumstances. Earth was depleting her own light by giving it to her residents time after time as still one more opportunity to complete the third density experiencing cycle, and because of this, sixty-some years ago her planetary body was near death. Rather than let her body die and her soul ascend, she chose to give her humankind one last chance to wind up their karmic lessons. That is when she cried out for help and God authorized our space family to intervene with the infusion of light that kept Earth’s body alive. She has had her fill of living in third density where darkness thrives, and during her ascension out of that station, her residents have the opportunity to accompany her. Many who are experiencing painful mental, emotional or physical conditions are completing the balancing needed to make that journey with Earth. We know the suffering this is causing, and how we wish we could do more for you, whom we love beyond your comprehension. But all that is within our province to do is send intense light to relieve the anguish and sorrow and provide spiritual guidance for this lifetime and the next, in spirit.

Looking ahead, when Earth reaches still higher frequencies, Western medicine’s procedures will become history while the use of alternative health care more slowly diminishes, and all of you who are employed in any aspects of these current endeavors will welcome the changes. Along your journey with Earth you will remember abilities and talents that in this moment still elude your consciousness, and when you remember the gratification they once gave, you may choose to enter those fields again. If you wish to keep working in health care, you can use your knowledge, skills and experience to treat or teach souls in other civilizations—astral travel will be safe and commonplace in this part of the universe and “miles” will not be a deterrent. Either way, you will be adding to the storehouse from whence all your knowledge came—the universal mind, where it can be tapped into by inspired souls just as you did yourselves.

While these developments will be greeted joyously, we do understand that it doesn’t satisfy your longing to relieve pain and suffering right now. We encourage you to follow your inner voice, whether the message is to forsake entirely the traditional methods or you are guided to add to your therapy reservoir the various forms of natural healing. If your intuition tells you that patients would be receptive to hearing about soul contract choices and the purpose, tell them; and if not, tell them that science is discovering the body’s self-healing mechanisms and about the power of belief and healing intention. And you keep in mind that your efforts can be successful only if it is the patients’ soul level choice.

S: Thank you. The next most numerous questions are about the world economy. Basically people are asking about the new foundation for monetary systems, how national resources can be reallocated, how the debts of poor nations will be handled, what will happen if the United States can’t pay off its national debt, is the US economy collapsing, is bartering on an international scale part of the plan, and can worldwide economic collapse be avoided?

MATTHEW: We also see that these are primary concerns. They are natural and logical because it is difficult for you to imagine any system other than what you are accustomed to, and only a comparative handful of people know how corrupt that system is or that international trade, banking and stock markets are manipulated by the Illuminati. Although I cannot give you finite details of the changeover process, I can give you an overview and assure you that the honest, knowledgeable people who will manage the process intend to minimize disruption as they fairly distribute the world’s wealth. The “new” foundation for currencies will be a return to an old one, where there actually was a set standard for exchange; now there is only a vague appearance of value as transactions are from computer to computer and the total worth of daily transactions far exceeds the money available to back them. Because the debts of the poorest nations were incurred by desperation and the loans were not used to benefit the citizens, those debts will be annulled. As for economic collapse in the United States, that country’s coffers have been empty for some time, and its citizens can only benefit from new economic management. The US national debt is due to the Illuminati’s skullduggery in calculating it, and when their Federal Reserve System and its collection arm, the IRS, are dissolved, the actual debt will be manageable.

The unspeakable fortunes illegally amassed by the top Illuminati will be returned to circulation, and since those fortunes enabled them to control governments, banking and multinational corporations, that control will end. Bartering can be an excellent way for nations to conduct some business, just as in small communities, and outright assistance will be given to impoverished countries. Many national borders have been set by the victors in war who wanted the natural resources, and that created “have-nots” who formerly were “haves.” With the light in souls ending all conflicts, borders no longer will be cause for dispute because all peoples will be “haves.” Not only will the Illuminati money be distributed wherever the need is greatest, but their control of natural resources will too, as will the wanton destruction of the environment through oil and gas extraction, mining, logging and pollution. Technologies now suppressed and the more advanced technologies that will be introduced by your universal brothers and sisters will clear the pollution and provide renewable energy and building materials.

