2003-- Deepen Your Connection With Spirit This month of June brings surprises
regarding one's spiritual connections, which are greatly heightened and
made so much easier right now. All you must do is make your intent
to connect with Spirit. Everything will fall into place and much
information and many revelations will come through. June is an 11
universal month in numerology and 11 is a Master number. This
means the powerful energies present now will make it even easier to
connect with your Higher Self, Ascended Masters, angels, mainly with
Spirit. This master number of 11 has the vibration of inspiration and public recognition. Share your insights with others and you may be surprised to see that many are receiving similar information. Keep your eyes and ears open for important public announcements and spiritual breakthroughs. June also has a 6 vibration which represents family issues coming up, love and romance, as well as business relationships. Partnerships are key this month in business or other personal relationships. Now would be a good time to start a partnership. There may be some ups and downs emotionally regarding family, friends and relationships, but as you focus on harmony, love, peace and balance, all will fall into place. In this month's issue of The Isle Of Light, there are many more great articles and submissions, each bringing awareness and insight into what is going on around us now, from every point of view. The spinning prayer wheels at the top of each page ties in with the June energies, keeping us connected with Spirit. This spinning ancient Tibetan mantra is "Om Mani Padme Hum" which is a peaceful yet powerful prayer of compassion. "The sound instills peace, contentment, joy and serenity...It is said that all the teachings of the Buddha are contained in this mantra." Prayer wheels are usually handheld and it is said that touching or turning a prayer wheel brings great purification of negative karma (prayer wheels can be made with any prayer one desires). It is also said that digital prayer wheels are just as effective as the handheld ones and you actually turn your hard drive into a prayer wheel. Janet shows us how we can create a an empowering mind-set which will change our experiences for the better. "The Power of Appreciation" communicated to John Cali by Chief Joseph, gives you great ways in which to use this power to enhance your life as well as the lives of others. "When you’re in a state of appreciating, you’re catapulting yourself, if you will, into the realms of Spirit, where your higher self, the Universe exist..." Patricia Diane Cota-Robles brings us another great article called "2003--A Defining Year". She tells us what we as Lightworkers can do now during this critical time in history. "2003 is the year for the global shift of consciousness the Spiritual Hierarchy has been telling us about for the past 50 years. During this year, there will be a rare Galactic alignment that is being called HARMONIC CONCORDANCE..." It's a long title and article but Dr. Michael Salla provides more insight into those clandestine or secret organizations and various ET races, how they may be interacting and tied with the military and government, and how this effects humanity at this time. Dr. Salla's article is called "Responding to Extraterrestrial Infiltration of Clandestine Organizations Embedded in Military, Intelligence and Government Departments". The
Isle Of Light Television Show There is a public access television show based in Denver, Colorado also called The Isle of Light, created and produced as of May 2002 by Dale Finnila and Chyrene Pendleton. The Isle of Light presents weekly, hour long, spiritual/metaphysical presentations. Prominent lecturers, authors, teachers, psychics and healers from all over the country are presented on a wide variety of topics and formats. The topics include alternative healing, crop circles, remote viewing, angels, ufology, extraterrestrials, nutrition, music, children, and much more. The talented hosts seen on The Isle of Light are Brenda Cleveland (Creative Goddess), Paula Kay Flynn (Teacher/Healer), Sherrie Munday, Chyrene Pendleton (Teacher/Lecturer), Glenn Rickert (Multidimensional Field Theorist), Sue Russo (Teacher/Healer/Dowser) and Olivia Silva. The
Physics of Law of Attraction in Action Dedicated to the
Memory and If you've ever wondered why "bad" things happen to good people, or you are interested in knowing more about the universal principles and the laws of physics, in how they apply to all of us, we invite you to read this story. Law of Attraction, The Law of Cause and Effect--or what some call Karma, is constantly in effect. What we put out comes back. That is why here in the Wizard's Wonderland we practice Mastering the Craft of Creator. May these words shed some light and be of more assistance to you in this journey we call life. With this information we can better empower our world and the world around us. As this message spreads, more people will come to know how it is they create, and with that knowing, humanity can then begin to create, purposefully, a world reflective of its highest intentions. This is the story of sweet Matthew and the Physics of Law of Attraction in Action... Matthew was the name I chose nearly thirty years ago if my child had been a boy. That child, though a girl, now had a baby boy. As my new grand baby lay sleeping upon my chest, I watched the story of Matthew's murder and the Law of Attraction unfold before my eyes, like I have countless times before. This time it was different. It was as though Matthew was speaking to me directly. His story must be told, not because of what happened, but because of why it happened. This story has something to tell us and in the process can empower us. Matthew C. was born in 1990 and was brutally murdered in 1999. Matthew's story touched me deeply. This young being was and is the sweetest of souls--bright, beautiful, pure, and kind to the core. I could no longer stand by and say nothing about how horrific conditions like these come to happen. The Physics of Law of Attraction in Action ~ Those who want to know more about this law will naturally draw this to them. Those who are ready to take fuller responsibility for their life experiences, or want to know why things happen, will happen upon or wander into this wisdom. For the simple reason of Law of Attraction: That which is alike unto itself is drawn. Who we are is always about what we want, and love to have in our experience. We can have anything our hearts' desire, but the Law says that we must give it to ourselves first. Creativity is never about things coming to us; they come to us through our creativity. That is how the physics of the Law operates, whether we are awake or asleep to its existence. It hardly seems fair, and certainly wasn't for Matthew and his family, to be playing a game and not know how the game is played or plays out. You cannot be the ruler of your life experience without knowing the rules. The Law of Attraction governs the universe and is known as a universal principle. We live by this law even if we are not fully aware that we are. The Law says that if you are feeling something, you are sending a message that says: GIVE ME MORE OF WHAT I SAY IS SO FOR ME. We sow the seeds of thought, and in time reap the harvest thereof. Attention to something is attraction of that something. The more attention you pay to something, the more attention it pays to you. Focus is energy flow. The same energy that creates the infinite cosmos flows through us and gives birth to where we flow that energy. As we see, observe, ponder, imagine, envision, focus upon or pay attention to anything, we begin, by Law of Attraction, to draw to us those things. We flow energy right to where we do and don't want to go. And it goes against all that is wholly who we are when we say, I give to myself something less than who I am! This is crazy making, as energy in motion fulfills both our dreams and our nightmares. There is no defying or denying this law, what goes out must come back. What we are experiencing in our inner world will come back to view us in our outer world, as a mirror reflection of who we have become. Understandably, there is a big substantiated fear out there, because of what has happened, or what we see and hear in the news, that tells us to prepare our kids for the worst. Matthew's wonderful guardians, well intended loving people, like most of us, drilled him time and again about what to do if an attack on him were to occur. Fifteen minutes before his murder, he was again instructed in what to do in case of an attack. Can you imagine the fear that had built up in this child and his family? By Law of Attraction, built upon fear over time, of what could happen, actually did happen. What this family most feared became their experience. Secondly, Matthew's emotional guidance system (your best friend and spirit guide), told him intuitively that something was not right. He said: "I don't want to go into that bathroom alone." Those gut feelings are there for a reason, and it is best to pay attention to them. Ignoring them can bring about painful, even tragic experiences, like Matthew's murder. The purpose of having positive and negative emotions is to tell us when we have moved away from or towards who we are and what we want. It's best to pay attention to how we are feeling, because those feelings create all things we call real. If more of us knew how it is that we draw experiences to us, the less experiences we would draw to us that do not represent us! A violent murder surely doesn't represent a sweet Soul like Matthew. How else can we account for such a pure child being tragically taken from this world? If something does come to you that you would never in your right mind create, one might say: "It must surely be someone else or something outside of me, for I would never do that to myself. I would never create any kind of pain or unfortunate situation in my life! When I experience something that does not feel good, it could not in all honestly be my doing. I surely would not attract or give myself something I don't want, are you nuts with this stuff? I can't buy into a belief in Law of Attraction." It is not a belief that can be bought, because we already own it. And trying to function outside of the Law can bring grief and pain. We don't necessarily have to believe in this law, but it totally, wholly, fully, faithfully, 100% believes in us. This law does not discriminate, it holds no prejudice, has no restrictions, and never condemns. If it did, Matthew surely would still be alive today. The Law gives us exactly, precisely what we give ourselves, most often without our full knowing that we are the givers and receivers of such. The more we don't like something, the more we draw what that is to us, even though it is not what the awakened one would choose, if our truth be known. All this can change as each of us bring to light how it is we create, as nothing by Law of Attraction can change until we do. What we have been conditioned to fear is all too easy to believe because of past experiences that have nothing to do with now, until we bring them into another now, and fear what could become a possible future. Those thoughts start to send energy in motion, through negative emotions that move us away from who we are and what we want, and that is why they simply don't feel good. If Matthew's parents knew differently, they would have done differently. None of us can do differently until we know differently, and we are not going to know until we want to know. With that asking, we can then summon the answers. We only have ears to hear if we are calling out and asking. The information has always been there, but it never occurred to us to ask. Often, what happens is that when we can't take anymore, we seem to allow ourselves to ask. We are then open to receive the information that can change or transform us. It surely did for myself, and perhaps it could do the same for you. I have made a personal in-depth study of the Law of Attraction for ten years now, and it all started the same year Matthew was born. Once I came to know this powerful principle, through experience, I began to put it into deliberate practice. I found it to be so accurate that I decided to write about it, and did so in a little $7 companion handbook called "Merlin's Message; Reawakening and Remembering." I wrote it for the purpose of sharing with others, how they too, can become more aware of how it is they create. With that wisdom, we can then use this law on purpose with deliberate intent. When we come to know that we create everything, we can then begin to create anything. Law of Attraction tells me that wherever I go, there it is. It just IS! So I surrender to it and make great use of it when I remember to do so. I know that even the things I do not like, I draw to me, and when I do, I simply turn my attention to what I prefer to see. It may take a few turns, but I know that practice at anything I want to master is worth it. We exist. We are powerful. The Law exists. The Law is powerful! It is in fact so powerful this Law of Attraction, that it allows us to create anything, just because the Law wants us to know how powerful we are. The Law demonstrates our exponential freedom. We are so free in fact, that we can and do create lack and limitation, murder and mayhem. On the other side of the same token, with that same freedom, we are free to create our natural state of magic and miracles, bliss and ecstasy. Thank you dear sweet Matthew for moving me so, so that more of us may go beyond our limitations. We will remember you for assisting us in further awakening from our deep sleep of forgetfulness. I have asked Matthew, from spirit, to assist me in finding the courage to come forward with this information, to reach out to the many rather than the few who know about this powerful law. His love from where he is now, and his life lived here have enormous value, worth, substance and special significance. It can have a powerful force and effect upon humanity. Matthew's murder has a message that can empower our world, that of returning to our power and intuitive nature. Creating
an Altar And Worshipping at Your Altar Introduction Vibrant and energetic health can be achieved and maintained only when we are healthy in all major aspects of our being, including physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. This requires integrating time and practices for developing and maintaining a high level of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health into our everyday lives. If these various aspects of ourselves are not nourished on a very regular basis, difficulties will often be found with the physical well-being of the individual and illness can occur. This article deals primarily with spiritual health and will identify one approach to help us connect with the God within us and with the Universal Power in the external Cosmos. It's important to separate the concepts of organized religion and spirituality. This article deals with spirituality that includes a direct and personal relationship or connection between a human and that Power which created and influences how the Universe evolves. Creating a personal altar and worshipping at this altar provides us with a simple act which we can perform on a regular basis, to fit in with any schedule, and which can form a major cornerstone of an individual's spiritual health. What Is an Altar Altars are part of ancient traditions and have been used as places of worship for thousands of years. Every civilization around the world has worshipped at altars as an integral part of their spiritual or religious practice. Asian, European, Latin American, African, and various North American cultures have integrated altars into their practices of worship. Many great religions including Buddhism, Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, Judaism, and the ancient religions, have used altars for many purposes in worshipping the Universal Deity. Why Do You Need Your Own Altar Human beings have always had a deep need to pay homage, or just to connect at a deep and personal level with that power which they consider to be their God. I call this the need the need to worship. Worshipping is an essential element in every individuals spiritual journey in life. Altars help to remind us that there is a God or Gods much more powerful than any human power. It provides us with a focus to think, pray, meditate and listen. It helps us connect the God within us with the Gods of the Universe. Worshipping is essential for humans since it renews our spirit. Worshipping feeds our souls in the similar way we nourish our bodies with food and water and our emotional selves with love and caring. An altar helps to remind us to stop during our hectic and busy lives, to take time to be, to listen, and to talk with the God of our understanding. It helps us to stop with our everyday tasks and to take time to nourish our souls. It is an oasis of silence and peace, a place of spiritual comfort and inspiration. We can go to a temple or church on a regular basis and worship, but daily worship is most easily conducted at an altar at home. A home altar is a more personal place of worship including those elements that represent the sacred to each one of us. A deeper connection is possible when we worship alone in the quiet of our altar, with our Creator. An altar at home connects the God within with where we live, eat and sleep with the Universal Power. It reinforces spirituality into our everyday lives. What Is Worship For those reared in North American religions worship normally consists of ritualistic ceremonies and repetitive prayers. Normally, we are observers in this type of worship. This type of worship does not encourage a personal and close connection with something Holy. A personal altar does just that, bringing you to that sacred place for that personal connection with a Universal Power. This type of worship is intimate and individual. Worship can include many elements, but essentially it means connecting the Holy within you with what you consider Holy. It can be simple and consist of being present with God. It can include asking for yourself or others, sharing your hopes, dreams, fears or anxieties. It can be used as a time to listen, to thank, to praise, to recite affirmations, or to remember someone for a variety of reasons. It can be used to experience a time of peace. It can be used as a support when experiencing transformations at emotional, mental, physical or spiritual levels. This Holy Power is called many things including the Creator, the Universe, the Universal Power, God, Buddha, Allah. It doesn't matter what you call this Power. What matters is that there is a spiritual belief and that this belief is integrated into your everyday life. Why Do You Need to Worship I firmly believe that the emotional stability of any individual is a direct reflection of the relationship of that person with a Universal Power. We need to honor the God of our beliefs and doing so brings us emotional stability. In life we act from one of two sources, either the source of love or the source of fear. When we worship and place in God's hands what belongs there, we treat ourselves and others in a relatively loving manner. When we try to control and manipulate life to provide us with what we consider important, we are filled with fear and its many manifestations. Regardless of the materialistic success, individuals whose behavior is driven by fear, are not content with life, or at peace with themselves or others. Long-term and sustainable health can only be achieved when we are connected to the inner and outer sacred essence that underlies every aspect of every human life. Spiritual health is equally important to physical, emotional and mental health. Worshipping puts life and life's experiences in a different perspective, helping us to come more fully from a place of love. It helps you focus your intentions, become more centered, and puts you on the path of life that your heart is crying to travel. It helps you to stop and just be with yourself, your thoughts and feelings. It helps you to know you. Where Should You Establish Your Altar An altar can be anywhere that you can go to for your private moments with a Sacred Deity. This can be a small corner of a room, one shelf or three shelves of a bookcase, a desk, a cabinet, a room, a corner in your garden, or a sacred place outdoors. What's important about the space is that is has to be private for those times of worship, a place you can withdraw to, from the hectic moments of life, to quiet the mind and to spend time in prayer or meditation, or to be quiet just to hear oneself. What Should You Place On Your Altar Anything that represents to you the sacred power of the Universe should be placed on your altar. The following are some ideas to help stimulate your imagination. These are just ideas since the things you place on your altar should represent you, your life, your beliefs and your family. Intention The intention, or the aim or the purpose of what you place on your altar and what it represents is more important than what you actually place on your altar. Intention can be put into any object and therefore it is really important to concentrate your aim or purpose of placing a particular item on your altar. Think into these objects your intention for what they represent. We do not comprehend the enormous power of thoughts and intention. Sacred Representations from Different Religions Many different Gods from a variety of religions can be represented on an altar. You could have a large brass figure of the laughing Buddha to remind you that laughter is so important in living a healthy life, and to remind you of Gods wonderful sense of humor. You could have a wooden carving of a Meditating Buddha for those times when you need to strengthen your times of meditation and prayer. You could include a small carving of Horus, the Egyptian God, which is half eagle and half man. It represents the mysteries of the Gods that are beyond human comprehension. You could include a carving of the Blessed Virgin Mary, who helps so much in special requests for children. She has such a special love for children. There are so many other icons, figurines and carvings that could be included. The Black Madonnas, Ganesh the Hindu god, Kwan Yin, the Chinese Goddess of Compassion, St. Francis of Assisi or many other Catholic saints, Krishna, another Hindu god, are just a few more examples of sacred deities. The Spirit World Certain carvings and figures represent different metaphysical spirits who are ever present in our everyday lives. You can have carvings that represent your guides or counselors who work with you and help you daily. You can have special representations for angels or guardian angels that protect you and look after you. You can be quite specific and have figures of specific angels, e.g. the archangel Michael, the powerful protector of us all or the Goddess of Mother Earth to represent the healing power of the Earth. You can also place photographs or images that represent those who have left this earth and now belong in the spirit world. These images can reconnect us to these spirits, which are still part of our lives, even though on a different dimension. Plants, Flowers, Trees Nature is a powerful force in our lives and should be an important element of any altar. Plants, flowers, herbs and trees are great healers in nature and can represent different qualities that can support your personal development. You can use fresh or dried flowers, a branch of a tree, or you can place a picture of the plant, flower or tree that means so much to you. A flower, tree or gem vibrational essence can also represent that natural element which means something special to you. Choming Essences are the natural vibrations of flowers, trees and gems and can easily represent your favorite flower on your altar. Crystals and Gems There are so many different crystals and gems from which to choose that you can easily fill and entire room with small specimens of each. The healing powers of gems and crystals are powerful and as a result they need to be treated with care. Often crystals cannot be kept by many in the same room in which they sleep so you many have to experiment to find those, which are compatible with your vibrating energy. As with flowers, Choming Gem Essences can be placed on your altar to represent the specific crystal or gem which you want to place on your altar. Animals In the Native North American Indian culture, animals are representative of guides, teachers, counselors and protectors. A brass bear carving could represent your protector who goes everywhere with you to protect you and give you that overall sense of safety. He can be so ferocious and so powerful. And he just lives and loves to protect you. A carved elephant can remind you of the ancient wisdom in nature, and within you, if you'll just stop and listen to hear it. A dolphin can represent the rhythm of life, breathing new creativity into your life. Birds I have special relationship with birds and have a wooden carving of the Bird God of Nepal on my altar to remind me of that special relationship. Birds bring together elements of earth and the wider Universe and are often viewed as spiritual messengers. They can bring us messages and communications from the Universe. You could choose a raven or crow that represents the mystical and magical; the Canada goose that represents travel and the natural mysteries of migration; the vulture which represents rebirth; the robin that represents new beginnings; the owl that represents magic, omens, and silent wisdom; the red cardinal that represents finding your soul song and renewing your vitality; the blue jay that represents the proper use of power; the heron which represents self-reliance; the hummingbird which represents joy from drinking of the sweet nectar of life; the loon which represents new states of consciousness; or the blue heron representing independence and strength. These are just a few examples. The possibilities are endless. Place the bird on your altar that represents the quality you want to concentrate on and develop. Incense Customs in many ancient traditions throughout the world have used incense as an integral element of worshipping. Incense is made by compacting a number of herbs and spices. There is a special Tibetan Incense made in monasteries in Nepal from 35 different herbs and spices including nagi, red and white sandalwood, and saffron. The smell is gentle and beautiful and this essence will dissolve all negative energies that exist in around the area of your altar. This essence is prepared in accordance with Tibetan traditions, preserved through the centuries within the monastic orders of Tibet. This incense is special not only from the purity of the ingredients but also from the manner in which it is made. The smell that is generated from burning essence helps to still your active mind as you are preparing to worship and to slowly bring all your senses to focus on why you are worshipping at that moment. You can use various scents including jasmine, juniper, or myrrh. Incense increases the vibrational intensity of your thoughts and purpose for worship helping to send a stronger message