Mother, that is as much economic insight as I can offer at this time, so please type the next question.

S: Thank you for that information. Matthew, I’m hearing from people who read articles or channeled messages with various claims: Armageddon is here and the “saved” souls will physically go to a different world; the planet will be taken over by malevolent ETs; the planet will be destroyed by natural disasters or nuclear war; lighted souls will be evacuated in spacecraft and when they return, they will have to live underground; the shift will take 100 more years; only a few million people will survive the planetary cleansing; there will be 3 days of darkness followed by 7 years of famine; future life will be in gigantic spaceships. What are your comments on this?

MATTHEW: Mother, if you asked Hatonn for his comments, I believe he would just say “Hogwash”—not because of his responsibilities in aid of Earth that are monumental in scope and require constant attention, but because that word says it all.

HATONN: Matthew, my friend, you are correct! Now use my reply and get on with factual topics!

S: Well, thank you both. Matthew, I’m really eager to know your answer to this question: With our multiple lifetimes, what determines our name identification after this life?

MATTHEW: Mother, when we first started communicating, you asked what the souls in Nirvana call me, and you were surprised when I told you, “Matthew—that’s my name!” Each experiencing lifetime of the soul is an independent, inviolate god/goddess self—I call that the “personage”—and the name given to the personage at birth is the same when he or she enters the spirit world. A new personage is born for each experiencing lifetime in physicality; and although in the spirit lifetime every personage has access to the knowledge and talents within the total “experiencing pool” of what I call the “cumulative soul,” each personage remains its Self and is known by the birth name. Some parents “get” the name that the soul has chosen, like you did when I was born. However, the cumulative soul usually is called a different name in the higher stations, where the collective experiencing of all that soul’s personages is known.

MATTHEW: It is more appropriate—and necessary. Putting this into the continuum where it actually is, a cumulative soul may have 100s or 1000s of personages living simultaneously in many civilizations and stages of evolution, and in different genders, cultures, races and physical forms, or in spirit worlds. So you can see that one name for the cumulative soul is certainly easier than referring to it by all the names of its personages!

S: OK, but each personage is its own complete soul and a part of God, and not just a part of the cumulative soul that is a bigger part of God—is that right? Matthew, I’ve never understood this, that one soul has many lifetimes and each life is a completely independent new soul, and all are living simultaneously. I don’t understand how you can be in a distant galaxy and still be so close to our family here that you know our thoughts and feelings. Or how Hatonn could jump in the way he did. You have tried to explain these things, but I just don’t understand.

MATTHEW: Mother, dearest soul to me, this isn’t understandable at the level of comprehension prevailing on Earth. Until that level rises as your planet travels into the higher densities where the reality is far less complex than any explanation sounds, think of this simply as the Oneness of All, which it IS!

I’m feeling your edginess about space limitations, and I shall end this message quickly, with a request to readers. Envision yourself laughing, your eyes sparkling with excitement and joy, and FEEL the lightheartedness and thankfulness as you see your exuberant self. Now superimpose that vision on an image of a pristine Earth glowing in golden health, inhale the expanding lightness you are feeling, and let that energy remain within even as it radiates so far beyond you that you cannot even begin to imagine the light you are beaming out to the world!

My friend's friend retired at a relatively young age, and is a multi-millionaire. But he was having some serious problems with family and other relationships. He was totally stressed out and depressed.

That's the eternal question -- What makes you happy? The human race has asked that question forever, and it echoes down through the ages.

So many of you seek happiness in so many places -- money, lovers, homes, friends, your bodies, your jobs, and so on.

Those are certainly worthy goals, and we will not say there is anything wrong with them. After all, you incarnated in your current physical bodies because you, at the soul level, thought you might have some fun here.

But often we see so many of you, having not quite manifested your dreams, losing heart, getting stressed out, plunging into depression. You've lost the joy of life you carried within you as an infant, as a little child. As you grew into adulthood, you forgot life is supposed to be fun.

The infants, the young children don't need money, friends, homes, toys, etc. to be happy. They are happy just because they are. Being who they are is their only requirement for happiness.

Happiness is an inside job. You won't find it in dollars, in lovers, in drugs. In fact, you won't find it in anything or anyone outside yourselves.

Just be who you are -- those glorious gods and goddesses in human bodies. And then when you are truly happy just being yourselves, magic begins to happen. The Universe begins to deliver to you all you've asked for -- money, lovers, friends, houses, jobs. Whatever you want starts flowing to you easily and effortlessly.

Most of you have this process of manifestation backwards. You get happy first, even if you don't have anything you want. And then all you want will come to you. It must come to you.

Sentinels of the Sky: Conversations with Chief Joseph

Beloved masters, your journey into density has been quite an adventure, and has spanned billions of years according to your timekeeping. We have explained how, as you moved deeper and deeper into the great void and the darkness of space, you assisted in filling that void with Light, substance, texture and shapes beyond your wildest imagination. And then, according to the Divine plan, you submerged yourself within each new reality you had helped fashion so that you could experience creation in its many magnificent, diverse forms. Thus began the manifestation of solid matter via pure thought brought forth from the Mind of the Supreme Creator, and later from the mind of the Father/Mother God of each universe, and eventually via your own thoughts as you moved further and further from the pure Source of all creation.

After you came into your individualized consciousness, realizing that you were a Divine Spark of the Supreme Creator, the ALL THAT IS, you knew that you were predestined to journey forth into the great unmanifested void as an emissary of Light, for it was encoded deep within your immortal soul and your sacred heart core. You, along with all the other “awakened Sparks of consciousness,” were destined to experience all the wondrous diversity of creation for the Creator, our Father/Mother God, and all the great Beings of Light who remained in the rarified realms.

We tell you this because we wish to impress upon you how ancient and complex you are. You came into this lifetime with a wealth of knowledge and a rich, complex lineage encoded within your DNA, your cellular structure, your mental and emotional bodies and your extensive chakra system of awareness. You often wonder why the members of a family are so different when, from a narrow point-of-view, they came from the same parents and lineage. The lineage of your earthly family in this lifetime is only a minuscule portion of your vast and priceless heritage.

You have separated your consciousness or fragmented yourself millions of times in order to experience the great diversity of Creation, and you have also reunited with many of the multiple facets of yourself more times than you can count. Each time you did so, you added more complex information and unique experiences to your memory bank. The further you moved away from the perfection of the Supreme Creator, and the deeper you moved into multi-dimensionality, the denser and less perfect your creations became, for you had less pure Light substance to work with. Therefore, there is no blame and there should be no feelings of guilt and failure. It was a learning experience; however, it is now time for you to reclaim your self-mastery and the ability to create things of beauty and harmony in accordance with the original Divine plan. Now that you are aware that you have the power to tap into an unlimited supply of pure primal life substance and the Love/Light of purity and perfection, what are you waiting for? The rejection of your Divine birthright is a travesty, and your Higher Self will not relent in its nudgings to help you awaken and claim your royal heritage.

We have explained how the spectrum of Light and shadow was created in this universe so that you could experience duality and polarity. In the higher dimensions, those closest to our Father/Mother God and the Great Central Sun, the duality spectrum is very narrow; however, it became broader and more pronounced as each dimension was established until it reached what was to be the maximum duality that was to be experienced. You are aware that it was not ordained or intended that humanity should sink so deeply into duality and polarity thereby causing so much pain and suffering. The time has arrived for the distortions and excesses of the past to be brought back into harmony, and it is our greatest desire to assist you to move through this process with ease and grace.