to the Universe. White Sage White sage is used by many cultures, most especially Native Americans, to smudge and cleanse your sacred space for worshipping. It is said that white sage has special powerful properties for drawing wisdom as well as those of purification. Like incense, white sage will help you concentrate your energies as well as concentrate the energies that are being sent to the Deity during your worshipping ceremony. Candles Candles are another spiritual tool to help you focus and strengthen your energies of prayer and worship. Lighting a candle can be like an announcement to the Universe of your intention to worship. The flame of the candle can send a spiritual message that you are honoring the Creator and presenting to the God(s) of your understanding, and the reason for your worship. The colors of the candles you use can be representative of the changes or intent of your worship. White can represent purity or spiritual intent; black can signify the release of the negative in your life; yellow can represent the sun, joy, or it can represent the mental aspects of your worship; orange can represent the release of resentment or it can represent the request for increased creativity; green can represent issues of the heart or it can represent healing; blue can represent increasing your ability to speak your truth. The intent around the choice of color is important for your altar. What Represents You Place on your altar the photographs or images that represent those for whom you pray and have special intentions. Place your own photograph on your altar. An altar should be a very personal place representing you, your family and various aspects of your life. Make your altar as personal as you can for you and those who worship there with you. How to Use Your Altar In Preparation for Your Worshipping Ceremony We have not been taught how to use an altar as part of worshipping and we need to develop certain practices. The majority of North Americans and Europeans have been exposed to prayers of repetition, which are said in a formal religious setting, a church, mosque, or temple. We are not taught to develop our own ceremonies and customs of worship. The first step in worshipping is to decide why you want to worship and focus on one simple area. It might be to simply quiet the mind and to become more calm and peaceful for that day or night. If one is experiencing painful emotions, it might be used to tell the Universal Power of the pain and suffering a person is experiencing. It eases the pain. Worshipping can be used to seek help in developing new qualities. The opportunities are endless. It helps to choose a specific time of the day to conduct worshipping ceremonies. This helps us to put a structure around our worship and to develop the habit of worshipping. Some prefer to begin their day with a ceremony while others prefer to worship in the evening. You may need to experiment before you find your best time. It's best to choose that time of day where you can find some private time of about one half hour period. Make certain you will not be disturbed. Sit or stand in a way that you are relaxed and comfortable. If possible, do some deep breathing or other relaxing exercises to help you prepare for your worship. Opening Your Worship It's important to have a formal beginning for each worshiping ceremony. I use the burning of incense or white sage to formally open my worshipping. This helps to still the busy mind and to focus all energies on the purpose of the worship. The smell of incense burning reminds me immediately to quiet my mind. For example, if you are having a special worship for a child, burning incense as you begin the ceremony will help to still the mind, concentrate your thoughts, emotions and all vibrational energy on the child for whom you pray. Burning incense or white sage will also dissolve any negative energies in the area where you are worshipping, clearing the space for positive energies. Giving Thanks for Your Blessings Once you have focused your energies on the purpose of your worship, then begin your ceremony. It's important to honor God and to give thanks for the blessings one is receiving in today. Saying thank-you for the blessings you have puts you into a proper frame of mind for worshipping. There are always blessings regardless of the difficulties being experienced. For example, someone may be grieving the loss of a loved partner but is fortunate enough to have sufficient money for all their needs and material comforts. There are always blessings in every individual's life if we will only look for them. The Heart and Soul of the Worshipping Ceremony Then proceed to ask, discuss, or present the intention of your worship. This is the most personal part of any worshipping ceremony. The power of prayer is immense and you can realize many blessings simply by asking for yourself or others. The asking needs to be done in humility and love for self and others. Make certain you spend sufficient time discussing what is so private and so important to you, and above all feeling your prayer as if it exists in today. God listens to you. Listen to God. Another important element of worshipping is to listen. We tend to have such busy minds we need to learn to stop and be quiet with the God of our understanding. If you have sufficient time, meditate, quiet your busy mind so you can be more open to the messages of the Universe. This gives the Universe the opportunity to send us messages. But we need to be sufficiently quiet to hear these messages. If we are intent upon receiving a certain answer and are determined to have our own way, we are not open to an answer from the Universe. Sometimes the answer is no because in the long-run what we want may not be best for us. We need to put aside our will, desires, fears and hopes to be able to listen with a truly open mind. If one has a favorite prayer, for example the Prayer of Francis of Assisi, it is helpful to recite this prayer with perhaps a special intention as part of your worshipping ceremony. For those who read the bible, scriptures, the Torah or other sacred literature, reading from these writings can be an important element of a worshipping ceremony. You will find that the content of your worship changes as you grow and change. The beauty of an altar and worship at home is that you can change it to accommodate whatever needs you have at any point and time in your life. Music Music is an effective way to open or close a worshipping ceremony and to help calm the mind and emotions. It puts one in the right frame of mind for worshipping. But I do find music distracting during worship when one is connecting with the Universal Power. If you decide to use music choose that which you associate with sacred music. This could include bells, chimes, singing bowls, flute music, the horn of Tibet, chanting, Gregorian music, or Cappella. Many types of music can be powerful ingredients of worshipping which help you express your emotions and needs. Closing Your Worship Close your worship any way, but I suggest that you experiment until you find a way that you can repeat at the end of each worshipping ceremony. This can include playing a piece of music, reciting a prayer, giving a simple thank-you and/or amen, or whatever represents an ending for you. The closing should leave you with the feeling that you have reinforced the God in you, expanding your ability to love and care for yourself and others, and other God-like qualities such as compassion, understanding or generosity. Is It Prayer or Meditation Prayer is defined as a solemn request or thanksgiving to God or an object of worship. A religious service consists mostly of prayer. Meditation is defined as an exercise of the mind in contemplation, concentrating on a particular object or sound, so that your mind can become quiet and empty of chatter and noise. Meditation consists of emptying the mind so that subconscious and superconscious messages can come to the surface. Prayer involves speaking, discussing, and is an active exercise. Meditation involves relaxing, and quieting the mind and is a passive exercise. Both prayer and meditation are important elements of worshipping. They can be done individually or in a group. They can be done in a short or long period of time. There are many different forms of prayer and meditation and both should eventually be integrated into daily worship. The Art of Praying In his book The Isaiah Effect, Gregg Braden speaks so eloquently about the inner workings of prayer forgotten by our culture. He describes how we must feel our prayer rather than keep reminding ourselves and the Universe of what we don't have. He states that the secret is that when we ask for something, we acknowledge what we do not have. But he says continuing to ask for what we don't have only gives power to what has never come to pass. He provides many examples of how we must "feel" what we are asking for as if it is now - and feel it in its every detail and in its broadest dimensions. He provides the example of praying for rain and feeling what rain feels like, of rain upon your body, being barefoot in the rain, the smell of rain, the mud oozing between your toes. You have to smell your prayer, taste your prayer, and feel what it's like. Then you give thanks for what you may have created with your prayer. Meditation The subject and methods of meditation are so varied that I will not address it in this article, but sometime soon will write another article on meditation. In Summary The development and use of an altar can be a personal or private time or it can be used to bring a family together for many special times. It can be used to teach children about God and the power of prayer and meditation. Prayers said by groups can be even more powerful than those said by individuals. The development and use of an altar in your home can enrich your life and bring you many blessings. I wish you many occasions of powerful and fulfilling being, praying and meditating before your personal altar. of Control Do you feel like your life is out of control? Like it is controlling you, rather than you are controlling it? If so, how did it get this way? And, more importantly, what can you do to regain control? First breathe yourself into your center, aligning your breath along your spine. Anchor yourself in the strength of Self, Oversoul, and God-Mind. From here, you can make your decisions. Is your weight an issue? Do you go around and around, never accomplishing any ground? If so, you are a victim of your weight, and the mind-pattern that creates excess for insulation, or not enough, because of feelings of low self-worth. Is your career unsatisfactory? Do you think about moving on into another job, career, or profession? If so, you are a victim of your workplace, and the mind-pattern that says you are not worthy of soul-satisfaction. Are your relationships unhealthy, or perhaps nonexistent? Do you feel alone and depressed, regardless of whether you are with people or not? If so, you are a victim of a mind-pattern of isolation. Are your finances struggling to keep up with your standard of living? Do you feel that no matter how hard you work, you get further behind? Do you have difficulty justifying a wonderful, comfortable physical existence with all your needs met and without the anxiety of bills? If so, you are a victim of the mind-pattern that says you must suffer and worry. Do you feel that others are in control of your life, and you just have to sit and wait and wait and wait? The longer you remain a victim to these mind-patterns, the more entrenched you become in them, and the harder it is to get out of them. Your experiences become increasingly difficult until you finally make the decision that you are done being a victim to this part of yourself. You give this part more and more power until it finally takes over, allowing life to reflect this back to you as a constant reminder that these mind-patterns are in control, not you. You lose your balance and objectivity as these mind-patterns become inherently stronger. As you sink into your victimization mentality, you feel like you are watching the world go by. But the reality is that you are simply watching the world that you created. It is easy to sit back and judge others for the lifestyle that you jealously envision should rightfully belong to you. However, if you had the mind-pattern for it, it would be your lifestyle. So, instead of sitting in judgment, observe what these people are doing correctly that you can learn from. They must be doing something right, as they have what you know that you want when you are finally honest about your own internal feelings. You are only afraid that you will never have it, and that is why you are envious of others. While society's illusion is that it teaches empowerment, the reality is that it does not. Society mostly teaches you how to be a good "have not," while at the same time imprinting the mind-pattern of always "trying" to attain the status of a "have." Do you ever have dreams that someone might just come along and give you enough funding to actualize your dreams? You might win the lottery, a contest, or hit the jackpot at a gambling casino. Maybe you will meet someone that will like you and fund your dreams. So, you wait, hoping and dreaming, still a victim, waiting for help from the outside world. How about holding the mind-pattern that you will be the one giving help, rather than a ready recipient of others' hand-outs? Elevate your self-expectations to the point where what you expect simply comes to you. Is your weight an issue? Dig around inside and find out why you allow this to be an ongoing, annoying mind-pattern. If it bothers you, figure it out, and fix it. You created it, you can "uncreate" it. Weight has controlled you long enough. It is your turn to be in control of it. Is enjoying a soul-satisfying career an issue? Do you feel stuck? What excuses are you using to keep yourself stuck? Are you up to the challenge of advancing yourself, or is it just easier to sit around and complain? Are you a victim of the economy? You are one person, you need one job. With the correct mind-pattern, you can pull that job to yourself. Are you never in the right place at the right time? Why not? Why do you want to hold onto a mind-pattern of self-sabotage? Do you have a family to support? Maybe you will have to go one step back in order to go two steps forward. What is your excuse and are you tired of it yet? Do you or do you not want relationships in your life? You may say you want a life mate, but yet this would mean you would have to give up some of your "alone" time. You may say you want a child, but you are worried about losing your figure, identity, extra financial resources, etc. What relationship mind-patterns are you a victim to that hold you back in this area? Are your finances out of control? Wonder how you are going to get those bills paid? Want to hold onto that victim mind-pattern, or do you want to let it go? If you have bills, you have the ability to pay them. Recreate your mind-pattern so strongly that they cannot not be paid. Where there is a will there is a way. Do you have the will to recreate your present mind-pattern, or not? You can sit around, feeling and being, out of control. Or you can make some tough choices, and follow through on them. When you finally get tired enough of feeling like a victim of your own mind-patterns, you will stop blaming everyone else, get up and get going. Your logical mind can think of a million excuses for why something can/cannot, will/will not happen. Bypass that into focusing on the end result. Hold that at your pineal gland so strongly, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, that the end result has no choice but to come to you. While holding this focus, remember to say to your Oversoul and God-Mind, "thy will be done." Realize that your Source has limitless access to your world in ways that you cannot even imagine. Add the affirmation: I give thanks for (end result), its equivalent, or something better. You can be a victim of a number of mind-patterns. The ones presented here are only a few samples to make you stop and think. People are also victims of both positive and negative emotional mind-patterns. Whatever and/or whomever you perceive as controlling you is only an opportunity that you have created to stretch and overcome some kind of internal imbalance. Stop and think about what is going on in your life, and what you can do to put yourself back in the driver's seat.

Appreciation Occasionally some folks question or criticize Joseph’s and my approach to life, which basically is: Seek only joy. Some typical responses: "That’s too simple - too easy." "Life is just plain tough–you know, ‘no pain, no gain.’" "Look around you–there’s precious little joy in this world." "You guys are burying your heads in the sand." And so on. Or as one of my family once put it during a difficult time in her life, "Life’s a bitch, and then you die!" Well, this week’s message is one of those "easy, simple" ones. (Short too!) I hope you enjoy it. Chief Joseph The power of appreciation, dear ones, is vastly underestimated in your modern society. When you are in an appreciation mode, if you will, you are fully connected and powerfully aligned with your higher self and the Universe. There are few states of being which can align and connect you so quickly and so powerfully. So let us explore, for a few moments, the power of appreciation. Think about what you’re really doing when you appreciate, whether you’re appreciating a person, a place, yourself, your home, your work, anything at all. What you are doing is looking at the positives (or what you consider positive) in that person, place, job, etc. You’re seeing the good in them. And, at least for the moment, you see no negatives. Two benefits, immediate benefits, come to you when you are appreciating. First, you bring out more of the good you are seeing and appreciating from the "object" of your appreciation. You can see this most clearly when the "object" is another person. When you appreciate someone and say it, he or she will almost always respond warmly. And that person will see himself or herself in the same positive light you do. Even if this person you’re appreciating is at odds with the entire world, you, by the power of your appreciation, will elicit from her or him a positive aspect no one else has ever seen. And perhaps never will. That is the power of appreciation. Second, when you are appreciating anything or anyone, you immediately set up powerfully positive vibration. Your higher self and the Universe respond instantly to that high powerful vibration. After all, your higher self and the Universe (or God, Goddess, whatever term you prefer) exist eternally in a state of high vibration, a state of pure joy. When you’re in a state of appreciating, you’re catapulting yourself, if you will, into the realms of Spirit, where your higher self, the Universe exist. And so when the Universe responds to your high vibration of appreciation, guess what happens? It brings you more of what you’re appreciating. Let’s explore a little example of that. No matter how wonderful or dreadful your life may be, there is always something you can find to appreciate. Let’s say you’re short of cash. But you have at least a little. So you focus on what you do have, and not on what you don’t have. You give thanks for your blessings, in this case, the little cash you have. And you ask for more. The Universe will respond instantly to your appreciation and to your asking, and more of what you are focusing on is on its way to you immediately. But what so often happens is once you’ve put out your desire, you start thinking about all the reasons you can’t have what you want. And so you block the Universe from delivering to you what you want, and what it wants you to have. Nonetheless the Universe has responded instantly to your appreciation and to your asking. And everything and everyone you send appreciation to, near or far, will, on some level, respond instantly and positively. Such is the power of appreciation. It’s a resource literally at your fingertips. Yet you rarely use it. Defining Year Humanity has been preparing for this Cosmic Moment for literally aeons, and we are now standing on the threshold of the greatest shift of consciousness any evolving soul has ever experienced. To assist us in this process, we are receiving more celestial intervention than we can possibly comprehend with our finite minds. In order to grasp the full magnitude of this opportunity, we need to
understand that a miracle has taken place that exceeded even the greatest expectations of Heaven. The prophets and seers of old told us there would be a time in the distant future when Humanity would awaken from our self-inflicted exile and once again reunite with our God Selves. The belief was, however, that even with the most valiant efforts of both Heaven and Earth there would still be large numbers of fallen souls who would not awaken in time for the next planetary shift up the Spiral of Evolution. We were told that a second Earth would be created and that during the moment of the Cosmic Inbreath, the New Earth would Ascend into the next dimension, and the old Earth, along with the souls unable to withstand the shift, would pass away. Remember, a fulfilled negative prophecy is a failed prophecy. The only
reason information is given to Humanity through Divine Inspiration is to let us see what will occur if we continue our present course of direction. If the
prophecy reveals a potentially negative outcome, it is given for the sole purpose of inspiring Humanity to change our behavior patterns. During the 17 years since Harmonic Convergence, myriad activities of

Responding
to Extraterrestrial Infiltration of Clandestine Organizations Embedded in
Military, Intelligence and Government Departments

These former participants in projects run by clandestine organizations have testified to the relationships between humanity and various ET races in terms of the latter’s motivations, activities and moral philosophy, and the alliances they form with ‘clandestine organizations’ embedded within intelligence and security forces that interface with different ET races. The nature of these alliances appear to be very fluid in terms of how ETs and elites interface, and the various elites that come to the pinnacle of these organizations. It appears that a struggle between different factions of ETs who share interventionist and non-interventionist approaches to human affairs has been reflected in the various clandestine organizations that interface with them and dictate global policy. These factional differences appear both in terms of the relationships between these clandestine organizations, but also in the internal dynamics of clandestine organizations. This study paper describes the dynamics of the interactions between clandestine organizations and various ET races. Emphasis will be on describing the different intervention philosophies and activities of ET races, and in identifying how this impacts on the decision making and organizational structure of clandestine organizations embedded within military and intelligence departments of the US and other national governments. Finally, the paper will finish by describing the extent to which clandestine organizations have been infiltrated by different ET factions and the threat this poses to the sovereignty of humanity. The evidence used in framing the analysis provided in this paper is primarily drawn from the testimonies of participants in clandestine government organizations which serve as the strongest evidentiary source for analysis of the ET presence. [6] All of these individuals participated in ‘black projects’ which have the highest security classifications in the US and other countries, and carry severe penalties for divulging to the general public. The fact that many of these witnesses have been able to make these testimonies public in various lectures, videos, websites or books, suggest that an ‘acclimation program’ is occurring whereby the general public is being prepared for the more disturbing aspects of the ET presence. [7] The recommendations made at the conclusion of this paper are designed to assist in developing an adequate response to the infiltration of clandestine organizations by various ET factions. Understanding the Dynamics of Interaction between Different ET factions and Humanity The controversial Sumerian translater, Zecharia Sitchin describes in great detail the nature of the struggle between two factions of ETs whom the Sumerians called the Anunnaki. [8] He describes how this ET race provided the biological material for the genetic engineering of the human species which was created out of a fusion of the biological material of primates with the genetic material of this ET race. [9] Sitchin describes how the faction led by the ET/god Enlil was self-serving towards a humanity that was basically viewed as an expendable resource created to provide a variety of resources for use by the Anunnaki. The other ET faction led by the ET/god Enki had a far more altruistic view of humanity characterized by a deep affection that was oriented towards the development of humanity as a species. The ancient Sumerian factional struggle between ETs over how humanity was to be viewed and treated, is reflected in the mythological belief systems of later civilizations and their respective warring pantheons. This suggests that the ancient ‘war of the gods’, is an archetypal event that has been long embedded in the collective human consciousness from racial memories of an intense historical conflict between different ET factions. [10] The historical conflict between different ET factions has most often been given expression in a dualist moral framework where these ET factions or ‘gods’ are respectively either ‘benevolent’ and ‘malevolent’ in motivation and activities. In the Sumerian records, the god Enlil could certainly be viewed as having a malevolent orientation towards humanity as opposed to his brother Enki who had benevolent attitude. This is certainly the scenario described by Sitchin in his translation of the ‘great flood’ where Enlil commanded that humanity should not be fore warned of the great flood due to the belief that humanity was corrupt and expendable, as opposed to Enki who forewarned the most enlightened members of humanity Utnapishtim/Noah. [11] A similar story appears in the ancient greek myth of Prometheus and Zeus suggesting that a factional conflict between ETs over how to interact with humanity was deeply embedded in the collective unconscious of humanity In the religious arena this perceived factional struggle between the creator gods of humanity has given rise to dualistic religions such as Zoroastrianism and Manicheaism where a supreme god of Light is locked in a great cosmic struggle against a god of Darkness. In Judeo-Christian-Islamic traditions, this struggle is depicted in terms of the confrontation between two competing angelic hosts led respectively by the archangels Michael and Lucifer. The apocryphal Book of Enoch comes closest to describing the ET origins of this religious struggle in how the rebellious Angels/Nephilim led by ‘Semjasa’ corrupted the Earth, and how they were expelled by the