Will you please heed our words: You are not judged and never have been by anyone or any Being from the unseen or higher realms; YOU ONLY JUDGE YOURSELVES! Under the universal laws of cause and effect, all your thoughts, intentions and deeds are stored within your auric field and your chakra system, and you radiate the vibrational patterns thereby created, which go forth from you in an infinity pattern and return to you in like frequencies and measure. In the past, it often took many lifetimes to reap the rewards for positive, loving actions, or to experience the penalties for negative or hurtful actions. Therefore, most often, it was not obvious that the “righteous” are indeed rewarded, and the “unrighteous” also receive their just rewards in kind. Again, no great or small Being is doling out rewards or punishment. The universal laws are firmly in place and your own Higher Self monitors your progress or lack thereof, either clearing the way ahead and blessing you with miracles large and small, or by placing more obstacles before you in hopes you will awaken and step onto the spiral of ascension.

Beloveds, too many of you are carrying great burdens from the past, mistakes you have made in this lifetime, and also many from past conditioning and buried memories of painful events or actions from all your previous lifetimes. Holding onto these memories or carrying the “burdens of inequity” no longer serves you. It is time for you to allow us to help you heal the painful memories of the past, just as we are clearing the distortions of the third- and fourth-dimensional collective consciousness belief patterns and bringing those dimensions back into their originally designed spectrum of duality.

As you descended into the restricted, limiting realms of consciousness, membranes of Light were placed around the multiple strands of your DNA, leaving only two accessible and active. Membranes of Light were also placed over your memory, as well as around the Light Packets of wisdom stored within your higher brain structure. A veil was put over your memory so that, most often, you could not remember your past lives, for it would be too much of a burden to remember all your past mistakes and imperfections. It was an act of mercy, for it has proven difficult enough for you to forgive yourselves for your errors and misjudgments in this lifetime, much less all your past aberrations. These restrictive membranes of Light are slowly dissolving as you return to balance and harmony and advance on the spiral of ascension and reunification. A membrane of Light was placed over the portal at the back of your Sacred Heart Center until it was time for you to begin your journey back into the higher dimensions and the realms of Light. However, you and you alone placed a membrane of protection over the front vortex of your Sacred Heart Center because you have been hurt, disappointed and disillusioned so often. Slowly, but surely, through the techniques we have given you, you have dissolved those restrictive membranes so that the Love/Light can flow freely to and from you in the way it was intended. In order to access and radiate the ever-increasing frequencies of Light, you must be able to integrate and permeate your Being with these advanced vibrational patterns, and you must be prepared to radiate them down into the core of the Earth and then project them out into the world-at-large via your Sacred Heart Center portal, from both the front and the back.

Remember, we told you that when you first came to Earth, you were a shining crystalline Pillar of Light. Slowly as you sank into the density, you began to build a cross of matter that became more and more unwieldy as your spectrum of Light and shadow increased. Now you are loving those fragments you have created back into balance and harmony as you seek and tap into higher and higher frequencies of Light. You are in the process of become a cross of Light, beloveds, as your spinal chakra system becomes ignited and you radiate Love/Light from your Sacred Heart Center in front and behind you.

We have repeatedly told you to ‘heal the past, script your future and then live in the moment,’ for this very moment is the Still Point or the power center of Creation Why not move into the center of that spiral, into the eye of duality and polarity where all is calm and peaceful, and filled with pure, rich, primal life force substance just waiting to be molded into your vision of the future? This very moment, as you move into your Sacred Heart Center, you can experience the profound love and compassion of our Father/Mother God and the Supreme Creator, and know that you are a treasured son/daughter on an important mission, and nothing you can say or do can diminish that love.

REMEMBER, YOUR EMOTIONAL, MENTAL AND ETHERIC BODIES CAN BE HEALED AND TRANSFORMED BACK INTO WHOLENESS VIA THE GIFT OF FORGIVENESS. Stand in front of a mirror and gaze into your own eyes or go into your Pyramid of Light and lie on the crystal table. Say to yourself, “I forgive myself for any action, thought or deed, past, present or future, in this or any other reality, that has not been composed of the frequencies of Sacred Love. I forgive everyone I feel has treated me unjustly in this or any other lifetime and I return to them, wrapped in a bubble of love, all negative memories, impacted energies and probable futures that we have created together. I ask the angels of forgiveness to permeate all facets of my Being with the frequencies of Love/Light so that I may become “Soul-focused and heart-centered” as a Bearer of Light and a self-master.

Breathe deeply as you move into your Sacred Heart Center. Allow the pure Love/Light to pour down through you via your Higher Self. Feel the expansion in your heart center as this Divine elixir of love permeates the very depths of your Beingness. Sacred Love is what frees you from the shackles you have woven around yourselves, binding, restricting, entangling you in karmic interactions. When you deny this love, you are denying your heritage and your Divine birthright. Perform this exercise as often as necessary until you feel you have accepted the truth that you are worthy of forgiveness.

Forgiveness of Self which facilitates a forgiveness of all others is an integral step in the process of opening the portal to your Sacred Heart center, and your heart portal must be open in order to successfully connect with your Twin Flame. You must be making a concerted effort to return to harmony and balance within your own Being in order to be ready to connect with your Divine counterpart. Your painful, unsatisfying earthly relationships are a result of inner feelings of unworthiness, guilt, fear of failure and rejection. The battle of the sexes is really an internal battle with Self, as you project your “needs, wants and desire” outward to someone else in hopes they can supply what is missing within. Your relationships will surely reflect to you the negative energies you need to overcome, as well as some of the positive attributes you desire for yourself. Either can be painful or fulfilling, depending on the way you wish to “play the game of relationships.” Negative-based physical relationships are fear-based, rigid, self-absorbed and limiting. Sacred relationships are love-based and Spirit-inspired, and allow each party to integrate and express the positive attributes of their intrinsic masculine and feminine nature. They focus on wholeness and unity and yet are flexible and allow freedom of expression.

As you lift your consciousness and return to harmony within, you radiate forth more refined frequency patterns and, therefore, you will attract to you those who are radiating and are comfortable with the same level of the Light spectrum. The reunification process entails rejoining multiple facets and levels of your soul family consisting of your earthly family, your solar, galactic and universal family and the many facets of “Self” including your Divine Twin Flame and then eventually, the wholeness of your I AM Presence.

Beloveds, won’t you begin the process of forgiveness NOW, and make a concerted effort to open the portal of your Sacred Heart Center so that these wondrous gifts can be showered down upon you? I am Mary and I thank you for sharing this time with me. Today I would like to speak about the cares and woes of the leaders of our times, for times are changing and they, like everyone are affected.

As you may or may not know, it is necessary to clear old patterns and habits from your life, anything that does not or will not support your ascension into a higher vibratory pattern and way of life. This is true for everyone and everything. In fact, as Mother Earth continues to ascend, all upon and within her will either have to change their vibratory rate to ascend with her or she will leave them behind and have them shifted to a planet of lower vibrations.

Now, this is not something that most people have to worry about because most of you live in your heart...except when you are frightened. So for you all I can suggest is that you make every attempt to not buy into the fear that "fear mongers" spew forth and just laugh off the dark's attempts to separate you from your human family.

But, there are those leaders who are basically dark at this time, who are finding that the fear they are trying to create in others is bouncing off of all you light workers and rebounding back upon them. That is setting them up for a major fall in the near future. As some folks say, "Denial is not a river in Egypt."

However, what I would like to say today is, please remember that these dark leaders are also Soul and were created within the same source as you were. Their true home is there too. It's just that they haven't visited it for a very long time and have spilled forth their lies of the separation of all things for so long that now even they believe it.

Have you ever met a politician who didn't think that he (or she) was smarter and better than you are or ever could be? They are few and far between on Earth these days.

If I may suggest, treat these people with love and humor, as if they were a child and truly needed your guidance. Don't they really remind you of know it all teenagers? BUT, you don't give an irresponsible teenager the keys to the family car or any important decisions to make until you have tested them time and again to make sure they are wise enough and have the integrity to make decisions that are truly For The Good Of The Whole, do you?