Archangel Michael and his angelic host, while the Earth was purged by the great flood. [12] A dualistic moral framework, however, is not an accurate basis for understanding ET efforts to influence and/or control human affairs through alliances with clandestine organizations. The complexity of the ET interactions described by different sources suggests that a more complex dynamic between different ET factions exists, and that simple moral categories such as benevolent/good and malevolent/evil are misleading. For example, according to Dr Jamisson Neruda who claims to be a ‘whistleblower’ who defected from a clandestine organization embedded within the National Security Agency, there are a number of ET races intervening on the planet with multiple agendas where simple moral categories are insufficient to fully understand the consequences of their activities and influence. [13] Consequently, a ‘triadic framework’ that doesn’t use such misleading moral categories is necessary since this more accurately reflects the dynamics of the ways ETs interact with one another, the rules of intervention that are set and observed by ET races, and the ‘political philosophies’ of these ET races. The main factors influencing the dynamics of this three pronged ET influence are the interventionist philosophies of these races in terms of respecting human free will, the degree to which the ET ‘political philosophy’ dismisses or accepts the idea that humans have reached the necessary ‘species maturity’ to evolve and flourish without being controlled by advanced ET races; and the degree to which ET interaction with humanity is self-serving from the perspective of the ETs or serving the interests of humanity. These factors give rise to three models that will be used to describe the main characteristics of how ETs control and/or influence the development of human societies and clandestine organizations that interface with the ET races. These models are the ‘good shepherd’, ‘protective parent’, and ‘wise mentor’. While the list of ET races described in the following categories is not exhaustive when compared to some of the classification systems that are circulating on the internet by those claiming to be communicating with or ‘channelling’ ET races, the following list covers the most significant races in whistleblower testimonies, and whose influence is most felt in the policy making process. The ‘Good Shepherd’ ETs ET races that have an interventionist approach, share a ‘pessimistic’ view in their assessment of humanity’s ‘species maturity’; and are self-serving in moral orientation can be viewed in terms of the analogy of the ‘good shephard’. The ‘good shephard’ ETs hold views similar to the shepherd tending to a flock of sheep. The sheep and shepherd have different intrinsic value where the superiority and right of the shepherd to own and utilize his/her flock is accepted by the shepherd as self-evident and a natural part of existence. There is therefore no moral reservation on the part of the shepherd in controlling and using his/her sheep as a resource. The ‘good shepherd’ may develop an affectionate relationship with some members of his/her flock, especially those which exhibit qualities prized by the shepherd such as intelligence. These ‘members of the flock’ may generously rewarded for their prized qualities with the best feeding pastures and mating opportunities, but less endowed members of the flock are viewed as little more than expendable resource that serves the interest of the ‘good shepherd’ and his/her community. For the shepherd, it is inconceivable that the ‘sheep’ could be expected to tend to themselves since they could be stolen by other ‘shepherds’ and/or be exposed to predators thereby diminishing the shepherd’s resource base. If the ‘good shepherd analogy’ is extended to humans it can be concluded that ‘good shepherd’ ETs have as part of their belief system the view that humans are too ‘immature’ as a species to be allowed to develop without being closely scrutinized in how humanity governs itself and uses the planet’s resources. The overly pessimistic view of human nature, leads to the desire to control human institutions so that ‘good shepherd’ ET races can monitor and limit the evolutionary growth of humanity in order to ‘harvest’ humanity and/or the biosphere (Earth) as a renewable resource for ET races. According to Sitchin’s translations of Sumerian cuneiform texts, and various religious traditions, there is evidence supporting a biological connection between humanity and the ‘good shepherd’ ETs, and that the latter played a key role in the creation or bio-engineering of the human race. The ‘good shepherds’ correspond in the Sumerian records to the Enlil faction of the Anunnaki. In terms of the different ET races described by whistleblowers, the ‘good shepherd’ ETs include the Greys from Zeta Reticulum, Tall Greys (from Orion), Reptilians (Earth based), Draco-Reptilians from Orion, and the Anunnaki (giant humanoids from Nibiru). [14] The most common strategy used by ‘good shepherd’ ET’s to exercise control over humanity is to create the illusion of ‘wolves’ in the form of dangerous individuals, organizations or other contrived threats which allows individuals and communities to delegate their sovereign power to political institutions. This essentially replicates the political process described by the C17th English philosopher Thomas Hobbes in Leviathan, where individuals in a ‘state of nature’ (an anarchical/lawless environment) will surrender their individual sovereignty to a sovereign ruler in order to protect themselves from potential aggression, theft and rape. [15] Similarly, good shepherd ET’s create sufficient ‘illusionary wolves’ who threaten law and order, to persuade individuals to surrender their individual sovereignty to powerful political institutions. Subsequently, ‘good shepherd’ ETs enter into a collection of ‘Faustian bargains’ with political elites who directly benefit if they agree to cooperate with these ET races in controlling all sectors of national life: political, religious, economic and military. [16] Such a ‘Faustian’ process is alluded to in the writings of ancient historians such as the Manetho who chronicled the 30 human dynasties in Egypt that emerged after the gods/demigods handed direct rule over humanity. [17] The motivation of these human elites is similar to collaborationists in occupied countries, they see themselves as simply recognizing political reality and getting on with life in the hope that conditions improve in the future. There has been historical agreements/alliances between human elites and ‘good shepherd’ ETs that been the subject of investigation by conspiracy theorists such as Jim Marrs and David Icke. [18] The ‘good shepherd’ faction of ETs has three sub-groups that are strategic competitors, but also cooperate to minimize the influence of the other two dominant ET factions that are dedicated to the evolution of the human species. The first are the Earth based ‘Reptilian’ ET’s who have been ensconsed on the planet for millennia, and have managed humanity as a resource in a way that doesn’t deplete the planet’s resources and threaten the integrity of the biosphere. [19] Strictly speaking, this sub-group is not extraterrestrial, but is an advanced non-humanoid race that inhabits sub-terranean realms. Some authors claim that this Reptilian/non-humanoid race inhabited the Earth’s surface long before humanity but had to abandon the surface after severe environmental catastrophe and/or interplanetary warfare. [20] This Earth based Reptilian race, due to its long presence on Earth, and efforts to restrict humanity’s more destructive tendencies, has historically acquired the myth of being a ‘guardian race’. In the Gothic architecture of many European cathedrals, one can witness the numerous sculptures of ‘Gargoyles’ that symbolize a protective force in humanity’s growth towards religious truth. This sub-group therefore partly corresponds to the Enki faction of the Anunnaki described by Sitchin. This sub-group does not wish to share control of the human race with other ET races and tries to prevent off-world ET intervention (which constitutes a threat to Earth based Reptilians’ ability to manage humanity) either by assisting humanity in dealing with a range of problems such as the environmental degradation, the threat of nuclear war, and overpopulation all of which threaten the resources of this sub-group of ‘good shepherds’. This sub-group therefore assists in the development of a one world government that centralizes political power that restricts human sovereignty and freedom without eliminating it all together. Giving credence to this scenario, Phil Schneider a civil engineer contracted to build secret underground facilities for clandestine organizations, described the evidence he encountered that ETs would be the true rulers of a one world government, and was why he and many others left the ‘service’ of US based clandestine organizations. [21] A second sub-group of the ‘good shepherd’ ETs are an off-world race that have entered into agreements with clandestine organizations where advanced technology is exchanged for the right to establish a presence on the planet and to collaborate on joint ET/human projects. A secret Treaty signed in 1954 between the Eisenhower administration and an ET race has been disclosed by William Cooper and other ‘whistleblowers’. [22] Cooper narrates the events surrounding this Treaty from classified documents he had to read when he served in Naval Intelligence as part of the briefing team to the Commander of the Pacific Fleet: [I]n 1954 the race of large nosed Gray Aliens which had been orbiting the Earth landed at Holloman Air Force Base. A basic agreement was reached. This race identified themselves as originating from a Planet around a red star in the Constellation of Orion which we called Betelgeuse. They stated that their planet was dying and that at some unknown future time they would no longer be able to survive there. This led to a second landing at Edwards Air Force Base. The historical event had been planned in advance and details of the treaty had been agreed upon. Eisenhower arranged to be in Palm Springs on vacation. On the appointed day the President was spirited away to the base and the excuse was given to the press that he was visiting a dentist. President Eisenhower met with the aliens and a formal treaty between the Alien Nation and the United States of America was signed. [23] Alluding to the same treaty signed by the Eisenhower administration, Col Phillip Corso, a highly decorated officer that served in Eisenhower’s National Security Council wrote: “We had negotiated a kind of surrender with them as long as we couldn’t fight them. They dictated the terms because they knew what we most feared was disclosure.” [24] The technology exchange directly aids the development of highly advanced weapons systems that US based clandestine organizations desire in order to maintain influence, to contend with and limit the ET presence, and to compete against one another for strategic advantage around the globe. This sub-group is typically described as comprising ‘Greys’ from Zeta Reticulum who desire to use the resources of humanity and the bio-sphere for reestablishing the genetic integrity of their race. According to Col Corso, the Greys “weren’t benevolent alien beings who had come to enlighten human beings. They … were harvesting biological specimens on Earth for their own experimentation.” [25] This sub-group loosely cooperates with the first sub-group in encouraging the development of a centralized world government that would enter into agreements with this sub-group where it could better utilize human and planetary resources. While the first sub-group desires a one world government due to the greater efficiency this provides for their management of global humanity, the second sub-group desires it since it is more consistent with their philosophical belief that the interests of the individual are subsumed by the needs of the collective. The third sub-group comprises two races that share a more pessimistic view of human fitness for being in charge of the planet’s resources and historically have formed an alliance in controlling humanity. The first is a very large humanoid race who are described in the book of Genesis as the Nephilim (literally giants) who impregnated human females who then gave birth to giants. [26] This race is reported to originate from the constellation of Lyra and inhabits the mysterious planet Nibiru (Sumerian for ‘planet of crossing’) that, according to Sitchin’s translations of Sumerian documents, returns every 3,600 years to this vicinity of the solar system. [27] The second race is described as comprising a Reptilian species from the Draco system of Orion who are genetically related to Earth based Reptilians but are more dominant and advanced technologically. [28] The two races of this sub-group correspond to the Enlil faction of the Anunnaki described by Sitchin in his translations of Sumerian texts. This subgroup of ‘good shepherd’ ET’s is very hierarchical in nature and views the domination of one species over others as being the most natural and efficient way of managing planetary resources. Their racial world view is very similar to that held in Nazi Germany and it is argued that this ‘good-shepherd sub-group’ assisted some of the elites of Nazi Germany escape from the allied invasion and escape to Antartica and other regions in the South Atlantic to establish secret bases. [29] The self-serving agenda of this third sub-group of ‘good shepherd’ ETs is to encourage militaristic responses among different clandestine organizations that not only destablize global humanity by channeling resources and influence into the military-industrial complexes of different nations, but so that these clandestine organizations overextend themselves by sparking overt military conflict with the Grey Zeta ET race (second sub-group of ‘good shepherd’ ETs). Such a scenario is evident in Col Corso’s revelation that for “over fifty years, now, the war against UFO’s [Zeta Greys] has continued as we tried to defend ourselves against their intrusions.” [30] An escalating military confrontation between Zeta ETs and clandestine organizations could eventually culminate in intervention by the third sub-group of ‘good shepherd’ ET’s – Draco Reptilians/Giant humanoids who correspond to the Enlil faction of the Anunnaki. The intervention by Anunnaki-Enlil faction of ‘good shepherd ETs’ would occur as global environmental upheavals and/or military conflict with the Zetas occur to the extent that this provides these two ET races the opportunity to intervene as ‘saviors’ of humanity and the ‘returning Elohim’. [31] With the advanced holographic, time travel and shape shifting abilities that has been reported to belong to this ET race, it could contrive a ‘Second Coming’ comprising a genetically manufactured ‘Jesus’ accompanied by the ‘Ascended Masters’ and the ‘Angelic Host’ that would be celebrated by religious adherents as the start of the Kingdom of God. [32] Posing as saviors, these two allied ET races, Draco Reptilians/giant humanoids, would essentially take over a weakened global humanity after a series of catastrophic environmental and military events and usher in an ‘era of peace’ under a united world government whose leadership is overtly controlled by this sub-group of the ‘good-shepherd’ ETs. They would be helped by the other two losing ‘good shepherd’ sub-groups in preventing other ET factions from assisting global humanity in its predicament. In general, ETs in the first and third sub-groups of the ‘good shepherd’ category desire non-disclosure of the ET presence and go to great lengths to intimidate, silence and eliminate individuals who have participated in clandestine organizations from revealing the full extent of their activities. The main goal of all sub-groups in the ‘good shepherd’ ET category is to ‘harvest’ the resources of humanity without compromising the integrity of the biosphere and ET control over the evolution of global humanity. Thus the moral orientation of the ‘good shepherd’ ET in general is analogous to the historical way in which colonial governments dominated and assimilated indigenous communities. While the three sub-groups of the ‘good shepherd’ faction are strategic competitors over who exercises control over global humanity, they share a common interest in restricting the sovereignty and independence of the human species so that it can be used as a global resource. While the first two sub-groups (Earth based Reptilians & Zeta Greys) would lose some of their influence in controlling humanity if the Draco Reptilians/Giant Humanoids were to assume outright control of humanity, they would lose even more of their ability to influence and control humanity if the next ET faction were to intervene. This guarantees a loose alliance between these three sub-groups of the ‘good shepherd’ ET faction. Protective Parent ETs The second analogy to be used to describe the motivations and activities of a distinct category of ET races is the ‘protective parent’ model. The ‘protective parent’ ET category wish to shield humanity as an ‘adolescent species’ as far as possible from the dangers that exist for it as an evolving species. ET’s in this category have a moral orientation of helping humanity become aware of the presence of other ET races throughout the galaxy and to cooperate with these races in an alliance often described by whistleblowers and other sources as the Galactic Federation. [33] The Galactic Federation depicted in the Star Trek series is a fairly close approximation of how these ET races. There is a respect for the sovereignty of humanity and a desire to help humanity unite and integrate advanced technology in order for it to be ready for accession to the Galactic Federation as explained by Dr Neruda: Each galaxy has a Federation or loose-knit organization that includes all sentient life forms on every planet within the galaxy. It would be the equivalent of the United Nations of the galaxy. This Federation has both invited members and observational members. Invited members are those species that have managed to behave in a responsible manner as stewards of their planet and combine both the technology, philosophy, and culture that enable them to communicate as a global entity that has a unified agenda. Observational members are species who are fragmented and are still wrestling with one another over land, power, money, culture, and a host of other things that prevent them from forming a unified world government. The human race on planet earth is such a species, and for now, it is simply observed by the Federation, but is not invited into its policy making and economic systems. [34] These ET races do not enter into agreements for providing advanced technology for weapons programs by clandestine organizations which places these ET races at a considerable disadvantage to ‘good shepherd’ races. It has been recorded, for example, that a meeting between President Eisenhower and representatives of these races in 1953 (before the 1954 Treaty with the Zeta ET group) did not lead to an agreement since these ET races believed humanity was too immature for the technology desired, and that nuclear weaponry, for instance, should be destroyed. [35] Cooper describes in some detail the events surrounding this meeting: In the meantime a race of human looking aliens contacted the U.S. Government. This alien group warned us against the aliens that were orbiting the Equator [Those who Eisenhower eventually signed a Treaty with] and offered to help us with our spiritual development. They demanded that we dismantle and destroy our nuclear weapons as the major condition. They refused to exchange technology citing that we were spiritually unable to handle the technology which we then possessed. They believed that we would use any new technology to destroy each other. This race stated that we were on a path of self destruction and we must stop killing each other, stop polluting the Earth, stop raping the Earth's natural resources, and learn to live in harmony. These terms were met with extreme suspicion, especially the major condition of nuclear disarmament. It was believed that meeting that condition would leave us helpless in the face of an obvious alien threat.… Nuclear disarmament was not considered to be within the best interest of the United States. The overtures were rejected. [36] The protective ‘parent ET’ races spend considerable time assisting various human organizations to counter the agendas of ‘good shephard’ ET races that are actively trying to control global humanity for the purpose of harvesting the resources of humanity and the planet. This category of ET’s promotes an agenda of full disclosure of the ET presence, and are dedicated to serving the best interests of humanity as viewed from the lens of a ‘protective parent’ that served as a biological source for humanity. [37] Thus the ‘protective parent’ ETs corresponds more closely to the Enki faction of the Anunnaki described in Sitchin’s translations of Sumerian cuneiform texts. Some of the ET races that fall into this category are typically described as the Nordics (Lyra); Sirians (Sirius B); Pleiedians, Orions, and Alpha Centaurians. [38] There are two sub-groups that can be identified in the testimonies of those having had contact or witnessed evidence of ETs in the Protective Parent category. The first is an on-world presence of humanoid races that have historically assisted humanity in its evolutionary development. Such a race has been argued by a number of authors to be the remnants of the ancient Lemurian and Atlantean civilizations that established large crystalline cities inside the Earth’s crust after abandoning their cities/civilizations established on the Earth’s surface. [39] In a secretive flight to the Artic Ocean in 1947, Admiral Richard Byrd reported in his diary – whose veracity continues to be debated [40] - of an encounter with a tall Nordic looking race in a subterranean city under the North Pole in which the following conversation occurred with the city’s leader: 'We have let you enter here because you are of noble character and well-known on the Surface World, Admiral' … you are in the domain of the Arianni, the Inner World of the Earth…. Admiral, I shall tell you why you have been summoned here. Our interest rightly begins just after your race exploded the first atomic bombs over Hiroshima and Nagasaki, Japan. It was at that alarming time we sent our flying machines, the "Flugelrads", to your surface world to investigate what your race had done…. You see, we have never interfered before in your race's wars, and barbarity, but now we must, for you have learned to tamper with a certain power that is not for man, namely, that of atomic energy. Our emissaries have already delivered messages to the powers of your world, and yet they do not heed. Now you have been chosen to be witness here that our world does exist. You see, our Culture and Science is many thousands of years beyond your race, Admiral.' [41] Strictly speaking, this sub-group is not extra-terrestrial in origin but simply a sub-terrestrial humanoid race that is genetically linked to humanity. A number of archeologists/historians believe that these ancient advanced races are the basis of numerous myths concerning the intervention of mysterious ‘white brothers/gods’ in the development of civilization around the planet. [42] The Aztecs and Incans, for example, at first believed that the Spanish Conquistadores were their returning ‘white brothers/gods’. These sub-surface Lemurian cities continue to interact with ET races, have advanced technology and assist humanity in dealing with its myriad social, economic, political and environment problems. Sources describe the pyschotronic crystal technology used by these Lemurian sub-surface cities, and the efforts to promote this technology for peaceful purposes. [43] This sub-group race loosely cooperates with the first sub-group of the ‘good shepherd’ ET faction (Earth based Reptilians) in ensuring that humanity doesn’t destroy its surface habitat. However, they are strategic competitors when it comes to the evolutionary development of humanity which this sub-group (Lemurians/Atlanteans) supports but which the Earth based Reptilians restrict. It is this loose alliance of Earth based ET races that influences/controls the leadership of the secret societies that have historically dominated humanity. Thus the leadership of Freemasons, Illuminati, Knights Templars, etc. all reflect a loose cooperation by terrestrially based ET races that share common interests in preventing global catastrophe on the planet, but differ profoundly over the evolution of the human species and whether ‘off-world’ ET races should intervene on Earth. [44] The second sub-group in the Protective Parent model are off-world ETs that intervene to assist humanity in dealing with off-world ET races. This category are commonly described as ‘Nordics’ and ‘Semites’ that come from Sirius B, Pleiedies, Altair Alpha Centauri, and Andromeda, who are humanoid in appearance, between 7-8 feet in height, and have an interventionist strategy in dealing with the destabilizing strategies of the second and third ET sub-groups from the ‘good shepherd’ faction. In an interview with Dr Michael Wolf, a former National Security Council consultant who became part of the new ‘acclimation’ program, Dr Richard Boylan reports as follows: Wolf was nonchalant about such human-extraterrestrial interactions, having himself worked side by side in classified government laboratories with a human-appearing ET from the Altair system and a "Grey" humanoid scientist from the Zeta Reticuli system. "Altair's fourth and fifth planets are inhabited. In fact, the people from Altair colonized the Pleiades system long ago. The human-looking Pleiadean extraterrestrials some people meet are actually ancestrally Altairians. There are two variants, the Semitic-looking ones and the Nordic-looking ones. The 'Semitics' are the race which landed at Holloman Air Force Base (New Mexico) in the '60s, and conversed with some generals there." [45] Some of the ways in which these ‘Nordic/Semite’ ETs assist humanity is for example to counter the harmful environmental effects of advanced weapons technology developed and deployed by clandestine organizations. Also, significant terrorist actions sponsored by the ‘good shepherd’ ET faction, are presumably mitigated or prevented by Nordic/Semite races. [46] For instance, terrorist actions subsequent to the September 11, 2001 attack, may have been prevented by covert assistance to security forces around the planet by these races thereby helping stabilize the Earth’s security situation. These Nordic/Semite off-world ETs do not enter into agreements with clandestine governments in terms of weapons technology but do assist in encouraging the development of advanced technology which does not have a military application. Dr Wolf for example witnessed tall ‘Nordic/Semitic’ in joint ET/Clandestine government facilities. [47] Individuals describe the positive experiences they have in interacting with these ET races as opposed to the more intimidating experiences with the ‘good