Yesterday's mothers knew it was their responsibility to set a good example for their children and to give them family jobs to get them use to contributing to the good of the family.

Today's population on Earth seem, to those of us in the higher worlds, to worship celebrities or anyone with name recognition and a little bit of fame. The smarter "sports heros" and "movie and recording stars" take being a role model seriously and truly are good examples for our children. However, there are a lot of celebs out there who promote violence or just follow other celebrity politicians along the road to disaster.

It is up to each and every one of you to take back your personal power and accept responsibility for all of your decisions. Now, when you do, this will vastly affect those who have been controlling your life in small and grand ways. When those "controllers" learn that you will no longer play their game and that you are not really frightened by them and the illusion of the "horrible" things they can do to you if they choose, then the cards will be turned and those of you who stand together in Oneness, will be the true leaders and ones who wield the power over your own lives. They might be tempted to make an example of just one or two persons, but put fifty or a hundred of you together and you are a formidable foe.

To me this is a simple thing, but one that seems to be difficult for many to actually accomplish. It seems to take a big threat for some people to realize that nothing is more important in their lives at that moment than standing up for themselves and their families. I encourage all reading this today to make the move before anyone holds a hammer over your head.

How? Make a list of all of your fears then beside each of those fears, put down what would make you less fearful of that fear. If you can't think of an answer, ask your family or friends. Brainstorm in the abstract to come up with answers that might work. Then, where possible, do those things that empower you so that you will not be "beholden" to someone else for your survival.

An example might be: A tornado, hurricane or bad winter storm might hit your home and knock out power and water for several weeks. You could prepare by cleaning and bagging sleeping bags in trash bags, saving old Clorox bottles to carry water in and store water when you hear a storm is coming, buy a gravity/drip water purifier, store cans of food (especially those already cooked) with a can opener near by, make up a first aid kit that includes everything that you think you might need in an emergency that includes your family's medications, extra glasses and some sports wraps. Thick garbage bags can stop you from freezing during a winter storm if you put your sleeping bag in it then crawl into that bag. Pack clothing away just for emergencies and dress in layers. Anyway...you get what I mean.

Taking action against any fear, even an unwarranted one, is empowering and the power that fear has over you is greatly lessened.

One last thing to remember. Your greatest resources in times of trouble are your family, friends and neighbors. Develop good relationships with each and everyone that you possibly can and if you have a problem or an area disaster happens, you will find safety and strength in your Oneness.

The New Moon (and the Full Moon) energy is a powerful one and is always an important time to state and manifest your intentions. One way to do this is by actually writing a list on this day of everything you desire to manifest in your life. The New Moon energies are also strong and effective during the two days before and after January 19th.

During this global meditation let us join and "dedicate ten (10) minutes to meditate upon the Cetaceans (whales and dolphins), to acknowledge their service to humanity and to Earth, and to send them our love energy so that they can at last feel the connection with their brothers and sisters on land."

Using the galactic calendar, we can also focus on the k'in or day during the New Moon Cetacean meditation (and every day) as well as the message for the galactic month, allowing us to flow with Mother Earth and experience galactic time. The galactic calendar is about creation or manifestation, from the beginning of the journey to the end. Then it repeats in another cycle.

On this day of 10 Cauac, 17 Chen, 2 Ik (January 19, 2007), the main energies are "Manifestation" (10) and "Rejuvenation" (Cauac). For this meditation, the direction is West and the musical tone is "G". In Mayan, Cauac represents the "Black Storm" or the "Restorer" and means "regeneration of self" and the "preparation for ascension". Black is transforming and magical.

Since storms are very powerful and generate much energy, we can use this energy to regenerate ourselves. As we practiced in the recent past, we do this by first learning to love and accept ourselves unconditionally. Use positive affirmations and if necessary, always ask for assistance from Spirit with self-love.