shepherd ET races. [48] This sub-group is essentially a strategic counter weight to the influence of the off-world elements of the ‘good shepherd’ faction. The ‘off world’ ‘good shepherd’ sub-groups view the off-world ‘protective parent’ ET sub-group as its mortal enemy since the latter presents a threat to the ability of the former to intervene and control humanity as a resource. Wise Mentor ETs The third analogy to be used to describe ET control and influence, is the ‘wise mentor’ category. These races have a hands-off approach to global humanity and only offer assistance if it is in the best interest of all concerned in such an intervention. They promote ‘consciousness raising’ and have a moral orientation that is deeply spiritual insofar as they present the unity of all life, and the importance of honoring the role of all forces in the evolutionary development of humanity. The do not offer technology in the conventional sense but a highly advanced ‘language of light’ technology consisting of sacred geometrical forms that are simultaneously found throughout the universe, in the atom, and the human energy field. They teach that understanding the sacred geometrical light patterns in all life will lead to the emancipation of individuals and life on the planet. Wise mentor ETs do not go directly confront and counter the influence of ‘good shephard’ ET races which differentiates this category from the ‘protective parent’. Indeed, ‘wise mentor’ ETs warn against the implicit dangers of intervention since this may retard the evolutionary growth of humanity. Put simply, the wise mentor ETs view the hard knocks of humanity’s encounter with ‘good shepherd’ ETs as part of the evolutionary process for a species and thus don’t intervene. In contrast, protecting humanity from the ‘hard knocks’ of humanity’s encounter with ‘good shepherd’ ETs is an important goal of ‘protective parent’ ETs. The philosophical issues here are the same confronting an ‘energy healer’ in preventive medicine. If the alternative medicine practitioner simply healed the illness without active collaboration by the patient, then the patient recovers but would be susceptible to future recurrences. The accomplished alternative medical practitioner, simply demonstrates to the patient how to heal him/herself thereby minimizing the chances of future recurrences. [49] There are two sub-groups of the ‘wise mentor’ faction. The first are non-humanoid races from Arcturus, Sirius A and Orion. The second are described in the Neruda interviews, as the ‘Central Race’ who seeded the Galaxy untold millennia ago. [50] The first sub-group comprises ‘Councils’ that interact with receptive humans and organizations to offer assistance and guidance when requested. Most evidence for the existence of such ET Councils comes from reports of telepathic communications with these beings who typically are described as having a mixture of humanoid features and birdlike or catlike heads. [51] It appears that these beings may have been the inspirational source for ancient Egyptian sculptures depicting humans with animal heads such as the ‘god’ Thoth, who had the head of an Ibis (a native Egyptian bird). The second sub-group are described in the Neruda interviews as the ‘Central Race’. According to Neruda, these races inhabit a region within the central galaxies of the universe and seeded the galaxies many billions of years ago and left ‘subtle fingerprints’ of their presence which if interpreted correctly, opens the door for different species to reestablish communication with them. [52] Neruda equates these with the Elohim of ancient religious texts, and argues that they act as silent helpers in the evolution of humanity for those that choose to ‘re-connect’ with them. The idea of root races that seeded the Galaxy is found in ‘advisory bodies’ such as the ‘Council of Nine’ that supposedly offers spiritual counseling for the evolution of the human species according to individuals claiming to be in communication with them. [53] The Structure of Clandestine Organizations The key in understanding how the above ET categories influence clandestine organizations is that the latter are generally aware of the political, moral and philosophical orientations of the different ET races and of other clandestine organizations. Clandestine organizations therefore try to steer a cause through these various ET intervention philosophies and strategies while cooperating and competing with one another in a way that maximizes the power of the clandestine organizations, without being unduly compromised by ‘infiltration’ by the different ET factions/subgroups. Thus for the respective leaders of clandestine organizations, there is a three dimensional chess game occurring involving multiple players, theaters and goals that influence the dynamics within and between clandestine organizations. Clandestine organizations focused on the ET presence first became established when various intelligence and military organizations became aware of the ET presence in 1941 when a downed ET spacecraft was found in low ocean water west of San Diego. [54] The Navy took charge of the investigation and assumed a leading role which it continues to play up to the present. There subsequently emerged a need for public secrecy while an adequate policy response could be developed by the US government. This had led to the emergence of clandestine organizations embedded within various military, intelligence, and policy making branches of government each of which have different though overlapping functions according to the larger goals of the department, wherein members of the ‘parent department’ are not aware of the full extent of activities and influences of these embedded clandestine organizations, even though they share the same overarching function. [55] For example, the three main branches of the US military - Navy, Army and Airforce - has its own weapons development and intelligence departments all designed to ultimately protect the national security of the US. Within each of these specialized departments there is embedded a clandestine organization that is responsible for reverse engineering ET technology for the purpose of weapons development, and for gaining intelligence on ET operations on the planet for developing an adequate defense policy. [56] Thus the clandestine organization embedded in the US Navy, for example, will be unknown to other Naval units focused on broader issues concerning weapons development and intelligence gathering, and whose lower secrecy classification would make it a crime for Navy personnel to gather information about these clandestine organizations. [57] This effectively leads to clandestine organizations embedded in the Navy that have a degree of autonomy, power and resources unknown to personnel the wider Navy even at senior leadership levels. The way in which these clandestine organizations are embedded in various military/intelligence organizations without being discovered by prying congressmen is described by former Airforce Sergeant Dan Sherman in a recalling a Captain’s briefing to him: Black missions, which we call Level 2, are what the alien projects are effectively hidden behind. The existence of black missions is only known by a handful of Congressmen and the President. These black missions are the last line of defense for the alien projects. Wherever an alien project is located there must be a black mission to cover its existence from prying eyes. It creates a highly sophisticated shield designed to mask the grey project’s existence from high level officials who have no need-to-know. Otherwise, the alien project would eventually come under scrutiny by someone within official channels. As it stands under the current system, if a nosy Congressman starts looking where he has no need-to-know, he can be briefed on the black mission, be made to feel important and thereby squelching any further digging. It’s an extremely effective method of hiding alien missions and is the reason they have been hidden so effectively for so long. [58] The National Security Agency was created in 1952 with its primary responsibility being intelligence gathering. Within the NSA there is embedded a clandestine organization responsible for intelligence gathering on ET races and establishing communication with them. According to Dr Neruda, the clandestine organization in the NSA is called the ‘Advanced Contact Intelligence Organization’ and is embedded within the Special Projects Laboratory. As in the case of the US Navy, the larger membership of the NSA will be unaware of the true activities of its embedded clandestine organization Advanced Contact Intelligence Organization (ACIO) due to the higher secrecy classification of the latter. Sergeant Sherman recalls how he was briefed by his captain that he was part of a secret NSA project called ‘Project Preserve Destiny’ in which he was a result of an experiment designed to enhance telepathic communication with the ‘Grey’ ET species: “The experiment that I’m referring to was, and still is, named ‘Project Preserve Destiny.’ It started in 1960 and was fully operational by 1963. It was a genetic management project with the sole purpose of cultivating human offspring so that they would have the ability to communicate with the greys.” [59] The most important of all the clandestine organizations embedded in US government agencies is that contained within the National Security Council (NSC). The NSC was established in 1947 by President Truman and its function was to coordinate policy recommendations from different branches of government, military and intelligence communities into a coherent set of policy recommendations that Presidents can choose from. [60] This coordinating function played by the NSC in general is replicated in the clandestine organization embedded in the NSC, which has been known by a number of names including Majestic-12 which derived from a document signed by President Truman in 1947. [61] Created by Truman as a Presidential policy coordinating committee on the ET presence, MJ-12 was formally incorporated into the NSC in 1954 with an NSC edict creating the parent organization in which MJ-12 would be embedded. The ‘official’ version pertaining to this part of NSC history is as follows: In 1954 NSC 5412 provided for the establishment of a panel of designated representatives of the President and the Secretaries of State and Defense to meet regularly to review and recommend covert operations. Gordon Gray assumed the chairmanship of the "5412 Committee" as it was called, and all succeeding National Security Advisers have chaired similar successor committees, variously named "303", "40", "Special Coordinating Committee," which, in later Presidential administrations, were charged with the review of CIA covert operations. [62] The 5412 Committee contains a subcommittee called PI 40 whose role is to coordinate information from all other clandestine organizations focused on the ET presence so that a coherent set of policy choices can be developed for deliberation by those policy makers comprising PI-40. [63] Clandestine organizations embedded in private organizations such as the Council of Foreign Affairs provide the best personnel and resources for recruitment and policy discussion in PI 40. In describing the early composition of MJ-12, William Cooper, noted the reliance on a group from the Council of Foreign Relations he dubbed the ‘wise men’: The "Wise Men" were key members of the Council on Foreign Relations. There were 12 members including the first 6 from Government positions thus Majority Twelve. This group was made up over the years of the top officers and directors of the Council on Foreign Relations and later the Trilateral Commission. Gordon Dean, George Bush and Zbigniew Brzezinski were among them. The most important and influential of the "Wise Men" who served on MJ-12 were John McCloy, Robert Lovett, Averell Harriman, Charles Bohlen, George Kennan, and Dean Acheson. Their policies were to last well into the decade of the 70s. It is significant that President Eisenhower as well as the first 6 MJ-12 members from the Government were also members of the Council on Foreign Relations. [64] In theory then, PI 40 should be at the pinnacle of power when it comes to the ET presence employing the best minds for a coordinated response to the ET presence. In reality, however, due to bureaucratic resistance, separate agendas and ‘rogue individuals’, different clandestine organizations are reluctant to share information that could compromise their power, resources or influence. [65] This is exemplified in Dr Neruda’s discussion of how the clandestine organization he was a member of, refuses to share its most important information with the parent organization in which it is embedded, the NSA. As might be imagined, these problems are magnified even more at the global level when the chief clandestine organizations at the national level, meet to discuss and coordinate global policy on the ET presence. According to ‘whistleblower’ testimony, the annual ‘Bilderberg group meeting’ has embedded within it a clandestine organization whose express goal is to coordinate national policies concerning the ET presence. [66] Such a claim is given greater credence by the role played by Nelson Rockefeller in starting the annual Bilderberg group meetings. In 1954, President Eisenhower appointed Rockefeller his ‘Special Assistant for Cold War Planning’, a position that officially involved the ‘monitoring and approval of covert CIA operations’. This was merely a cover for Rockefeller’s true role in directing US foreign policy in the wake of the ‘secret treaty’ earlier discussed between the Zeta ET race and the US. Rockefeller’s main concern was on designing, implementing and monitoring the extensive military and intelligence programs set up in response to the ET presence in general, and the formal treaty with the Zeta ET race. Rockefeller played a key ‘coordinating’ role in the clandestine organization embedded within the National Security Council – Majestic 12. With the Bilderberg annual meeting, Rockefeller would play a similar role in ensuring that different Western bloc national governments would coordinate their resources in both meeting the challenge posed by the Warsaw Pact and the ET presence. While clandestine organizations should in theory operate in a similar fashion to their parent departments which coordinate and share resources for the overriding goal of protecting the National Security of the US, the truth is that these clandestine organizations cooperate to a minimal degree. Their ‘cooperation’ is limited by perceptions of a zero-sum competition against one another for influence, prestige and resources. For example, clandestine organizations in the Army, Navy and Airforce working to integrate ET technology into weapons systems will be in competition over which weapons systems deserve funding and the threat perceptions justifying such expenditure. Unlike the intense debate over conventional weapons that emerges into the public arena, debate over ET technology acquisition and deployment is highly classified. The compartmentalized nature of these organizations, the security classification which puts them beyond congressional/departmental oversight for regular branches of government, the interaction with ET races and their technology, makes these clandestine organizations prime targets for ET infiltration. ET Infiltration of Clandestine Organizations The infiltration of clandestine organizations occurs through technology exchange/development programs, and intelligence gathering techniques which supposedly assists these clandestine organizations in performing their specific functions, but which in reality, make them susceptible to ET infiltration. One common technology used by these organizations which is highly questionable in terms of the degree to which this permits ET infiltration is ‘Brain Enhancement’ Technology which, according to Dr Wolf, "allows utilization of a vastly-increased percentage of the brain, in order for humans to mentally engage the extraterrestrials in full telepathic mental exchange." The Treatment involves "a way of opening the brain up, a way to stimulate the neurons. It allows billions of synapses to form." [67] According to Dr Wolf he underwent mental enhancement process where his IQ was raised from 141 to 186. [68] Similarly, Dr Neruda describes the Brain Enhancement technology used in the clandestine organization, Labyrinth, embedded in the NSA, and the expectation that all reaching a sufficiently high security classification were “invited to undertake the process.” [69] Al Bielak, a participant in the infamous Montauk program run by the US Navy, also reported the use of Brain enhancement technology by the NSA. [70] Rather than solely increasing IQ and brain capacities, such technology raises serious concerns over its capacity to program recipients in cognitive and behavioral patterns that support ET influence and infiltration into the highest policy making spheres. The result of these numerous clandestine organizations having different functions and interactions with ET technology, is that this contributes to a high level of distrust and competition among clandestine organizations in the US which superficially cooperate but are suspicious to the degree to which ET infiltration has occurred with ‘partner’ organizations. This ET infiltration problem is alluded to in Col Phillip Corso’s analysis of the relationship between the US military, the CIA and the intelligence services of other countries: The CIA, KGB, British Secret Service, and a whole host of other foreign intelligence agencies were loyal to themselves and to the profession first and to their respective governments last…. Spy organizations like the CIA and the KGB tend to exist only to preserve themselves, and that’s why neither the US military nor the Russian military trust them…. CIA penetration by the KGB and what amounted to their joint spying on the military was a fact we accepted during the 1950s and 1960s… [71] While Corso was referring to the Cold War struggle, the ET focus of his book, The Day After Roswell, implicitly was suggesting this infiltration problem also applied to the ET interaction with different clandestine organizations. A revealing factor in Corso’s comments is that institutional culture plays a role in how a clandestine organization may be infiltrated by different ET factions and sub-groups. The different branches of the US military place an emphasis on loyalty, discipline, hierarchical decision making, and weapons development which makes them susceptible to ET races that share these values. Therefore it is likely that Reptilian sub-groups from the ‘Good Shepherd’ ET category which have been noted to share these military cultures are likely to have infiltrated various branches of the US military. [72] Such infiltration would manifest itself in extremely aggressive behavior by sectors of the US military towards the Zeta Grey race. That such infiltration has occurred is supported by testimony by Dr Wolf in an interview by Dr Richard Boylan concerning a group he calls the ‘cabal’: Wolf has labeled this conspiratorial group of plotters "The Cabal". Made up of extremist, fundamentalist, xenophobic, racist, and paranoiac officers, the Cabal fears and hates extraterrestrials. And, without any Presidential or Congressional authorization, the Cabal has commandeered Star Wars weaponry to shoot down UFOs, taken surviving extraterrestrials prisoner, and attempted to extract information by force. [73] Confirmation that a secret war using highly advanced technology is being conducted by sections of the US military against the Zeta comes from Col Steve Wilson, a highly decorated military officer who claims to have led a clandestine project (Project Pounce) to retrieve downed ET craft. [74] In the case of intelligence services such as the CIA and NSA which focus on the intelligence gathering, sharing of information, establishing communication with different ET races, makes them more susceptible to infiltration by Zeta Greys who share aspects of this institutional culture. [75] The extent to which these clandestine organizations have been compromised by ‘good shepherd’ ETs is evident in whistleblower testimonies such as Phil Schneider who witnessed the secret joint underground facilities between humans and ET, and the key role played by these ETs in the establishment of a New World Order. [76] Schneider described how the clandestine organization he worked for was compromised by ‘tall Greys’/’Reptilians’ and how these were preparing for a ‘one world government’. Similarly, Dr Neruda describes the existence of the ‘Corteum’ a group of ET’s which is closely associated with a clandestine organization called the ‘Labyrinth’ comprising 1800 humans and 200 ETs embedded within the National Security Agency. [77] The paranoia, strict hierarchical control and secrecy by which the Labyrinth operates suggests that the ‘Corteum’ comprises the off-world Reptilian sub-group of the ‘Good Shepherd’ ETs. [78] There are also a number of former participants in clandestine programs that involved joint ET/human collaboration in testing and developing new technologies in organizations embedded in the Navy, Army and Airforce. [79] According to Stewart Swerdlow, and other participants in a highly classified series of projects led by the US Navy dubbed the ‘Montauk Project,’ clandestine organizations involved in kidnapping US citizens for mind control experiments are collaborating with Grey/Reptilian ETs in trying to learn more about human emotional and behavioral responses. [80] Finally, Bill Cooper believes that a joint human/ET power structure exists which has an agenda for the total control over human institutions and populations. [81] The ‘protective parent’ ET races have a distinct disadvantage in dealing with clandestine organizations since their unwillingness to exchange technology that has a military application, and indeed restrictions on the use of advanced weaponry leads to them having limited influence with clandestine organizations. As mentioned earlier, a meeting between President Eisehower and this faction of humanoid ETs, resulted in failure due to a disagreement over the utility of the US nuclear military program. [82] Subsequently, ‘protective parent’ races focus their efforts on minimizing the chances of global warfare breaking out, minimizing the harmful effects of advanced weapons testing, preventing the destabilizing agendas of ‘good shepherd’ ETs from succeeding; and countering the infiltration of ‘good shepherd’ ETs into key clandestine organizations. [83] The influence of ‘wise mentor’ races on clandestine organizations is even more limited since their ‘spiritual counseling’ has only limited appeal to clandestine organizations as bureaucratic institutions locked into a zero-sum conflict for power, resources and influence. Dr Neruda describes in his interviews how he was forced to defect from the clandestine organization embedded in the NSA since the spiritual counseling by the ‘central race’ in the form of philosophy, art and music was deemed to be insufficient for offering the sort of weapons technology deemed necessary for defense against ET intervention. When Neruda was suspected of being under the influence of this ‘wise mentor race’, Neruda had to defect or risk having invasive memory technologies applied that would remove all knowledge of the interaction he had with this race. The influence of these ‘wise mentor’ races does appear to have a significant impact on those individuals in clandestine organizations that open themselves to the influence of the former. [84] These individuals become progressive forces for public disclosure of the ET presence through a gradual ‘acclimation program,’ and for a more benign military response to ET interventions, yet they remain in the minority in the policy making process. [85] Conclusion: Responding to ET Infiltration in Clandestine Organizations The compartmentalized nature of clandestine organizations with their specialized functions concerning technology exchange, intelligence gathering, and development of advanced weaponry, makes them vulnerable to infiltration by ET races that do not serve the highest interest of global humanity as an evolving species. The danger of such infiltration is that policy making at the national and global level concerning the ET presence is skewed to serve the interest of a particular faction of ETs termed the ‘good shepherd’, whose agenda is to utilize humanity and the biosphere (Earth) as a resource base that serves the agendas of the different ET sub-groups in the ‘good shepherd’ category. Those ET groups who can play a more supportive role in the development of global humanity (‘protective parent’ and ‘wise mentor’ ET factions) are marginalized in the policy making process due to the manner in which clandestine organizations are dominated by interests dedicated to technology acquisition and intelligence gathering. The danger of maintaining such a focus on technology acquisition and intelligence gathering is that it will play into the hands of ‘good shepherd’ ETs intent on ‘harvesting’ humanity as a resource while marginalizing those ET groups that can offer better assistance to global humanity in its evolution as a distinct species. The following policy making recommendations are therefore encouraged. Full disclosure of the ET presence to allow public awareness of the different ET factions and the extent to which these have influenced clandestine organizations. Oversight of all clandestine organizations and operations concerning ETs by specially convened congressional/legislative bodies designed to provide information on the scope and implications of these technologies and activities. Full and ‘open’ diplomatic relations with ET representatives ensuring peaceful relations and interactions between global humanity and ET races. Elimination of clandestine weapons programs infiltrated by ‘good shepherd’ ETs whose intent is to destabilize national governments and encourage military responses to the ET presence. Transparency in all global policy making in organizations such as the Bilderberg group that attempts to coordinate global policy on the ET presence. Monitoring of ‘brain enhancement’ technologies in terms of the extent to which compromise the independence of individuals assuming important leadership positions in dealing with the ET presence. ET infiltration of clandestine organizations needs to be recognized as a phenomenon that requires immediate response by policy makers and by global humanity more generally. Such infiltration makes it difficult if not impossible to effectively coordinate national and/or global policy making on the ET presence regardless of the competency of those playing a coordinating role for all clandestine organizations dealing with the ET presence. Hesitation in developing an adequate response to such infiltration threatens the short term sovereignty of global humanity and indeed the long term presence of humanity as a resident species on this planet. Introduction Two months before the beginning of the year 2000 I was told to really be very aware of the way energy was going to be working. I was also told that I was to also be very aware of the fact that everything that worked a certain way before was not how it was going to work after the year 2000! We literally had to find alternative ways of doing things. For example if you were used to protecting yourself with the white light. Now, what the white light does, it flushes everything out of your system. Imagine if you will, what using the white light every single day will do for you! Your energy level will get very low, if you don't replenish. Then keeping the energy level up will be very hard if the white light keeps flushing. These keys we present to you will allow you to focus. We know these words have all been spoken through eons of time. What we would like to do is assist in keeping the concentration and focus. We begin with asking you to keep laughter as part of your everyday life and in keeping the laughter in your life everything will be easier to work all through your heart. When we learn to work through the heart we will learn to be closer to the universal or spiritual energies. Everyone will have ups and downs for this is the way we experience and learn on our way back to the Godhead. The way of the student is to be like a sponge and take in everything that comes around to learn from it and go beyond. There are four steps to process everything in life whether positive or negative:
In a later book we will go through each step one by one and elaborate on each step. Explaining each one thoroughly. We believe in the power within and feel that now is the time to tap into that which has escaped so many for so long. We know how hard all of you have worked to tap into this power and yet for so many it's a power that keeps eluding you. Why? This is the biggest question! Every single solitary spiritual law is simple and direct. We are the only ones who complicate matters by over analyzing. We have a tendency to dissect everything. Is there any way that we can simply accept what God has to offer without question? Can we do away with eons of programming of religions and or peers? We all live our lives according to a set of values, guidelines and principles. Most people spend their whole life without really being conscious of the principles that guide their life. Lucky are those who are consciously aware of these principles. Luckier still are those who recognize that they can change these principles. But few are the ones that actually do change their principles to enhance their life. To change one’s life for the better requires work and effort on a daily basis. If you are going to change your life, you must change your habits as well as your way of thinking. You have to face the demons within no matter how small or large they are. Believe me, they will confront you. But if one persists you shall eventually overcome them. All the power lies within you. For we all have the ability; some just show it less than others do. One of the greatest tools we all have is the violet transmuting flame. This gift of the violet transmuting flame is one that has to be used every day. This flame may be used in as simple a way as surrounding yourself in it while taking your bath or your shower. In this way the negative you wash off will not pollute the Earth again. This is just one of the many keys we may all employ. The seven wisdom keys that follow are given to help improve your life and assist you in making conscious changes for the better. It is recommended that you review and put into conscious practice these seven keys on a daily routine basis. Contemplate and meditate on these keys, put them into practice in your life and see how they change your habit patterns, way of thinking, and life for the better. Practiced on a regular basis, you will find a reconnection with life you may have totally forgotten about in some cases. You will open new doors to creativity. A daily routine of meditation and inner exploration will open the doors to life’s many synchronicities. To enhance your life, change your lifestyle and begin to live anew. IV. Your rewards in life are determined by the problems you solve for others! How hard it is it for you to be let ego go? Especially when you are faced with life's problems. The self-satisfaction you feel when you take the time to feel for others and put yourself aside for a while is worth investing some time in. God works in mysterious ways! There are times when you cannot see the forest for the trees. This is when God will bring someone with a similar problem that you can solve, thereby solving yours. Too many times to feel better about ourselves we like wallowing in self-pity so that others can stroke our ego. Take another look. Once you are stuck in the victim energy it becomes very hard to leave it. It feels so good. And that's what makes it hard to leave. Wearing the blinders is so much safer than sticking one's neck out. Right? Or is it sticking your neck out? Getting involved with humanity is another way to gain humility, taking the blinders off and seeing the work around you is so much better than hiding. Assisting others brings a lot better rewards because you have put yourself aside and concentrate on something outside of you. In key three we spoke of earning or achieving success through new habit patterns, your daily routines being very important. Key four identifies the importance of looking beyond your egotistical aspect of life into the significance of assisting creation around you. True growth entails the recognition of you and your success being directly connected to all of those around you. You cannot force others to grow, but you must be willing to help others grow if they are seeking your assistance. There is no shortage of anything in this creation of ours. We are capable of manifesting anything and everything that is required. We do this even now, often without knowing it. This third dimensional world of ours, this physical plane is only a part of which we truly are. As we overcome our obstacles here and learn our lessons, we become more aware of who we are and how our journey back toward home really works. This jigsaw puzzle we call life becomes clearer as we help all the pieces find their place within the picture. For as we help those around us, we continue to get more and more understanding. The puzzle begins to take shape. Ours eyes start to open up. Everything synchronistically falls into place. You never know who may hold a piece that brings you greater understanding and awareness. If you never connect to the world around you, you are not really a part of the growing process called life. Going within was never intended to teach you to hide away from life. It was designed to give you greater understanding, control and inspiration to live life. To hide away from life is to not share the treasures or unique blessings and gifts that only you can bring into this world. To hide away from life is very egotistical and self-centered. The battle of ego versus spirit or outer being versus inner being is a continuing process as long as you are in physical form. Ultimately, at some point each of us must surrender to our inner personal master. Victory can be won no other way. The Christ within must be given pre-eminence on the throne of your heart. Spirit must rule and mortal mind must be the good and faithful servant. When we allow the outer being to govern our life, our focus centers on self-preservation and personal success without much consideration being given to the world around us. The classic scenario of win/lose is generally always carried out. Victory for self is all that tends to matter to ego. The ego has one objective and task-self preservation. As a servant to spirit, ego allows us to keep our focus on being here and now, it maintains our individuality. But as a ruler, ego’s task becomes a negative attribute for further growth into the oneness of all things. As a ruler, ego seeks to fulfill its primal mission. This unfortunately leads to an opinion of separation and exclusiveness from all things including God. Spirit is not seen as being a part of the individual. We never find that personal connection to God. God is out there somewhere but never to be found within. This is why ego must be de-throned. God must be put on the throne of our life. Each must choose to place that Christ light as ruler of his or her life. The inner being not only sees to the well being of the individual but also that which is best for all connected. In other words Spirit (for that is what the inner being is), searches and strives for the win/win solution for everything. But since we all have free will choice at all times, this may not always occur due to those around you following ego versus their spirit guidance. Remember spirit is one; this is our connection to one another. There is but one spirit with many individual expressions. Each being is an individual expression of God. You want to make life on this planet better, than instead of competing against those around you, find ways to work together. Instead of devising ways to cheat and steal from one another, work with the truth and practice honesty. Don’t gouge those around you; treat others fairly and honestly. What profit a man to gain the whole world but lose his soul. Life is lived by principles, written or not we all live life according to our personal principles. If your principles are lived according to your inner being guidance than life in this reality shall be full of growth, success and victory. You shall be finally able to graduate from this kindergarten class and move on to greater things. If you live your life according to the principles of the ego, you shall continue to return unto this earth plane. You want your rewards to multiply? Than stop living your life on the principles of your ego. Your ego would hoard everything if you allow it to, for it is by nature selfish. Open to the inner being and share. Each and every being has something to contribute at some point and time. If you allow your inner spirit to guide, you will know when to contribute, for there is harmony within the one spirit. Again, if the other person is operating from spirit, they will receive what you are offering. If they are operating from ego, they may not receive that which you offer. The solution you offer may take on any number of forms. It may be just one word, a prayer or an action. Whatever form it takes recognizes that nothing in this world or this universe occurs by accident. If someone is put in your path, there is learning for one or the other, or both. And the beauty of synchronicity is the more it is recognized, the more you see it occur. Like any talent or skill it must be practiced and developed to be a blessing for us. For blessing to flow in life, we must be open to the movement of the energy. Energy, like water, is meant to be in fluid motion. Life is about changes. Changes keep the energy moving. As we grow and progress, we change. If, instead we choose to stagnate, our energy begins to fade. We grow stale. Water, if it ceases movement becomes stale and poisonous. We are reminded by nature to keep the energy moving. Remember the joy of life is in the journey. The more experiences one has the greater is our growth. When you look back upon your life, though the material things may have all faded and disappeared, you will always have the memories of the experiences to take with you even when you leave this world. If you can operate from your inner being you will find yourself naturally inclined to help others. From the spirit perspective, we are all one, so if you are helping someone else you are actually helping yourself. As key three highlights, your future is hidden in your daily routine. Logic would then dictate that if you are solving problems for others, you are in reality solving problems for yourself. If our hidden daily routine is solving problems we are achieving goals. By achieving goals we will receive rewards, for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. Corollary to this is, for every action taken, some type of reward will follow. This is the law of nature. So, if you are solving problems for others, you are solving problems for yourself and since problem solving is an action some form of reward must naturally follow. Hence, your rewards in life are determined by the problems you solve for others! Try it!

and Prayer Vigil Scheduled During the Summer Solstice from June 18 through June 24, there will be a Fasting and Prayer Vigil held in the Four Corners area, initiated by Chief Golden Eagle (Standing Elk). Messages From The Movies
Release Date: May 23, 2003 Directed by: Tom Shadyac I greatly enjoyed the film, Bruce Almighty because it demonstrates how humor can be one of the best tools to drive important, powerful messages home, especially to the masses. One of the main points brought out is that we each have the power and ability to do anything--we truly are co-creators, creator-gods. We need to remember this and let this sink in until we believe it. Instead of seeking outside of ourselves we must go within and find the power that is already there. Rather than seeing things as happening to us, we must acknowledge that we are the ones creating the circumstances all along and take responsibility for what happens in our lives. We are not victims. We are to remember that anyone and everyone is God. God is within all of us. Once we understand that then we can really see the divinity in everyone we meet. Those who resort to manipulation and control to make things happen are operating from a very low vibration and this only diminishes ones power. This tactic may appear to work for a short time but it never fails to backfire. Free will must always be respected. If used improperly, Ego and Will can get in the way of finding our own power and inner strength. Once we balance our ego and understand the right use of Will, we can then see our world around us and ourselves more clearly. We can then truly and freely serve others as we came to this planet to do. In Bruce Almighty, there is a lesson of humility and humbleness. Fame, riches, material things do not bring happiness. What really matters is Love. The power of prayer is also brought out in this film. Prayers which are heartfelt have the drive of emotion or feeling. It is that emotion (namely Love and Joy) behind our intent which manifests what we want most quickly. We indeed create our reality. We can alter what we dislike in our lives by changing ourselves and how we treat ourselves and others. Love and compassion will keep our eyes open so we can truly express the god-like powers we were all born with. Behind all of the laughs--and there are many--are deep truths. And there are spiritual (not religious) metaphors and symbolism throughout this movie. Bruce Almighty is a movie I will definitely see again. It is both entertaining and enlightening from beginning to end.

& Andy Wachowski Review by Dale Finnila This movie is full of important messages about life, as we presently know it. It is a very important movie to see. This movie like the first Matrix movie elevates the importance of true love as a giver and sustainer of life. Unlike the first Matrix movie this movie is about understanding the reality for coexistence and cooperation. In the scenes of Zion depict the present state of most of the human consciousness. Stuck in the daily rituals of life focused predominately on the lower 3 chakras and the function of just getting by. There is never any risk taken to free ones self from the state of human containment and confinement. The contrast of the temple feast locked deep in sensuality never is elevated to the deep commitment of true love as shared by Neo and Trinity. Few are willing to go the distance and risk everything to discover the truth. Thereby staying trapped in the world of fear and limitation. Morfeasi is one who though he has not discovered his own power fully is able to hold a belief that is strong enough to transform the faith of those around him. This is a very important step for anyone on a guest to discover the truth and find freedom. Neo, as we all must discover for our selves as well, is beginning to learn the importance of coexistence. Everything in the universe has a purpose and all things play a part in the whole that we call creation. There is always the need for balance. In the movie man and machine must learn the importance of coexistence. If one side dominates or even fully eliminates the other there can be no growth. Life once created must be allowed to evolve and unfold to its full glory. There are always those that do not understand these concepts. The Oracle herself knows the importance of coexistence but must allow others to discover this truth for themselves, as they are able to handle the truth. Neo is only given enough information by the Oracle that will allow him to discover the truth for himself and will allow the creation to grow. Even the source is limited in its knowledge and must allow the game to be played out. Learning is a continuous process for all of creation. Other points of interest brought out by this movie reflect the writers’ connection to the spiritual side of life. The ability to move between realities is a matter of having the right keys to access any and all places. This is something every person has the ability to do. We as creators have to learn how to find the key maker. They mentioned the fact that this is the sixth creation. Our present reality is the sixth creation. We have come to integrate the negative and positive realities of life. We are here to eventually serve as mediators. There is a hint to the reality that this matrix is just a part of and even greater matrix. Again long has it been stated there is no end to eternity. We live and exist in a boundless creation layered upon itself. As one shifts their belief systems and continues to let go we discover even greater abilities. Ability and talent can transcend any matrix, dimension, or reality. True Love as a force is the most powerful force in all of creation with the ability to overcome even death. We have all heard or maybe even witnessed extraordinary feats because love was the driving force. All in all, this though different from the first movie, is a very powerful movie full of a lot of insight into the wonderful workings of our reality. It is definitely a movie that requires watching with the intent of gaining spiritual insight. To get all the insights one may need to see the movie more than one time. May each and every one of us learn to discover the full potential within. Awaken to the reality that each of us is the ONE. May you gain full understanding of who you are and the importance of coexisting with all life.

of the Sky How To Create Your Perfect Body I told you we’d be doing the second part of Creating Your Own Joyful Reality in this issue. But, with my travelling this week, I’ve gotten a bit behind in my schedule. So we’ll be doing the second part of the article next week. This week, though our subject is also about creating, we’re doing something different. In a private reading we did last month, one of the subjects Joseph talked about was physical health. The client transcribed the part on health and sent it to me. With his permission, I’m offering it to you this week. It’s quite good. And, though it was directed to a particular person, I think many will find value in it. Chief Joseph It’s important for you, and it is not certainly the general practice in your society today, to shift your perspective of your physical bodies. Most of you on the earth plane view your body as "the enemy." That is not an exaggeration. All you need to do is look at your mainstream news media. Look at your traditional medical literature and practices. Your body is your enemy. You talk, for example, of someone battling cancer, of someone fighting AIDS. You talk about the war on cancer, the war on AIDS. You have got wars on every imaginable health hazard. The upshot of it all is that many of you, if not most of you, view your own bodies as your enemy. NOTHING COULD BE FARTHER FROM THE TRUTH THAN THAT. The key to perfect physical health is within the grasp of everyone on the planet today. It may not be easy to get to the point where you can acknowledge that perfect health is not only an ideal but a perfectly realizable goal. Your societies on the planet today simply do not facilitate an easy movement from where you are now to a place of perfect physical health for most of you. And so the place to begin is within each of you individually. Examine your own view toward your own body. How do you see your body? Is it your friend or is it an adversary you must be constantly be wary of and on guard against? That is certainly what traditional medicine would have you do. But it is not what works. All you have to do is take a look at your hospital statistics, for example. Your hospitals are filled to overflowing with those who believe their bodies are the enemy. Your bodies are incredibly responsive to your thoughts and to your vibrations. If you befriend your body, if you bestow upon it the same kind of love, caring, and compassion you would upon a beloved child or a beloved lover, your body will respond in a way you might find amazing. There is no human body, no matter what its current state of deterioration, that cannot be brought back to a state of perfect health, balance, and equilibrium. And yet most of you do not believe that. So, for most, it does not happen. But it does for many. You call these occurrences miracles, and yet they are the most natural of events. If you truly look upon your body as your friend, or your lover even, and bestow upon it the love and caring you would upon a lover, then it will reward you beyond your wildest dreams. It will respond to you. It always responds to you. But most of you have very negative attitudes and thoughts about it. And so it responds in kind. If, on the other hand, you view it (your body) as perfect just as it is and becoming more perfect each and every moment of each and every day, then it will respond to you and ultimately it will restore itself to perfect health–because you have encouraged and loved it back to its natural state which is a state of perfect health, perfect equilibrium, perfect balance. If you can love your body in this way it will not matter what kind of nourishment you give it. We are not saying that you can feed it junk if, for example, you believe junk is not good for you. But, on the other hand, it is far less important to focus on the quality of the nutrients you give your body than it is for you to focus on the love you have for your body. The relationship you have with your body is what determines its health. It is not the food you give it. It is not the water you give it. It is not anything else that you might give it, certainly not the drugs and medications many of you pump into your bodies. The key to perfect health is to simply have a perfect, loving, friendly, compassionate relationship with your bodies. Your bodies are extremely resilient, extremely powerful. They are engineered to live far longer than most of you could imagine and far longer than most of you ever do live. But they are also quite responsive to the vibration of your thoughts. And so whatever your predominant thought is, your body will reflect that back to you in its state of health (good health or bad health). If you believe your body is vulnerable, if you believe you are vulnerable, if you believe the least little germ or the latest epidemic of flu is going to get you, then it probably will. If, on the other hand, you believe you are safe, your body is safe, your body is healthy, and your body is resilient and powerful and that its natural state is one of perfect balance, then your body will reflect that back to you. ADAMA of Telos Greetings from Telos! I AM ADAMA, Ascended Master and High Priest of Telos, a Subterranean City beneath Mt. Shasta in California. I am dictating this message to you from my home beneath the Earth, where over a million of us live in perpetual peace and prosperity. We are human and physical just as you, except for the fact that our mass consciousness holds thoughts of only Immortality and Perfect Health. Therefore, we can live hundreds and even thousands of years in the same body. I, myself, have been in the same body now for over 600 years. We came here over 12,000 years ago before a thermal nuclear war took place that destroyed the Earth's surface. We faced such hardships and calamities above ground, that we decided to continue our evolution underground. We appealed to the Spiritual Hierarchy of the planet for permission to renovate the already existing cavern inside Mt. Shasta, and prepare it for the time when we would need to evacuate our homes above ground. When the war was to begin, we were warned by the Spiritual Hierarchy to begin our evacuation to this underground cavern by going through the vast tunnel system that's spread throughout the planet. We had hoped to save all our Lemurian people, but there was only time to save 25 thousand souls. The remainder of our race perished in the blast. For the past 12,000 years, we have been able to rapidly evolve in consciousness due to our isolation from the marauding bands of extraterrestrials and other hostile races that prey on the surface population. Ring and
Column It is very important to practice on a daily basis, the moving of universal subtle energies through your body. To assist you in doing this, each month we will offer a different exercise to practice. You are encouraged to create your own exercises. There is no limit to what you might do. These are just some energy exercises to get you started. This month’s energy exercise is a combination of breathing and visualization. We start by finding a quiet place to sit. Begin breathing slowly and very deeply. Calm yourself and focus on the breath. As you inhale fill the abdominal area by extending the abdomen then expand the rib cage and finish by raising the shoulders. As you exhale reverse the process by dropping the shoulders, drop the rib cage and finish by drawing in the abdomen. Continue with your focus on the flow of the breath in and out for a few minutes. Once you feel focused and relaxed Begin the visualization process. You will be visualizing a column of energy flowing from the center of the Earth up to the highest point you can imagine from source. You want to see a colored light spectrum running the length of the column of energy. A ring of energy flows up the column as you inhale and down the length of the column as you exhale. Start at the bottom and draw the ring up past your body to source as you inhale. When you exhale draw the ring all the way down. The colors to focus on as you inhale are black at the very base below the body, brown as you pass the lower part of your body, and then thru the chakra colors as you pass the respective chakra. As you flow the ring above the head see silver, then gold, then crystal clear and finally pure white light. Reverse the color process as you exhale. Allow the energy to flow this way for a few minutes. When you stop center the energy at your heart and visualize a rose pink ball expand it as large as you feel comfortable and let go. The ball should expand into the universe. Bathe in the light and then go about your day. Note it is not recommended to practice this exercise while flying. The grounding action could be literal in some cases.