We can be open to receive the energy of Regeneration or the Black Storm to accelerate the manifestation process. All we have to do is ask then allow this powerful energy in and watch our desires and intentions become physical reality. Use the magical energy of Black as well as 10 or "Manifestation" today and watch all of the gifts flow into your life.

Creating a list of your desires and goals today, as mentioned above, is one of many effective techniques to manifest. Speaking or writing affirmations are another way. Today is a very powerful day and by combining your manifesting techniques with the energy of this New Moon, all of your dreams and desires can appear more easily and quickly.

Toning in the musical note of "G" (make sound of "eye") opens the throat chakra which heightens creativity (especially communication), a great way to start this New Moon day and meditation.

During this meditation, we place our attention on the energies of Black, Manifestation, Regeneration, this galactic month of Chen and this galactic year of 2 Ik.

Also, understand that the Cetaceans are always eager to telepathically communicate with us and we are to connect with them along with our meditation. They assist us in bringing love, joy, inspiration, healing and balance into our lives. They are the caretakers of our planet Earth, protecting the biosphere. We can tune in with the Cetaceans, sending them Love energy and thanking them for their service.

In fun and interesting ways the research of Dr. Masaru Emoto captures frozen water crystals in photographs that present a glimpse into the mysterious response of water to thoughts, words and pictures. Guarantee the production and distribution of the book to most children in the appointed area. Have the means to translate the book in the appropriate language. Provide content of the book (in English) for pre-approval when the change in content is preferred to fit the specific locality or culture. When requiring to have some original water crystal photograph taken to be used in the book instead of the original photographs in the book, each extra photograph will require US$300. I will not eat large numbers of assorted bugs and then come home and throw them up so the humans can see that I'm getting plenty of roughage.

I will not lean way over to drink out of the tub, fall in, and then pelt right for the box of clumping cat litter. (It took FOREVER to get the stuff out of my fur.)

We will not play "Herd of Thundering Wildebeests Stampeding Across the Plains of the Serengeti" over any human's bed while she's trying to sleep.

I cannot leap through closed windows to catch birds outside. If I forget this and bonk my head on the window and fall behind the couch in my attempt, I will not get up and do the same thing again.

I will not stick my paw into any container to see if there is something in it. If I do, I will not hiss and scratch when my human has to shave me to get the rubber cement out of my fur.

When it rains, it will be raining on all sides of the house. It is not necessary to check every door.

I will not play "dead cat on the stairs" while people are trying to bring in groceries or laundry, or else one of these days, it will really come true.

When the humans play darts, I will not leap into the air and attempt to catch them.

I will not swat my human's head repeatedly when he is on the family room floor trying to do sit-ups.

I will not puff my entire body to twice its size for no reason after my human has watched a horror movie.

I will not stand on the bathroom counter, stare down the hall, and growl at NOTHING after my human has watched the X-Files.

I will not drag dirty socks onto the bed at night and then yell at the top of my lungs so that my human can admire my "kill."

I will not perch on my human's chest in the middle of the night and stare until he wakes up.

I will not walk on the keyboard when my human is writing important adagfsg gdjag ;ln.

If I must claw my human, I will l not do it in such a way that the scars resemble a botched suicide attempt.

If I must give a present to my human guests, my toy mouse is much more socially acceptable than a big live bug, even if it isn't as tasty.

Sister Mary, who worked for a home health agency, was out making her rounds visiting homebound patients when she ran out of gas. As luck would have it, a gas station was just a block away.

She walked to the station to borrow a gas can and buy some gas. The attendant told her that the only gas can he owned had been lent out, but she could wait until it was returned.

Since the nun was on the way to see a patient, she decided not to wait and walked back to her car. She looked for something in her car that she could fill with gas and spotted the bedpan she was taking to the patient

Always resourceful, she carried the bedpan to the station, filled it with gas, and carried the full bedpan back to her car.

As she was pouring the gas into her tank, two men watched from across the street. One of the them turned to the other and said, "If it starts, I'm turning Catholic."