Spiritual Expressions
We will describe several ways to send Love and Thanks to water for your information. You can follow some of them. Or you can develop your own unique ways. Let us tell water our Love and Thanks Put a glass of water on a table in your kitchen, dining room or private room. Tell the water "I love you" and "Thank you", gently. At the same time, briefly visualize that all the water on Earth is connected with each other. You can do this with your children, family members and friends. Your Love and Thanks will be sent out to all the water on Earth through the water in the glass. How about imagining the following when you are touching the water coming from the faucet while doing the dishes, washing rice before cooking, or washing your clothes? The vibration of your Love and Thanks is overflowing from your heart through your chest, shoulders, and arms, and going through your palms that are touching the water into the water going out into a drain pipe. Your vibration will go through the flow of water very easily into the drain, into the nearby rivers and finally enter the ocean. The vapor from the ocean will build clouds and then the water will fall down as rains onto various parts of the world. In this way, the vibration of Love and Thanks that has originated from your heart will be transmitted to all over the world through the water network. This is a very easy way, and you can do this every day and every time you use water. An easier way will be just to tell gently "I love you" and "Thank you" to the water that is flowing out into a drain pipe after it has finished its role. This will surely change the vibration of the water. It is also very effective to put a "Thank you" sticker to the surface of the faucet. Every time you turn the faucet, it will remind you of the importance to express your gratitude to water. Or, if you want to do it a little bigger, then you can have a gathering around a pond, a lake, a river or along seashore. Then make a circle, holding hands, and say the same thing as above or more. Remember that the power of prayer is proportionate to the square of the number of people. You can add to this ceremony your own prayers that express your Love and Thanks toward water or Planet Earth. As the vibration of your Love and Thanks flows from your heart, you may feel your chest getting warmer and warmer. This will be the result of the Law of the Universe "What you give, you will receive". Add visualization to our Love and Thanks Let us visualize that the vibration of Love and Thanks is transmitting into water as golden/silver light. The whole water of the world is sparkling beautifully. Finally, the whole planet is shining so brilliantly. When filled with the highest vibration of light, everything is healed and harmonized. Let us visualize that the faces of all the people on Earth are filled with a smile. Send Love and Thanks to water in some special areas How about sending our Love and Thanks to the Jordan River, especially at this moment of time (see photo on the right). Along the river, many Israeli and Palestinian people are living. Our prayer of Love and Thanks will raise the vibration of water there. There is no border in the path of flowing water. People on both sides certainly drink the water originating from this river, and their bodies will be filled with the vibration of Love and Thanks that we have been sending. Then, those who have been involved in the war or terrorism will become aware of what they are doing, "Why don't we just abandon weapons and live a peaceful life here together?" There may be some areas other than the Jordan River where wars and conflicts are still continuing such as the United States and Iraq, India and Pakistan, Afghanistan, nations in Africa and so on. Let us send our Love and Thanks to the water where people are suffering from pain and sorrow. It will change into healing water, and everything and everybody will be filled with a vibration of Love and Harmony. Those who are participating in war and those who are suffering from war are both ourselves. For all the consciousnesses are connected into one. And it is said that water is a mirror to reflect our own consciousness. Peace begins from the hearts of each and every one of us. Let us fill up our hearts with the vibration of Love and Thanks. Then visualize that the vibration is overflowing like an unlimited fountain, reaching every part of the globe and healing the whole world. Effects of our consciousness on water Our consciousness definitely influences upon water. Especially when we concentrate our consciousness with the same intention, it will have a tremendous power. It is like a laser beam that can reach the surface of the moon. In the summer of 1999, hundreds of people gathered along the lakeshore of the Lake Biwa, located at the central part of Japan, and prayed for the peace and harmony of universe. After one month, a local newspaper reported that only that summer, there were no complaints from local residents about the foul odor resulting from extraordinary growth of a foreign alga, which they had been experiencing every summer for years. Good morning; this is Lady Kadjina. Kay is sitting here grumbling, “Oh, no, not more ancient history stuff.” This isn’t her thing, although I happen to like it. You may recall some time ago that we were speaking about the real purpose of Mother Earth as being the communication hub for this quadrant of the galaxy. This has always been her destiny. And so, before the sinking of Lemuria and Atlantis, Planet Earth was being taken in that direction and there were many beings from many places that came to Mother Earth and set up camps and even fathered civilization. So these beings with cone-shaped heads were a group that came and formed a settlement upon Planet Earth. They were not native to this planet and these skull formations were not made from a disease. As time goes on, you are going to find much evidence of other forms of humans that gathered here from many places throughout the galaxy. Nearly all of the extraterrestrial type of beings had intelligence and abilities far beyond those known to the tribal people of Planet Earth. So when these ETs were met by Earth beings, the humans considered them and looked upon them as gods. Oftentimes these ‘gods’ would observe that the humans were very cannibalistic and they were just in their early formation. These ‘gods’ would then desire to assist them in setting up governments, forms of education, and assist them in their spiritual growth. Wayne: What was the timeframe of their habitation and why don’t we see them now? There were here prior to the sinking of Atlantis. They were back in the time when Lemuria, Atlantis and Pangaea were living together in harmony. After the great deluge, those beings that were still here left. Many of your great cities of light fell asleep, for lack of better words, to await another timeframe to set forth their lights once more. The time is now for the return of the information within these cities of light, and as you know many beings have returned to Planet Earth at this time to assist in establishing greater light, harmony, and understanding for the people of Planet Earth. Wayne: Were these cone-heads all over the world or just in Peru? They came primarily to the three continents of Pangaea, Lemuria and Atlantis. These people were of a group that would be considered to be technicians. Wayne: Who were the ones with the flatter heads? Those with the flatter type heads were of the human race for the most part. They were the ones being taught by the cone-heads, as you call them. In the early times of Planet Earth some of the earth beings were allowed to travel back and forth between the different planets. Many of the humans upon Earth today have not lived exclusive to Planet Earth; many of them are what we call travelers and have homes throughout many places in the galaxy. This is all part of the plan for establishing Mother Earth as the great communication hub, which is her destiny. This is the reason that it has been necessary to have so many languages and so many races and so many beings coming and going from many places throughout the galaxy. It is necessary to establish good communication on many levels. It will require a great understanding for the points of view of many beings that have totally different types of backgrounds. Respect for another’s point of view is going to be essential. And this is one of the reasons also that the beings of Planet Earth have had such difficulty in learning to understand another’s point of view—it’s the great lesson. Wayne: Now that you mention the many languages, I recently read an article about a Russian schoolgirl that suddenly stopped speaking Russian and began speaking 200 different languages. She said that she began remembering the languages from her various past lives. Can you tell me how this happens? This is part of the way the energy of the Language of Light works. Part of the destiny of humans is to have continuous memory of who they are and who they have been throughout their entire existence. In reality, it’s a great waste of time to be born and have to wait 45-50 years to remember who you are and where you’ve been throughout your existence. The raising of the frequencies throughout the entire planet and all the reactivation that is going on is jarring and stirring the DNA particles within many people. You will find many of your children are prodigies. Oprah Winfrey, for instance, just a few weeks ago, had a group of children from different places, very distant from each other. There was on little girl 2 years old that could answer any questions concerning politics and government. This little girl at one time was one of the world’s great historians. Oprah also had a gentleman on her show that could solve complicated mathematical problems in his head, faster than a calculator. And you are going to find more and more of these types of things happening throughout the planet. You are going to find many people who can hold an ancient object and instantly know the history of that object through a system that you call psychometry. In many parts of the world you are going to find what some call ‘talking rocks.’ You will be able to put your ear upon a rock and hear the history of the peoples that lived in that area. You are coming into a timeframe of many incredible miracles. A couple hundred years from now, this is going to be the norm instead of the exception. Wayne: Back to ETs. There is a lot of conflicting information and potential scenarios out there about the ET presence and purpose. Some have suggested that there will be a faked mass invasion staged in order to create more fear and justify the further reduction in freedoms and the further buildup of weapons systems. Others have suggested that there are only beneficent ETs and that there is nothing to fear. We get continual evidence of large ships that are hovering to take people off the planet, or to be available to assist if things get too dire. We read about underground communities in which the ETs and humans work together on secret projects. We read about alien abductions and the experimentation, hybridization, and cloning that has gone on. Could you enlighten us further as to what is really taking place in these regards? Basically, you are addressing issues and concerns concerning good-guy/bad guy ETs out there, possible invasions, multiple UFO sightings, fear techniques, and how is all of this going to play out. As far as the ET good guy-bad guy issue, you should remember that Planet Earth is in a lockdown mode. The ‘bad guys’ cannot access Planet Earth any longer. The only ones still here are ones who have a key vital role to play. Concerning the fears of abduction, there have indeed been some off-world abductions, but a considerable part of what has gone on has been done by world governments on an experimental basis. Some of the experiences that humans have had that have been of a sexual nature, were accomplished on the astral level. There is a large group of humans that are so sensitive that they are not able to tell the difference between the 3rd and 4th dimensions, and sexual experiences happened to several people 4th dimensionally, or what we would say astrally. And the experiences between dimensions can be just as real and devastating as what would happen in the 3rd dimension. The recent fear tactics that the United States and Britain have used in order to generate a war in order to gain access to the ‘sea of oil’ and have a powerful presence in the Mideast is just one example of the lengths that some humans will go to. The outcry of the people of Planet Earth is so great that another war will not be as likely to happen. It is very possible that this administration will be impeached upon grounds of high treason. If this should transpire, it will truly be a rude awakening for many American people. In order to foster the ‘star wars’ program, many world governments have underground ports of landing for UFO craft. There are many laboratories underground that experiment upon humans. There have been instances where benevolent ETs have been captured, experimented upon, and even cloned. As to the great fear invasion by ETs, we do not see this happening, nor do we see any manufactured invasion being accomplished by humans. Too many people are catching on to what has happened in the governments of the United States and England. We would mention here that there are many who believe that all world governments are ruled by the Reptilians and that all Reptilians are evil. This is not true. The human race has strong connections to the Reptilians and many of them are benevolent in nature. The same can be said of what you call the ‘Greys.’ Many of them are benevolent and highly knowledgeable and highly trained and skilled beings. And to say that there is no light within world governments at this time is also a fallacy. And as to how all of this is going to play out in the very near future, it is going to be because of the world outcry that world leaders will be called to accountability by the people. Already, within the United States, for instance, there are many significant national newspapers and periodicals that are calling for accountability in the current administration. There are at least 30 Congressmen at the present time, who are asking for the documents or the proof from the administration as to why it was necessary to invade the helpless country of Iraq. If at any point in time Iraq had had these so-called weapons, the Iraqis would have used them to protect themselves—that is just common sense. To allow the fall of a country, while sitting on weapons of mass destruction, is absurd. We would also point out that, while the United States said it would help to rebuild Afghanistan and restore services, this has not been done to date. Very soon, the United States will be charged with war crimes. The United States shall be brought to accountability. The most difficult thing that people are going to go through over the next 12 months will not be from earth dynamic events, but will rather be from having to deal with the lies that they have been told by their world leaders. When the American people begin to understand just how many subterranean complexes there are throughout the world, and the billions of dollars that have been invested in those infrastructures, there will be an outcry. When the American people begin to understand the cost involved in the chemtrail spraying, even if you believe the chemicals to be benevolent and harmless, the cost per hour of flying just one plane, let alone thousands of them world-wide every single day, it is true the flying of these planes has escalated in the last 10 years, but they have been doing this for more than 50 years. It is time for the world people to begin to question why. We can assure you that chemical and biological warfare has reached a state of perfected art. The governments of the world know how to spray so they can fly in on reconnaissance undetected. They also know how to do weather manipulation. They can literally flood a country or they can create a drought, and they can bring countries to their knees and thereby manipulate them into doing their bidding. They have laser beams that they can direct at a mountainside, creating landslides, avalanches, and great destruction. This is what they did to Venezuela. They know how to release bio-chemicals into water systems, creating diseases for the people. And this has been going on for more than 50 years. The positive side of all of this is based upon your scripture that says, “Ye shall take the poisons of the Earth and ye shall not be harmed.” You have other scriptures such as “If ye have the faith of a mustard seed, you can move a mountain.” You had a television show a few years ago called “The Untouchables.” When you people put upon yourself what you call your ‘lightbody’ you will become ‘untouchable’ as far as 3rd dimensional shenanigans go. The great war that is coming is not so much a starwars or interplanetary war, as it is a war between the forces of light and dark upon this planet. The war will be between groups of humans. The war will be won by the groups of humans who collectively rise up and say, “We have had enough.” Millions of souls who died in the German holocaust are reincarnated upon the planet at this time and firmly implanted within their consciousness is the idea that there must be no more wars. Also keep in mind that the energies of Avalon and Camelot have returned at this time—the energy of Merlin and the ancient druids, all of these energies are back. And don’t forget also that the ancient Grecian patriots are back. These are your philosophers and your mathematicians and your lawmakers. These are the same group that helped to establish the United States. These souls know the universal or galactic law. They know what it’s going to take to steady the ship called Planet Earth. When the momentum begins to grow to make changes upon Earth, you will find many very wealthy beings who will gladly step forth and share their wealth. One of their great concerns will be new systems of education, where the children are taught according to what their own needs are, from a soul perspective, rather than forcing upon them useless information and statistical facts. You will see people worldwide pulling together shoulder to shoulder to bring about justice, honor and integrity. Power and authority will be returned to the people. There is a great cry going out around the world by people everywhere, calling for accountability on the part of their government. Many people are very ashamed of their government at this time. And it is indeed time to enact the Law of Full Disclosure. We would point out to you that for the first time in a long time, Congress has indeed become bipartisan in demanding accountability by this administration by using a seldom-used procedure, called a ‘privileged resolution’ that must be voted on in Committee within 14 legislative days. The important consideration is that this is not all Democrats setting themselves against the current administration. This is truly a bipartisan effort. Wayne: You mentioned above about the years of chemical spraying and that it is increasing, often in conjunction with electromagnetic interaction. I recently came across an article from the New York Times of January 15, 1960, in which it was reported that Nikita Kruschev claimed to be working on a ‘fantastic weapon.’ According to Tom Beardon, this is electromagnetic scalar technology, which is now being used. Can you comment on this as to how dangerous this is and if there are counter-forces at work so that this technology would not be destructive to us? (Reference: http://www.cheniere.org/) These scalar technologies have indeed been perfected over the last 40 years or so. And these technologies that Mr. Kruschev was speaking of are indeed being used today. And those technologies spoken of by Secretary of Defense Mr. William Cohen in 1997 at a counter-terrrorism conference have also been perfected, not only by Russia, but by the United States as well. The deep south of the United States can be very thankful for these technologies, for they brought on a lot of rain recently. And Venezuela can thank these technologies for the mudslides that were recently brought on there. Russia at this time has a secret technology far beneath the surface of the Earth. When a new plague descends upon the people of Planet Earth, the first thing you should ask is “What have they done now,” for bioterrorism is indeed a reality. Scientists in Russia have already declared that SARS is man-made, that the molecular structure cannot be produced in nature upon Planet Earth—it has to be manufactured by someone. And if your world leaders were discussing these technologies 40 years ago, do you think they’ve been sitting around doing nothing about it? Indeed not, these things are all a reality. There are counter-forces at work on both the human dimension and our dimension. Human counter-forces to these technologies are more weaponry. There are indeed counter-forces at work in the higher dimensions. We cannot step in and counteract unless you ask. And the way by which you ask is to put your own shoulders to the grind and to begin to pay attention as to what is going on and to rise up with one massive human collective consciousness and tell your world leaders “We’ve had enough.” It is under those situations that we are then allowed to intervene and throw our weight behind you. And some of these technologies can indeed be used to help heal. The Tesla technologies can be very useful in the healing art, as well as the Rife technology. The Antoine Prioré method noted by Tom Beardon is a benevolent usage of scalar technologies. And this is one of the technologies that has been suppressed. There are many others. As we have oftentimes told you that there has been an absolute cure for cancer upon this planet for at least 50 years. The Quantum Xroid technology developed in Budapest is another technology that can read and diagnose correctly many of the human bodily functions and systems. It’s available in the United States, but it’s only allowed to be used in connection with biofeedback. However, it is capable of a great deal more. As Wayne is well aware, there are healing modalities for cancer available in Germany that are blocked from being used in the United States. Such is the way of the dark agenda. Wayne: You have mentioned several times that people must begin to become aware of what is going on, rise up, together claim their power, say “Enough is enough,” and demand full disclosure. I try to do my part in many ways, one of which is by assembling and emailing the “Today’s Tidbits,” which more and more people are asking to receive. However, I often wonder whether the effort is worth it and if there are more productive ways to contribute to full disclosure, honesty, and integrity in governance. Little by little, people are beginning to hear and beginning to pay attention. Events over the next 6 months are going to develop so quickly that people are going to have to start listening or be caught totally off guard. We realize that both your Earth Dynamics and the Tidbits take up a lot of your time, so the question arises as to how worthwhile it is to continue to do these things. It would be interesting to see what would happen if you were to have a Tidbits section somewhere on your website and just put them there and store them there. You could then watch the number of accesses that particular information receives. We would like to see the Tidbits have a wider audience, yet we understand the amount of time that it takes to do this particular effort.

From a reader on 2/19/03: We saw something really strange here. Down near Socorro (New Mexico) there is a mountain that is about 12,000 feet high. Over top of this mountain was a very large black cloud sort of in an oval shape (I assume a lenticular-type cloud; photo at right is a similar one in Oregon). It stayed there for several hours, never changing form even though it was windy. Another person I work with saw the same cloud and to show you how big it was, it could be seen from 120 miles away. Then there was a rainbow that showed over top of it and it then dissipated. Good morning, this is Captain LaGuido again. Kadjina is away on assignment at the moment, assisting with a series of portal openings. We love these types of questions. This is another example of the presence of benevolent forces and energies. The ships that we use are those from the 5th dimension. This means that for the most part they are invisible to human eyes. This particular ship was part of the New Jerusalem fleet, which is responsible for the southwestern quadrant of the United States. The great Tucson ship is also part of this same fleet. It is much easier for us to form cloud formations around our crafts then it is to make the crafts clearly visible. The electromagnetic force field has the ability to draw substances from out of the air in order to encapsulate the ship. This particular ship was doing air quality monitoring and the reason the cloud formation was so black was because of the substances in the very air that you breathe. We did not exactly dissipate the substances back into your air, but we assimilated the substances and neutralized them, and returned them to your airways, clean and purified. We have several ships at this time that are assisting with the clearing of your air and rendering it pure and full of good oxygen. Whenever you see these lenticular cloud formations, send them love and goodwill, for they are here to be of service to humanity at this time. From a reader on 2/24/03: Got a question for lady Kadjina. She has been asking humans to stop drilling and extraction of oil as it affects Mother Earth. In many 'modern' cities, there is an underground rail system, which helps to replace cars. In Chinese Feng Shui, underground rail systems are not favored because 'it disturbs the energy of the earth' or even the lairs of 'dragons' which reside beneath. Please ask her for her comment to this development - is this a 'lesser evil'? As far as underground rail systems are concerned, the greatest harm would be the source of fuel. If it comes from hydroelectric power, that is one thing; if it comes from coal-fired plants, that is another matter. As far as the tunnels beneath the earth are concerned, there is as much concern as there is for felling the trees to build above-ground highways. However, these things can be done with compassion towards Mother Earth and her life forms. There is plenty of room, both above and below ground. Mother Earth and her life forms are more than willing to work with humanity. The problem is that humanity oftentimes blindly bulldozes its way without any thought at all as to disturbing other life forms. Beneath the surface of the Earth are not only the dragons, but the sylphs, gnomes, salamanders, and many devas living beneath the surface of the Earth. You must remember, however, that these beings are not 3rd dimensional and are not as easily disturbed as you might think. To illustrate what we mean, there was an occasion when Kay and some of her friends were doing a ceremonial dance on the beachfront in San Diego. They were dancing in a circle, and in the center the fairy beings joined them. At the end of the dance, they did a “huddle hug” in the center and all of the little fairies rose up quickly and went into a tree. Now one of the women felt that perhaps they should stop doing the huddle, because she was afraid that somehow the fairies would be stepped on and be harmed. This is not the case. You cannot step on a fairy. And so when you dig underground, you cannot harm them in that sense, but you can disturb their spaces, such as in moving rocks in which they live. One should always ask permission and let the beings know ahead of time what you are planning to do. In this way they have time to prepare and relocate. This is known as common courtesy. There is no more concern about the energy fields of humans underground then there would be of humans above ground. Humans tend to be disrespectful toward other life forms. When you have massive conglomerations of humans together in one location, such as in high-rise buildings, this harms the etheric body doubles of the humans, an impediment to soul growth and development. The same holds true for below ground. From a reader on 2/25/03: What are the magnetic qualities of being human? I understand that we are electric, but are we magnetic too? And if we are, then what exactly does that mean? Yes, humans are electrical beings, especially when the kundalini is manifesting at its fuller potential. And yes, you are also very magnetic beings. You have the expression, “Likes attract.” This is the way it happens. In our last session, we mentioned the reversal of drawing the energy up from Mother Earth instead of down from Source into your chakra system. This is a reversal of the magnetics. Magnetism is the drawing of energy, attracting it and pulling it towards oneself. Some people, in order to rebalance themselves and repolarize, stand on their heads and the energy flow will then reverse itself. Mother Earth is doing the same thing at this time. Also, being magnetic has to do with gravity within your physical body; it keeps all of your different cells in alignment, for some cells are positive; others are negative. It has been mentioned before that you can become microscopic and astrally project yourself inside your body. And if you should do this, you will find many kingdoms within; you will find devas in charge of various planetary-chakra systems. And all of these planets within your physical body must be kept in alignment, and this is done through the system of magnetics. As the kundalini rises and generates even more of the electrical force, the magnetics within your system become even greater, and hence you are told to be careful of what you wish for, as it will manifest much more quickly. you think is at the bottom of North Long Lake near Brainerd, Minnesota? Do
you think maybe there's a large crystal buried at the bottom of this lake?
If a large crystal started activating recently, it might explain why dye in the
water doesn't travel anywhere in this warmed up hole. It would also
explain why divers never found any little green men in the lake. No one
would think to check for a large crystal in the lakebed. This story reminds me a
lot of Lake Vostok, and that buried crystal idea. Showing her a picture of something that looks like a small boil or pimple on the surface of the skin; matter stays in a particular area just beneath the surface in the skin. In a similar sense this is what is happening to the dye. There is a vortexal type of energy in this region that is emitting a projection of electromagnetic energies and there is more than one type of energy being emitted. They are of protons and electrons and neutrons that are interacting in such a way as to create heat and also create a particular immobility or static placement. There is an object far beneath the surface that is more than a simple crystal. These are what we would call ‘Mother Lodes.’ These are crystals that are alive; the grow and breathe and change sized and shape. And in this same region there is the mate of the Mother Lode, which, for lack of better words, we would call the ‘Father Lode.’ So you have these dual energy emissions that are creating a powerful force field. And this particular force field holds the polarities in place. You might consider it to be something of a tethering device. There is also in this area a portal, or stargate, that creates an energetic beltway and along this beltway beings can travel. And these beings are from both the underworlds and the above world, and therefore trans-dimensional. Those who have “the sight” should be able to see these beings as they begin to emerge from the underworld, for this is indeed the time for the re-uniting of many worlds. We might add, just for a touch of fun, that some of the creatures that have been spotted rising up from out of the water are these multi-dimensional beings. They are more than 3rd dimensional; they live in the underworld and are normally more etheric than physical. And they can come and go through these various portal entrances. And this explains why some people are able to see them and others cannot. You sometimes can catch them on film in the same sense that you can photograph orbs and sometimes UFOs. A reader
sent us a reference on 4/5/03 to a story on 4/3 about photographs of
“rods” flying over Baghdad, Iraq, during the “shock and awe”
campaign, when power had gone out due to massive explosions. Can
you tell us what these were and what they were doing there? (http://www.rense.com/ There are several types of energies at play here. The mosque in the photograph is a very ancient place where people come together to worship and to pray. As such, there is a tremendous etheric energy field around this mosque. There are always angels around structures used for prayer and worship. Now the United States was using many different types of warfare, including the chemical warfare. Now by the chemical warfare we are speaking of the chemtrails. The American news was reporting that they could not spray and fly in under the chemtrail formations undetected because Iraq had developed a type of device that would scramble, and so it was necessary to reformulate and come up with a device by which they could fly in undetected. Part of the chemicals used by the U.S. was metallic in nature—what some would call heavy metals—along with barium and other components. Now if you could envision two forces—one of the light of the mosque and one of the darkness of the weaponry—you could get the idea of a clash of energies creating huge electromagnetic sparks, somewhat similar to the type of sparks produced by brushing your hair in the dark, or touching a doorknob after walking on carpet. It was a huge clashing of different types of force fields. The question has come up from Wayne as to these are sentient in nature, and whether they are navigational and directional. These are not rods, in the normal sense of rods. These were created by the clash of worlds, if you would. They were not created off-planet and sent. We would add also that there are at least 3 different groups of off-world beings that have set up encampments in the Mideastern region. There is Lady Salena’s group in Tel Aviv; the Galactic Federation group in Serbia; and then there is a group in the desert of Saudi Arabia. Now when these energies clashed, they made a condensed form. Part of the reason for the existence of these rods was to show our ‘off-world’ presence, if you would. We did not create these forms; they came about as we said because of the clashing of the worlds, and yet our technology can utilize any of these happenings to advantage, and we did so to make our presence felt and seen. We do the same thing with the HAARP technologies—we turn that energy at times to our advantage and thereby give blessings to humanity instead of harm.

Wayne: There is a lot of information coming out recently that suggests a potential magnetic field shift and/or physical pole shift. What can you tell us about this potential and whether or not it is imminent? Wayne: Within the past couple of weeks, we have had renewed large solar flares and large quakes, and the number of earthquakes has almost doubled. There appears to be increased stress being released. Can you tell us if this renewed activity is anything to be concerned about? Captain LaQuido here. Good morning. As I have told you previously, I am one of the commanders of the Galactic Federation’s fleet of starships. This particular rank would be comparable to being a commander of a fleet of nuclear submarines in the South Pacific, for instance. I am connected with many star ships. The magnetic fields are indeed inverting themselves, but the Earth herself will not do so. It is part of regaining a balancing action. As you are aware, Mother Earth has her own chakra system and she is attempting, and is actually succeeding, in connecting her systems with that of the Earth humans, as well as the many energy grids that are galactic, but of a chakra system. Now there have been for some time many of you who, in meditation when attempting to balance your chakra system, have drawn the light from the source down through the crown and down through your body and into your feet, and thusly connected with Mother Earth and grounded yourself to her. At this point in time, many of you are finding it necessary to invert the order and draw the energy up from Mother Earth through your feet, and bring it up through your body in that way. (*See note at end of this message.) As you well know, there have been several huge magnetic solar flares in the last few days. If you function from the premise that there are no such things as accidents, then what in the world is going on? As has been explained previously, when Atlantis sank, it became necessary to remove from Planet Earth certain forms of energy. Certain grid systems were shut down by those of the Galactic Federation to prevent the mis-use of those energies by those of the dark agenda who were determined to take over this planet and this particular quadrant of the galaxy. We realize that many of you look at your world and see all of the negativity and you wonder how can this be with so much light coming into the Earth at this time. We have told you previously that Planet Earth is in a ‘lockdown’ mode. Those of the human race, or at any rate, those that appear to be of the human race, have their agenda, which must be played out one more time. The difference for them this time is that they do not have the support of the off-world dark agenda; they are acting primarily on their own. The massive dark energy thought forms have been totally removed and consumed by the blue-white cross (picture) together with the encapsulating star tetrathedron, and just beyond that, the magnetic energy fields set up by Lords Michael and Metatron. Now the coronal mass ejections are allowed to enter into the Earth plane. Energetically speaking, the Sun is Mother to Planet Earth and these coronal mass ejections (CMEs) act upon her and her life forms as life force infusions. They act very much like the injections of intravenous transfusions act upon your physical bodies. The CMEs are moving energy through the many leylines, grid systems, through the portals, through the stargates, through the black holes. Now we want to address an issue that is presenting a concern for many of you, and this relates to the adverse conditions that some of you are experiencing. There is a whole list of them: changes in diets, sleep patterns, and angry outbursts that are not your normal way. Some of you are experiencing the need to be more reclusive. Some of you can’t ‘shut up.’ Others can’t seem to get out of bed in the morning. Some of you are experiencing intense feelings, feelings that you don’t consider to be part of yourself. Others of you are opening fourth dimensionally in ways that you find to be somewhat frightening. You are seeing and hearing things in ways that are expected from you. Some of you are having dream experiences that are so intense and vivid that you wonder, “What the heck is going on with me?” You have the expressions, ‘the end-times’ or shifting times,’ or the ‘Battle of Armageddon.’ Now while it’s true that there are global conditions being fought out, there is also you—your own inner world conditions. Many of you are being forced to do emotional clearing, hence the need to be a chatterbox or to have anger feelings. Many of you have an inner child requiring your attention. And therefore you may suddenly find yourself becoming a giggle-box. Some of you are doing much clearing of blockages and when this happens in some cases it’s much like the breaking up of a logjam on a dam—the energy goes helter-skelter and hence a stomach upset, a rash, intense heat at certain chakra points. You may also experience inexplicable shakes and trembles. To help with your comforts, use the pyramid energy that has been given previously. Very simply envision yourself within a green pyramid—the substance is a liquid light; it moves; it shimmers. As you are on the inside, this liquid light rains down upon your body. Your skin, like thirsty earth, absorbs this liquid light. This energy is both electric and magnetic and has the ability to draw from your body what you no longer have a need of. If you could envision beneath the pyramid the rotating blue-white cross absorbing what is removed by your pyramid and drawing it off and consuming it and returning it to Source, you would find yourself subsequently more balanced energetically. Now the cross and the pyramid will not do your homework for you, you must do your own work; you must deal with your stuff. The refusal to do your own personal work creates the blockages within your chakra system. In relationship to your own personal self, be steadfast, but also be compassionate. Compassion is the understanding that you give to yourself when you say, “In all the situations of my existence, I have done the best that I know to do.” And this is true. Except for those dedicated to the dark forces, all of humanity always does the best that they know how to do, and this includes some very dire mistakes and some very harsh judgments that you have passed upon yourself. In your past, you have made decisions. The decisions may have been divorce, or an abortion, of the giving up of a child for adoption, or the disinheritance of a son. But we say to you in each situation, you did the best at that time that you knew. Each of these situations require the Law of Compassion to be given to your own self so that you might move on and clear the blockages. And so these CMEs act upon every aspect of Mother Earth to stimulate, awaken, and move the energy through a myriad of systems. It touches upon the mineral kingdom for instance, but keep in mind that you are made of Earth substances, so these CMEs act upon the minerals in your own system. And in the days to come you are going to see many spectacular displays upon the Sun. It will have an effect upon your communication systems at times and also upon the Earth magnetic systems that will affect the Earth’s dynamics in dramatic ways as well. One of the effects of these CMEs is that it acts directly upon the energy fields of the dark agenda and brings them to naught. This does not mean that there will be nothing happening with the dark agenda; what we mean is that the timeframe is dramatically shortened, and as light is shown upon the dark agenda, there will be full exposure. As we have so many times told you, our agenda is to enforce the Law of Full Disclosure. Wayne: A photo of a huge object near the sun, purported to be Planet X, together with what appears to be ‘satellites,’ was recently posted at www.cyberspaceorbit.com. Can you tell us what we are looking at here? Commander LaQuido continues, saying “We’re giving Lady K a break this morning. This is more of the phenomena that we keep speaking of. This one of our great starships, which to you appears as a planet. Now keep in mind that there are many of these and you have given them many names. Now keep in mind that these are refurbished and recycled dead planets, and they are navigational—we steer them; we move them. So at one point in time you see this object in this particular photo near the Sun and you ask, is it planet X, Tetros, Nibiru, the Phoenix, etc., and you wonder, what is this? Now, this object is non-orbital. We fly it. It appears in many places in your sky, and it can be the same object seen over and over in many different locations. It can change colors as well, depending upon what type of energy we are using, as well as the type of energy ‘beltway’ that we are navigating along. It works the same as a crystal that is clear but sparks different colors depending upon the light refraction. And when you stop to consider that we have a fleet of these types of objects, you are going to have a difficult time keeping up with us. You are not going to be able to do it. And this is why we say, when you ask if this is Planet X, Nibiru, the New Jerusalem, the Phoenix, etc., we say yes, because categorically speaking you are correct, but you are using the names interchangeably. At times you are giving the same object many names because you are seeing it in different parts of the sky, and because the color has refracted you think it is a different object. Now the smaller objects around the large one in the photograph are the smaller ships of course. We have told you before that the Sun is not hot—that is merely your perception. We have also told you that the ozone layer was constructed by us to protect the life forms out here from your energy field, which we have considered to be quite hostile. We just ask you to consider what you have done to our beloved EBA, who was commander of the Roswell spacecraft. She was a master of mental telepathy. She was shown no compassion, mercy, or understanding. It was her choice to stay at the New Mexico facility (Dulce), where she could give us much information as to the doings of the government of the United States, as well as other governments working with the United States. She could read fluently the minds of every general she came into contact with; every president; and every scientist. There were some that she was actually fond of, who treated her decently. But most were flawed humans. EBA gave to the governments of the world much advanced technical information. She knew the law. She knows (for she still exists; she has returned to us) that those who are of the dark agenda or intent can only use technology to a certain point and take it no further. What is happening with this technology right now is that the energy bands have created what you would call ‘the boomerang effect.’ It is now time for those energies to return to their humanoid sources, and those energies will now destroy them. It will not be as a great war, necessarily, but yet it will be played out and the dark humanoid agenda will be dealt with. And we use the word ‘humanoid’ only because they look like humans, but a good many of them are clones. While the clones are not subject to your illnesses or to the process of aging, they still have a molecular construction; they still have cellular structure; and those structures can become affected by certain boomerang effects of current technologies. Clones do have the ability to fight for self-preservation and they can become angry when crossed. And they can turn upon their creators as well. This in turn gives a whole different aspect to ‘starwars’ technologies. There is so much more that is going on than what 98% of Earth population realizes. And the other 2% are incapable of keeping up with us. From a reader: Could you tell me what you know about people who have an enlarged pituitary gland? Both the pituitary and pineal glands are connected to what we call the ‘third eye’ and are partly responsible for giving the clairvoyant and clairaudient capabilities to humans. Enlargement of these glands could be due to a couple of things. It can be due to a high degree of usage of the inner world vision. On the other hand, it could also be due to the soul wanting to give information, and in fear the person is refusing to cooperate and this could create an enlargement of the pituitary. I am in communication at this point with Lady Kadjina and she has asked me to go ahead and explain to you very briefly the process of Source Integration. You can envision your high self—your soul self—as being mirrored upon your monitor screen, very much like the magic mirror of Snow White. You can communicate through your keyboard with that high self, and ask that high self to speak to you. You may ask questions and type the answers (and trust me, your high selves don’t always speak beautiful words). It takes a considerable amount of trust in the process to do this, and you will perhaps try to talk yourself out of believing in what comes out of your keyboard. A second way to do this is to place a chair before you and ask your high self to have a seat. Speak your mind to your high self and then ask your high self to use your vocal chords and speak to you. Just simply have confidence in the law that says, “Ask and you shall receive.” Ask your high self a question, and your high self will answer. Trust in the process; honor what you are given; obey the directives; and act with the faith of the mustard seed. From a reader: I would like to know more about the under-world beings that are starting to emerge. Are they of the dark side or the light side? Will they harm us or emerge to help us learn? Also what do they look like? Or are these the reptile race I keep hearing about? Humans are of the reptile race. If you look closely at the forming embryo of the humans, it has webbed hands and feet, and a reptilian brain. It goes through a process of change and development much like the frog, but it shows your origins. And as with every form of life, the reptilians have their good guys and their bad guys; the light side and the dark side. There are many portals all throughout the planet and they are beginning to open in order to allow the emergence of many inner world beings. For this is indeed the time that was so much the wish of King Arthur and the Lady of the Lake, and Merlin that the worlds be united. This does not mean the opposing factions of two different civilizations or nations located upon Planet Earth, rather that the many types of energies come together harmoniously. The coming together of these energies are illustrated in the Lord of the Rings movies, wherein in Part 2 it shows the trees walking around and coming to the aid of those humans who were seeking out truth and peace. And you also see the coming together of the worlds through the coronal mass ejections (CMEs) of Mother Sun—this is an energetic coming together. And as there are beings living ‘out there’ in the galaxy, so are there beings living inside of Mother Earth. We have said before, that as you can astral travel into the outer worlds of the galaxies, you can also astrally project into the inner worlds of your human form and you can observe as a microorganism the Sun, Moon, and Stars of your inner being and you will find devas that govern your chakra system, which correlates to planets and stars. As far as what the inner world forms look like, generally speaking they will show themselves to you in a way that you can cope with. They are of the shape-shifter types of consciousness; they can meet the need of the moment. Wayne and Kay recently encountered Captain Hurley up in the Phoenix area of Camelback Mountain. This was a being approximately 9 feet in height and very benevolent in nature—a guardian energy. These inner world beings are not of the reptilian nature; they are strictly energetic beings. There are no strictly 3rd dimensional beings living in the inner world, nor will any of the human species vacate the surface of the Earth and go underground, nor will any of the Earth humans vacate the Earth by going onto the Mother ships. You will stay on the surface for the duration of the transition and do your part to stabilize Mother Earth and all its human systems—political, socio-economic, etc. From a reader: I've been a student of internal martial arts for roughly five yrs. now learning how to detach myself from the agony/bitterness that I inflict(ed) onto myself & other(s) in the course of living. I have long dis-associated myself from hereditary family do to dysfunction-alities that I know we could all do without. However my primary interest is in discovering if there is any other means of "detaching myself from hereditary karma--character(personality) traits(qualities) passed generation-generation-- w/o accepting "the Dao" as in Buddhism &/or the wisdom gained from 25-30 yrs of slow cultivation". I've been informed those are the only way, but I don't feel that to be pinpoint accurate. I don't want to spend 25-30yrs of unfolding(smile)before I marry & have children. I have-- been guided- by intuition (Spiritual wisdom)-- visualized my life sparkle(cells)removed from its parent plant and have planted in its own patch of soil. And have been naturing it for a only a short while. I am hopeful that this is also appropriate(a way). It is important to understand that lightworkers came to Planet Earth in waves. And oftentimes it was necessary to find any parents that they could in order to get in, as so many were coming. There simply were not enough suitable parents. So it had absolutely nothing to do with any personal karma; it was simply a way to get here. We are going to give you a very simple exercise that will clear this up for you very quickly. Visualize yourself in a library. Visualize yourself being escorted by the librarian into the Reference Book room. Now these are books that cannot be checked out; when you leave the library, you may not take the books with you; you may only look at the books. These books do not belong to you. See the book of ‘family relations’ as a volume unto itself. It is a book that is finished and completed. If there is something in that book that serves your needs in the now, ask to see it, read it, then shut that book and put it back on the shelf; the book is finished. You were touched by the karma of this family only because it was a way to get into Planet Earth. It was the mode of transportation, if you would, but you have arrived at your destination, so walk away and don’t look back, for in the looking back you become as a little doggie, who keeps licking its wounds to the point that the wounds do not heal, so leave it alone. Give blessings to those parents and family members for agreeing to be the way in for you. But at this point in time keep your vision centered on the bigger picture. As far as the inflicting of harm upon others during your course of living, there are many who came to the Earth, like we said, any way that they could, and the conditions that they found themselves in were not of their normal way of being, and so they bucked and they reared. These are conditions only of the personality self; they in no way reflect your high self or your soul self. We suggest that you do the meditation above and put a chair in front of you, asking the high self of all parties involved to have a seat. Thank each person in turn for allowing you to come in. Apologize where necessary for your lack of compassionate understanding. Go within to your heart chakra to the temple not made with hands. Find your holy grail upon your altar, as within that essence is the totality of everything you’ve ever been, and offer it to each person who is sitting in a chair before you. And then in turn, ask each of them to open their hearts to you, finding their holy grail of their total essence, and you accept it from them. This is the service of the communion of hearts wherein you commemorate and honor the totality of the essences of all of the livingness that has brought you to this moment of now. And herein rests the law of compassionate understanding. It will free you of judgment; hence you will move on with a willingness to leave the finished book on the reference shelf and walk away. From a reader: Have been following my intuition and working with entities I have come to feel are soul fragments. I know I have been reconciling my own fragments back to Self ~ and that all spiritually awakened people work through this naturally. But there are soul fragments such as the entities I have been working with being manipulated and used as a tool ~ my focus is to neutralize this tool. I ask for advice on this path. This has to do with parallel lives that are lived inter-dimensionally. And those aspects that feel manipulative are what some call the inner child that has not been totally loved, caressed, and comforted. We would suggest very strongly that you visualize a small child upon your lap. Visualize caressing this child, brushing the child’s hair, reading a story to this child; tell the child stories of when you were little; encourage the child to express its concerns and fears to you. You do not want to neutralize the manipulative energy; you want to comfort and incorporated it into your inner world, for this inner child holds the key to your heart chakra. This child can whisper to you many secret things, so love it well; love the inner child into a state of well-ness. Wayne: I believe that you may have previously told us that the year 2003 would be the discovery of a great underground city in Peru. Understanding that there are no accidents and that most events are now in synchronicity, we just had someone visit us who mentioned the magical nature of Lake Titicaca in the Andes, and as I cull through the logjam of questions to prepare for this morning’s session, the following entries come to the foreground, entered by me in February this year. With recent renewed quake activity in Peru, are we approaching the time when the great 50,000 year old city will be rediscovered? Energetically speaking, she is saying, “I was and I am.” The solar discs that are mentioned are the same discs that Kay saw several years ago when she astrally projected beneath the Mountains of Peru. There are many others who have also seen these solar discs. There was once a great City of Light beneath the Andes. The city has gone to sleep, so to speak, but is now reawakening, and this is part of what we call the coming together of the worlds. Hermes is an aspect of Thoth. And 75,000 years ago Lemuria, Atlantis, and the Peruvian civilization were co-existing and were involved in the ways of communication and trade and they knew of each other and interacted on many different levels. And therefore the pictures and artifacts and items are going to be found throughout the world. The same type of information can be found on the north rim of the Grand Canyon. Message From Red Elk What I'd like to say, if at all possible, is to the people: The line IS drawn. Capitalize IS. There will be no more fence-straddling. You're either going to be for Good, or for self. Basically, we've only got about 2 1/2 years before war comes to our shores, and WE lose. But it won't be a total loss. The Great Hand of the Creator will slap-down on the foreign armies that occupy the USA. It will slap-down three times, and every foreign personnel who are connected with taking us over will flee. But, nevertheless, war is due. There will be a M7.2 earthquake on the West Coast. Somewhere rolling in from the Portland, Oregon area. Now, I do not know if that's Portland included, but from that particular area, up toward Washington. Date or year unknown, but it will be early on a beautiful Spring morning. Mount St. Helens will blow again, going through the lava tubes, wiping-out Cougar, Washington-going towards Portland. I don't know if the winds catch it before or after, and then blow it along the coast, and inland again, East, as before. Time and date and year unknown-but it will be. It will be as before, on a beautiful Spring morning, between 6:00 and 10:30 a.m. More towards Summer, I think, because it's a very beautiful day. Mt. Rainer will blow approximately just under 1/4 of its top, like an arrow shooting up. And then it will turn around and come down and fill the gap that it had left, creating air pressure far into the inlands of Eastern Washington, Kittitas County. There will be holes from a few mere inches to 60 feet or so across, that are blown out with just air pressure, nothing to do with lava. This will happen sometime approaching or during elk season, which is Fall time. Again, the time and year unknown. But we're in for one heck of a ride. This should take place before the war. Planet X will not flip the Earth. It's only one of three events. It will be a contributing factor only. It is there. We've known it in Native medicine knowledge for many, many, many-well, foretold for centuries. When will it come? I don't know if it's on the date everybody is talking about; I have no idea. All I know is that it will be coming. And it will cause great disturbances on the Earth. But it will not cause the Earth to flip, though it will be a contributing factor. When will the Earth flip? I don't know. It will flip within 23 years, anytime within 23 years, and AFTER the events just described. THE LINE IS DRAWN. YOU EITHER GET RIGHT SPIRITUALLY WITH THE CREATOR, SO THAT YOU CAN RELY ON THE CREATOR TO PROTECT YOU AND MAKE YOU SAFE, IF THAT IS WHAT HE WANTS OF YOU, OR NOT. And it's going to be Bad versus Good, Good versus Bad, Unconditional Love versus Self Gratification. The Christian churches will break up. There will be the true-hearts who will leave, leaving the modern-day Christian way, in the church buildings. The true-hearts will start meeting in homes, again. They will stay in the traditional Christian churches until they can't stand it anymore. But they will be a Light within the Church for a short time, and then they will pull out. Again: the line is drawn! There's no more fence-straddling, at all. You make up your mind now which way you're going to go: Good or Bad. You still LOVE the Bad. They can call you enemy; but you don't call them enemy. The year 2012 is NOT the end of civilization as we know it; that I can see. But it is the Year of Confusion. So many probables. Mankind can go in so many different, strong ways that the Mayan, the Aztec, etc., just did not see which way they were going to go. They were all such strong possibilities to go. So, they more or less threw their hands up and said: "We don't know." Thank you, my brother, that's the best I can do. * * * Martin: I have one question for you. Red Elk: No, I'm not pregnant. [Laughter] Martin: [Laughter] Our upcoming March feature concerns the year 2003, primarily. Red Elk: Yeah, there is something that is going to be done in 2003. I don't know what. Martin: There is a lot that people are seeing, a lot of apprehension for the first half of 2003. Some people are apprehensive because of Planet X, some people are apprehensive because of the possible war in Iraq, and yet there are other factors coming into play, not the least of which is time manipulation. Do you have a sense of what people's apprehension is about 2003? Red Elk: Most of the apprehension is caused by the Earth, inner great shifting. We are of Earth. We are made of dirt, and stuff, originally. So we are, therefore, very much in tune with the Earth, regardless if you are aware of it or not. The grading, and all of the movement of our Earth, she's getting ready to roll. It's causing a sympathetic vibration in the human body. Also, people are going into parallel times and places, actually doing it-and shocked: "What was that all about?" Because it only lasts a moment, to several minutes. Are they going crazy? No, it's just they are not aware of what is happening. Martin: There's a lot of that. Red Elk: Yes, there is a tremendous amount, and it is growing, and growing, and growing. So some of the apprehension is due to our Mother Earth. And the fact that our people came from her belly-in that sense, we ARE connected. But most people are not aware of the total connection. But another thing: How do I say it? There is also occurring manipulation through "other forces"-those who in turn are manipulated by Luciferian angels and he himself, who are trying to manipulate the humans to be afraid. Martin: True. Red Elk: You're supposed to run to the government; they will "protect" you. You're damn right they will! They're part of the other ones, the Bad ones! You are being controlled simply by fear-they're trying to, anyway. Big word: fear! FEAR! And those who learn to overcome that fear, and walk in the Light of Love and Unity with The Creator-shoot-this will be a piece of cake. It will be like walking through a cloud instead of hitting a mountain. It will only cause you to waiver a bit; then off you go, right through that mountain! It's nothing more than energy in the first place, just as you are energy. You become an unstopable force, going right through an immovable object! It's all mind, God-mind stuff. It is, literally, thought energy. You match energy and pass through. And we can do that-but it takes a heart relationship with Daddy to do it. It really does; I'm not kidding anybody. It really does! Put that down, however you want, brother, if you will. Martin: I'll be glad to. Red Elk: The line is drawn! There's no ifs, ands, or buts about it. Our skies haven't turned red, yet. I think that Planet X is going to help along in that way. I'm not sure if it's going to be a nuclear explosion that causes this. Although, the wavering of our Earth, and this Planet X coming by so close and causing what it does-makes the Earth shake and rattle and roll even more. And since everybody is on edge anyway, somebody might, might hit the wrong button and we will have a nuclear war. And I'm talking PRIOR to Armageddon. So, the skies will turn red, day and night, for a number of days in a row. What actually causes it? I'm not sure. It hasn't happened yet. We can still change everything if enough people of the planet got right with The Creator; we could stop everything. Planet Earth can go out into space like a slingshot. Mamma would calm down and say: "Ah, the fleas are resting." And not shake us off. Otherwise, we're on our own. And I tell you true: the line IS drawn! It's not a matter of going to be, or a little line here, a little line there, like it has been-people here, people there, praying for Mother Earth, not knowing that there's five more, six blocks down the road, doing the same thing. They're not yet connected, a bunch of little lines. But now, they are going to connect as One! Those who are for Good will connect as One, in some super-huge kind of meeting. And they've got to learn that, when they connect, they cannot-I repeat, with big CANNOT-say: "We're all here for helping Earth and mankind, and this is the way you must do it." They've got to realize-I'm talking medicine people, spiritual people, I'm talking wiccan people-I don't care, as long as they are for Mamma Earth, and for unity of Love, I don't care how they go to The Creator. But, I'm telling you this: There is a great problem in the world today, amongst the so-called "spiritual" people. They have a problem with: "MY way is right; so we'll do it this way." They are not living Mitakuye Oyasin [for all my relations]. They just talk the word. The world is a body, in a sense. We are the doctors, in a sense. All doctors, to be regular doctors, all go to the same kind of basic training to know the body before they branch off to be a brain surgeon, a heart surgeon, a foot doctor. But they all have to take the same basic training before they branch-off. They are forgetting that we all have the same basic training; we're all working with the same body. And sure, some know how to do brain surgery; some know how to do foot work. But that does not cure the body; it only cures that part. They must realize it takes all, working together, on the whole body! The brain surgeon, the heart surgeon, the guy who heals broken bones, the guy who takes care of intestinal disorders-without all of them truly working together, no ONE is right. They must unify! Then the body has a great chance of being healed; otherwise, it's just partially crippled. Right now the body is spastic. We must work together to make the body whole. Work TOGETHER, not against each other. None of this "mine is right, yours is wrong" attitude. And until they can do that, these who call others together to meet for praying for Mother Earth, and all that, but they still stay in their specialty and fight each other-how can they be so stubborn and yet claim to heal all?! They must accept every bit of each other's little individual-or great-amount of work on the body. The nurse who gives the aspirin, she is very much needed. And so is the brain surgeon. No one is more important than the other. We must unite! Now, people world-wide are getting awfully antsy, scattered, frightened. As I said, it's designed to be that way, so they can be controlled. They must be FREE, SELF-THINKERS, and TOTALLY FEARLESS. And they can't do that without the total spiritual contact with our Creator. And that Creator is 100% real! They've got to reach that point of KNOWING! Make that Creator-however you call The Creator: He, She, Cosmos, Allah, God, whatever-make that one Daddy. Make Him REAL in your heart! Humanize Him to the point where you can run and jump on His lap, and hug Him. But do it with great respect; that's what He wants. You are His thought! You are His child! You wouldn't exist if He didn't want you in the first place! So make Him an approachable Daddy. Don't keep Him at such a distance, pushed away with some kind of artificial reverence. Talk to Him in a respectful manner. But then, regard Him as you would your father, human father, who you love dearly. You want to go to Dad and give Him a hug. Or, you want to be able to say: "Dad, I don't understand this or that; help me." And if you're in the wrong and don't admit it, you're going to get your butt spanked. He's Dad! He wants you to grow up right! You might as well get up on His lap and apologize, and love Him, instead of standing out there in the doorway. Get in there and hug the Guy, this Great Being. Fasting and Prayer Vigil During the Summer Solstice from June 18 through June 24, there will be a Fasting and Prayer Vigil held in the Four Corners area, initiated by Chief Golden Eagle (Standing Elk). Eight men and seven woman will be participating at the site and all of us are welcome to participate from our homes. The purpose of this Fasting Vigil is to help lessen the severity of the coming earthquakes, volcanic eruptions and other earth changes, including those on this North American continent, through the power of prayer. Although these earth changes have already begun, many have had visions of these events increasing and intensifying in the very near future including Chief Golden Eagle (Standing Elk), Star Altar-Keeper of the Ihanktonwan Dakota [Sioux] Tribe. On May 25th at the Star Knowledge Conference in Colorado Springs he said he too, had a vision of a large earthquake series which would set off the Cascade Volcano Chain. He said that the resultant ash and dust would darken the skies, blotting out sunlight and leading to a Global Winter with much loss of life. But Golden Eagle said that that catastrophe could be mitigated or somewhat averted by prayer and fasting. Golden Eagle declared that a Fasting Vigil will be held June 18-24. He asked for eight men and seven women volunteers and immediately they stepped forward. The volunteers include Golden Eagle (Standing Elk), Richard Boylan, Ph.D. and shaman Maria Gurule, who has studied with the Q'ero and Inca of Peru. Those who want to assist in the process from home are encouraged to "fast for at least four days, if one cannot manage seven days, and pray June 18-24".

Day of Prayer to Protect Native American Sacred Places
To the Leaders of a nationwide coalition of June 20, National Day of Prayer to Protect Native American Sacred Places. Mitakuye, I am much honored that you have committed yourselves toward the preservation of our Sacred Sites. My prayers will be with you all on this day of the 20th of June. As you know the awareness is badly needed in this country and throughout the world. Mother Earth is the source of life, not a resource. From the time I became the Keeper of the Sacred Bundle at the age of 12, I too have witnessed the abuse of our Sacred Sites. In my young age, my father Stanley and I used to go to honor these places during certain times of the year and do ceremony. These were times when our ceremonies were illegal. He asked me to continue this effort to bring about this awareness even stronger. I then dedicated my life to this purpose by initiating World Peace and Prayer Day, currently being presented as "Honoring Sacred Sites Day" on the UN level. This day of June 21st was chosen in 1995, a year after the birth of the White Buffalo Calf in Wisconsin, at this time we had went to ceremony to understand what the birth message was about. I visited with many other Indigenous Spiritual Leaders of first Nations People and discussed this awareness to protect these sites, as I knew there was a connection with this birth related to the condition of our Sacred Mother Earth. We discussed this effort in order for our future generations to continue in the importance of understanding the energy connection that all Indigenous People in world understand with Sacred Sites. This date was chosen and I would like to request that you announce this time at your gatherings on the 20th and remind the people that there are thousands of people around the world that are going to these Sacred Sites the following day and offering their prayers for better health for our future generations and Mother Earth. In 1996, I rode on Horse back from Canada on route to Grey Horn Butte aka Devils Tower, through many reservations on the way. Many Elders met and prayed with us as we rode through the reserves and reservations carrying this message during our 2 month long journey. The visit that I really remember in my heart and mind was meeting the Keeper of the Sacred Hat on the Cheyenne Reservation in Lame Deer, Montana. The Keeper shared a dream with me that he had long ago, of men on horseback that would come to his home carrying a message of honoring and protecting our Sacred Sites. He attended the very first event at Grey Horn Butte in 1996. This memory carries me to this day. The Park Service and I were taken to court by the Climbers Association for 'forbidding their recreational activities request' during our time of Prayer at Grey Horn Butte. We won the case in Supreme Court four years later. We understand this effort to be known as "ALL Nations, All Faiths, One Prayer". All the People of the world will be gathering at their local Sacred Site and be aware that many others in the world are doing the same effort of gathering prayers, no matter what faith they belong to, but offering a prayer from the heart. I humbly request you extend your time at these sites for one more day and pray with us as well, as we will be in a Sacred Site on the 20th and will remember you too. Moon Cetacean Meditation The New Moon Cetacean Meditation begins at 6:00 PM your local time on Sunday, June 29, 2003. The New Moon (and the Full Moon) energy is a powerful one and is always an important time to state and manifest our intentions. During this global meditation let us join and "dedicate ten (10) minutes to meditate upon the Cetaceans (whales and dolphins), to acknowledge their service to humanity and to Earth, and to send them our love energy so that they can at last feel the connection with their brothers and sisters on land." Using the galactic calendar, we can focus on the k'in or day during the New Moon Cetacean meditation (and every day) as well as the message for the galactic month, allowing us to flow with Mother Earth and experience galactic time. On this day of 11 Ahau, 18 Kayab, 11 Ik (June 29, 2003), the energy is "Liberation"(11) and "Ascension" (Ahau). For this meditation, the direction is South and the musical tone is "B". Ahau is the "Yellow Sun" or "Light Bringer" and represents "mastery and ascension" and "enlightenment of the soul". Yellow represents the ripening or maturing process of manifesting. It is the last step of manifesting which is letting go. To use this energy of Yellow, after making our intentions, we must release it to the Universe so it can appear in our physical reality. Expecting that our desires can only come to us in a particular way or from a certain source will only keep it from manifesting or it will take a long time to appear. The Universe knows best which path to bring us what we want in the fastest and Highest way possible. Focusing on the Yellow energy requires us to let go or release any attachments to how our desires will manifest. Letting go is the most important part of manifesting. We can also direct our attention on the energies of Ahau being the Yellow Sun as well as the sun inside each of us. We are to focus on our inner Light, affirming and recognizing that we are truly Masters. Know that we are in the process of transcending this dimension. Focusing on the energy of Liberation will assist in freeing us from this matrix and we will see our new reality unfold around us. As with the energy of Yellow, Liberation is also about letting go. Angel Day Throughout the world on this day, people will be celebrating the unconditional love expressed through the angels. It is a day of Unity, Light, Joy and Peace, when we come together to recognize the divinity within ourselves. This year we have a program especially designed to help each person individually to recognize his or her soul's desire and how the angelic kingdom can assist us with living and fulfilling our dreams and desires. Rev. Kimberly Marooney, author of the popular Angel Blessing Cards, will be with us to share a special interactive experience with the angels, involving guided meditations, writing and audience participation, where every individual will be connected with their own angel to work with. We feel a very strong resonance with Kimberly's work, and in fact what she has offered to bring to World Angel Day was exactly what we envisioned for this event. What she is going to be presenting she has not presented in this form before, and she is very excited about the opportunity of doing so at this event, as are we. My lovely wife Tanja, who has worked with angels for years as a healer will be helping us all connect with the Joy of the angels. Her gift is to share the childlike Joy that the angels inspire. It was the original Peace Angels that brought us together last year, and it was always her destiny to be a part of World Angel Day. We spent several weeks together with David, the creator of World Angel Day, and we all shared a deep resonance to cocreating this work around the world. Last year the Peace Angels came to me to bring a series of messages that inspired Choose Peace Now and the work of the previous World Angel Day event in Boulder. The impact of these messages and the prayer focuses that they shared with us manifested through a global meditation for that event that helped activate a greater Peace in the World. This year the angels will be sharing new messages that will be the inspiration for a new global meditation that will guide the collective power of our compassion for planetary healing. We have also created this event to be a special musical experience. Lauren Pomerantz who sang at the first Christ Light Festival is returning to be one of our musical hosts throughout the day, to carry us on a musical journey of the soul with her beautiful voice and gift for playing instruments like crystal bowls and guitar at the same time. We have also invited our local favorites Twin Flame the Peaceful Warriors. Last year their music added the silver lining to our event and this year promises to be filled with angelic blessings of Peace for ourselves and the world. This years World Angel Day event will be held at the beautiful Temple Event Center in downtown Denver. This auditorium is a wonderful mix between a temple, church, and theater with balconies, ornamental ceilings and stained glass windows. We feel that this place is the perfect setting for invoking the energies of the Archangels, whose presence we want to feel and cocreate with on a deep physical level through this event. The ballroom below the auditorium is used weekly for the Dances of Universal Peace, and the circular movement of Peace that takes place there creates an inviting atmosphere in the building which is perfect for our purpose since Peace is the foundation.
